The shop is clean and all of the employees were friendly and helpful I drop off in the morning and it was done in the afternoon and they have a shuttle service for convenience the repair was done right and I will take my Tundra back if I ever need anything!

Worst experience ever. No follow up although I dropped the vehicle off the night before. I called them at 3:30 pm the next day for an update. Did not resolve the issue and could not get their own product back to manufacturer spec. Did not take time to offer any other assurance they would research and get back to me. They just wanted money. $310 for 1 TPMS sensor that did not work. Went to the local tire shop down the road and had vehicle repaired in less than an hour for half of the price. It seems as though the service has been subpar since they moved into the new building. Overcharging is unacceptable and would not recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all cost.Service: Tires

Very bad experience. They didn't clearly explain the recall and kept my vehicle 5 days for a job that I could have done in 2 hours. Very rude staff. I will never go there again and have reached out to Toyota to complain about this dealer.

I can not recommend taking a vehicle to this service center. They charge for work that is not completed. The tires on my wife's car were going bald in the front. After service that involved tire rotation. The bald tires were still up front and were never rotated. Her tires historically have been going bad 2 at a time and always in the front. I am realizing now that this was because they were never rotating tires and said they were and charged her for tire rotations every time. I wonder what other work they charged for that was never completed. Did they replace the oil or oil filter? They are frauds. I would guess this also applies to the sales group. Take your business someplace else or be prepared to be ripped off. When I brought this to their attention I got no response. customer be warned

Had an appointment at 4pm my windshield was replaced in about 40-45 minutes. Employees very nice and polite. Would definitely recommend Safelite Auto Glass to anyone. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

I was told that I had an urgent recall on my truck, Fire/gas tank leak. I scheduled an appointment right away. I took the day of work, call the service dept. the night before to confirm the part was in and I had an appointment. I had my wife drop the truck off with me the night before services appointment.Then to be told that part for my recall wasn't in??, at 7:30 in the morning on my day off, and that nothing could be done was totally UNACCEPTABLE. I left the service center driving a truck at risk of gas leaks and fire, and was told I would have to come back one the part comes in. I don't feel safe driving this truck. There was some major breakdowns in communication and customer service. And now this NO CHARGE recall is cost me tons of money in lost time. NEVER AGAIN! I my truck doesn't blow up, i'll be taking it somewhere else! I have lost all trust in TOYOTA of York.

Sales Dept. is phenomenal. Knew exactly what we wanted & set us up for everything we needed (quite quickly) when we bought our car almost 3 years ago. Every option was covered for us to choose what "sales & service package" we wanted.Service Dept. is excellent. Everything is always handled professionally and I get all the details & options for any maintenance needed during a scheduled appointment.Billing Dept. is knowledgeable and helpful. Both AT The York Auto Group location AND online.The car wash HOWEVER...it's decent, but several bugs need to be worked out in the autowash part of the garage...STILL...54 washes "on the house" from the dealership is great (we only ever use less than 1/2 of them), but equipment troubles and MOST TIMES...availability for the free carwash (one can sometimes wait an hour) can be a challenge if the cars in the lot are scheduled for washing. STILL...the car lot staff tries to push customers through the carwash FIRST recently...over the cars in the lot for sale that are scheduled for washing...which has been a time saving PLUS for customers on-the-go.A VERY solid 4STARS (4&3/4 if I could give that rating)...& well deserved.

Got my remote battery. It went OK. A 25 year customer very hurt and upset that Steve Bond was let go. Jim Olpolka and Dean why? Steve lived service and was an awesome employee.And you wonder why people don't return to your place of business? Sad. Steve will be missed. The only reason now I return when I cool off is cause Jessie Steven's Dougherty. She goes I'm gone. She is awesome. I cannot even find the kindness to wish you 2 a Merry Christmas. Godspeed Steve. I know you will be successful.

Bought 2 vehicles and very happy with them. They touted free car washs and handed us the cards saying any time. It's been 2 years and yet no matter what day of the week we drive up it's been closed.

I went there to program a key, they said theyll do it for $130 even though i already had the key for them to program. I said ok lets do it. They sent me to the waiting area. I waited there with my 2 kids for 1.5hours. I went to their garage to figure out when itll be done. They said itll be done in 2minutes. So i went back to the waiting area and they told me its done and so i paid them the amount it cost and they gave me my receipt. When i went outside to see if my keyless remote was program nothing happened. None of the buttons on remote worked. I tryed and tryed for like 5mins. At this moment i was heated. It only takes 5mins or less to program a key. And they spent over an hour working or my car or doing whatever they were doing (probably just talking and chit chatting with each other the entire time). I went back in and complained. All they said was your car isnt compatible with programmed keys

I was supposed to have an oil change. I went there last month and they rotated the tires. I called them and scheduled another appointment and what do they do today again ? Rotate the tires. Don't waste your life/time here.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

Traveling back to NY when my engine warning lights came on. York Auto Group for my Toyota was just up the road. Told them I was traveling and that I needed to be home tonite. They got my car in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part and I was back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. Thank you York Auto Group!!

I was told my service would take an hour and 45 minutes at most (I got an inspection and tire rotation). I was there for 3 hours.
