One of the best experiences I ve had for an oil change in a long time. I highly recommend using their services and quite frankly you might want to go to this location. I intend to return back on my next oil change. The team is very thorough and fast and you are, treated with nothing but prompt and professional service, with respectable staff members, including the assistant general manager. Everything was Completed timely and if you ask me, it was very expeditious. If there were six stars, I would give them all six. It is a breath of fresh air to know that customer service is Not entirely dead along with common sense!

I was impressed with the service, staff and the place itself. First, I asked for a high mileage synthetic oil because my 12 year old Impala has over 172,000 miles. I was offered four options, each of which were explained thoroughly. There was zero pressure as to which I should choose. Next, I asked the technician to change the cabin filter as my records showed it had been more than 20,000 miles since the last replacement. Instead of simply changing it, the technician showed me my current filter as well as a new one and commented that it could last up to 30,000 miles. Again, no pressure to decide. In fact, I was told cabin filters can last more than 30,000 miles. I chose to replace it. During my visit, prices were discussed up front with no surprises. In addition, the work area, waiting room and customer restroom were spotlessly clean and well maintained. Even the coffee area was well stocked, clean and featured an easy to use Kurieg coffee maker. Add to this a professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff and there's not much more one could ask. I will be back.

Awesome and super knowledgeable staff. Very helpful and thorough in every way and an easy drive thru oil change for a good price! Will definitely be back. Thanks especially to Jake and Rachel! You both were great!!

Superb Customer Service and Process from start to finish.Friendly, Helpful, Smiling.Video monitors showing the work being done underneath the Vehicle was super cool.Whole process was superb.I went for oil change and was given options and even a $20 discount for being a member at the York Auto Spa

Staff is always friendly and informative when explaining oil change, or recommended services. They provide drinks while waiting and you also get a free car wash.

Normally I go to The Lube for oil changes and top-offs, but this time I had a very flat tire and they put the spare on without even charging me!! Everyone who works there is so friendly and they care about doing a great job!!!

Very poor service. Will not be back. I had my oil changed and my car immediately started idling rough and check engine light came on. Oil was pouring out of the bottom of my car. I called and went back in to the shop and they had no urgency to look at my car. Refused to take me next and made me wait in line. I had only taken the car around the block was gone 15 minutes tops. Would give zero stars if I could

1st time using the Lube Center. Great experience. They explained everything the do or will do to your vehicle. It was nice just to sit in the truck while they did the work. Will be using them again.

This was my first experience I will definitely go back. I had my own oil and filter and they used it as well only charged me $49.51. They showed me my air filter and suggested it be changed. Super nice guys! I give 5 stars!

NEVER GOING TO JIFFY LUBE AGAIN! The service was truly immaculate. They ticked off every box, went thru every small thing to make sure my car was up to date, and their speed was truly untouchable. Jiffy lube could never. What an amazing team they ve got!

My Wife and I have been taking both our vehicles here for 10 years. Never had a bad experience. Technicians and Managers are always professional and positive. Worth the money.

Always feel well taken care of. Just went in for the free top off this time. They didn't try to talk me into anything. Feel safe traveling this weekend now. Tire pressure done and fluids topped off.

Great place to go for an oil change, inspection, etc. The staff is always honest (quite possibly the most important quality when dealing with inspection centers) and friendly. I've been going here for many years and have never had any complaints. They will inspect your vehicle without an appointment and do so in a timely manner (keep in mind sometimes they are VERY busy. They also send nice coupons to customers.

This was an awesome 1st visit to the Lube Center ! I thought I was getting just an oil change, but they also check the filters, tires, lights, etc. Great service, friendly technicians, and a free car wash - I will definitely go back!

Josh was a great technician! He explained everything smoothly and answered my questions even though he s obviously heard them a million times. I didn t catch his name, but the man who did the billing and the mileage sticker also had great customer service and we talked about a mutual enjoyment of metal music. Couldn t ask for better service!

Very courteous offer me a coffee juice . I asked them to make sure my underneath joints have been lube - oil professional job. And if you think about it with the stress of everyday life sitting in your car having your vehicle lubricant up for good vehicle health you can't beat the price. $$$$$

I took my vehicle to get an oil change and inspection. The inspection failed for one light stud being broke. Which is fine. They tell me they don't fix that issue to take it somewhere else and bring it back within 30 days to get re-inspected and they charged me and I left..3 weeks later got it fixed and took it back. They informed me that they can no longer do inspections as they just got their equipment taken away that same day and I'd have to take it to a sister location 30 mins away.I'm a single mother of 3 who works full time. I don't have time to travel to another location and wait who knows how long ( the first time took 3 1/2 hrs) as it's a first come first serve place. I'd like my money back or something since I couldn't get the job finished. Thanks.

Everyone was extremely helpful. Clean and excellent work. Spent time identifying details of service needed now and provided a cost and estimate of the upcoming service needs. Took their time with my car as if it was their own!

Though I go every three months for oil change and staff changes constantly, they maintain the same level of efficiency and high caliber quality service. Lines are always long though the wait is average due to the excellent customer service, and efficient service provided. I highly recommend them! Prices are competitive, coupons are abundant, and you get a free car wash, which is superb! The wash is excellent and service there is exceptional. The cashier Javon was most helpful and provided us with service that I felt was professional and friendly!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

It was ok they did ask if I needed anything else or anything to drink I gave 4 stars because I felt like some people weren't acting professional and it made me uneasy as I was thinking they might not pay attention to what they are doing I have been here before and the guys or girls would call out what they were doing as they were doing it and they seemed generally having fun to do there job while performing the job at hand I have trouble trusting as I've had bad experiences not here just in general at places like this the tecs all seem to know what they were doing and happy to help in any way so I'm not trying to down what they are doing just making an observation and sharing

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. my car was working perfect before coming here and had no issues. i wanted to get my car inspection done so i came here. a few days prior to coming here i got a new battery and used my car close to a week with no issues. it was running fine and after they had my car for about a half hour, the guy told me that he turned it off and tried to turn it back on and it wouldn't start. before i got the new battery i had this issue but once the new battery was put in, my car was outstanding. they tried telling me it was the alternator but did not know for sure. one guy said they could check for me and the other one said they couldn't because they aren't a body shop. i got charged 44.01 for nothing. they jumped my car because " it wouldn't start " and when i got home to try and turn it back on, my car was 100% dead. no lights, nothing whatsoever. also cant even lock my car now. the old battery being in my car had more life than it does now. they basically killed my car and i don't know what happened but this place sucks. do not come here. they have no idea what they are talking about. i will never be coming back. it's disgusting how some companies will screw you over and have the audacity to say my car had a problem before coming there when this was NEVER an issue. they are 100% a scam.

I wrote a previous review that was a 5 star, with the previous management. I ve been coming here for 5 years and I m still reviewing in my head what I experienced yesterday. I won t be going back and will be going to a different place moving forward. I came for my regular oil change. I was informed that I had a head light out. They offered to change it, they did. I was never actually given an estimate the worker came and showed me an estimate if I added on another up-sale item. I declined the upsale item. Then when it came came time to pay they told me they messed up with what the lady who takes payment put into their iPad system and it would be $50 more than I was expecting. Unfortunately, it was already $50 more than I was expecting so it total was $100 because I have never been changed $54 for a light bulb change and had no idea I was being charged that. I felt pressured into paying, even with the manger giving a discount of 10% which literally wasn t anything because of the charge I never got to get the additive I put into my high mileage car. I have had bulbs changed there before in the 5 years I ve come and have never been charged $54 dollars. I also have never been on the spot of being asking multiple times is this price okay. I said. No, but the work is done what amI suppose to even say I don t want to pay that I wasn t informed? What was I suppose too do? I loved this place as a female going to car shops I used to really trust and love the last management but immediately as I left and explained to others- I was really disappointed I feel like they really got one over on me and pretended as if they saved me $16 . I was not informed of pricing prior to the work at all and even though they showed me one estimate they had it totally messed up and expected I d just be okay with that. When they showed me the price I questioned if everything was done because I would have declined moving forward. I had to express I wasn t. I was incredibly uncomfortable.
