I am extremely happy with my experience at Tru Customs of PA. I needed a 2-way system for my XJ. They had exactly what I was looking for and Rey did a great job installing it for me. I m very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend this shop! The coolest part about this shop is that you get to take a picture of your ride next to the badass mural on the wall before you leave!

Ray is a great owner and knows car audio very well. They also do PA state inspection and install dui interlocks.

The owner took time out of his day to help me with a situation I was having. Without me asking he sent a few emails....and made a few calls to Road Guard Interlock ....and helped to when I was having a problem with my drivers license..and it was a.matter of some paperwork not being sent and he helped me to straighten it out and I am very grateful.

I am thrilled with the work that Tru Customs did for me! I came in for a remote start, tint and some upgrades to my radio in my new car. Rey was very welcoming and knowledgeable. It was also convenient that I could get all of the things I wanted in one place!! He made me feel right at home and showed me my options. He was also so helpful and had innovative suggestions for some of my future ideas and projects! The work he did was done well and quickly! I will definitely be back and will be recommending Tru Customs to others!!

juan took the old trashy speakers out of my car and installed better ones and now my car sounds better than ever definitely recommended he works great with everybody and the work they put in to satisfy people is extraordinary I definitely got my moneys worth if not more if you ask me no cap!!

The guys who work and own this shop do a great job on any vehicle they work on. They put my hash marks on my carmaro and will be doing more work soon. This will be the only place i will be taking my car to for work to be done...highly recommend them!!!

If you are buying a new vehicle, ignore the salesperson if they offer to install anything. Third parties that need car dealerships to send them business are nothing more than the lowest bidder and install complete junk.Completely opposite experience with these guys. Owner (I think) is a very straight shooter, very knowledgeable in his job field. Only paid around $600 total for good work and modern equipment vs paying Toyota $1800 to install junk that was built in 2004.Thanks again, Tru Customs. I ll send people your way if they want quality work down on their vehicle.

Got some custom lights installed in place of my existing reflectors. Service was quick and at a great price. Highly recommend for any jobs you need done.

Horrible.. will never be going back here !! They charged me 160 to re run my own wire to my amp that they knew was messed up! Called two hours later to let them know it still wasn t working and they basically said it s not their problem. Told us to buy a new wire and they would put it in and charge us again ! They originally said that the cost of the wire was included in the 160 but instead they just used my old one. On top of that they cracked my dash board but still wouldn t give us a new wire ! So I basically paid 160 for nothing! Ridiculous and completely unprofessional!!! Don t waste your money or time.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable price for great work! I walked in for a scheduled appointment and he started immediately! I was very impressed and found a new custom shop for my Camaro.

known Rey for years. He's honest and fair. Took my CX-5 to get a backup camera. Took less time then originally quoted and used too quality parts. Definitely will be taking my car back to him!

Great customer service and very friendly people installed my stereo system in a timely matter and even had me come back 2 days later to look at something. Defiently will go back to them and refer others there as well. They did an awesome job thanks !!

Did Good quality work at a decent price but never finished the job. My backup camera still isn't working after I returned 3 times. Warning, do not pay until the job is completed.

I had a whole new sound system put in my 2006 BMW (speakers, amps, subs) and there was static coming from the speakers and the amp for them. The owner wouldn t fix the issue because he claimed he couldn t hear it. The wiring was a mess, he jumped a power wire between amps instead of either using a distribution block or a new run from the battery. He also used cheap line out converters and shoved them all in a pocket of the trunk instead of putting them away neatly. I also had my windows tinted at the same time. All of my windows had bubbles throughout in which he wouldn t fix. The car sounded awful and looked worse.

Had a remote starter installed on my 2016 ford f150 , they were very professional and did it in a timely manner and explain to me all my options and showed me how it worked they after they installed it will be going back there for more things , would recommend this place to anyone

This place is tucked away on the southern edge of York city, and is definitely worth looking for!Staff was up front and honest about the cost of a new stereo system in my vehicle.

I had my 2011 Hyundai Elantra filmed here. The side windows were fine but the rear window was pathetic. It's riddled with bubbles, scratched, and dirt trapped between the film and the window.They flatly refused to re-film the rear window.These clowns don't know what they're doing. Rip off artist.Take your car to someone else.
