From the very start this process was a breeze. First contact was via Mary in response to an email inquiry about specific vehicles. Information was provided and a flexible time was scheduled for a visit.After arriving I was paired with Mike to help me further. His guidance was spot on and beyond helpful and honest. I selected a vehicle and the purchasing process from there was easy and pain free. From there I met with Josh to finalize the purchase, another stress free step.Every person in the team that assisted me was wonderful. Questions were answered and explained. I couldn t recommend them more. I am appreciative of all their time and help with purchasing my new vehicle. Thank you!

Great experience from beginning to end of my purchasing of a beautiful Camry. Larry Kline did a wonderful job of showing me options and, although the car I wanted wasn t on the lot he and the team at Toyota of York found me one in less than a day s time. Larry literally spent hours with me showing me the car s features and we set up all of the technology. I drove out of the dealership feeling confident and I would recommend anyone in Pennsylvania to come to York if a Toyota is on their wish list. I ll be bringing my car from out of town back to York for service although there might be closer spots in the spirit of loyalty! Great job by a great team.

Extremely grateful for to start the New year with an amazing experience and deal! Jaleel Hopkins was a great salesperson! He greeted us in a super friendly manner got us in asked what our needs where in regards to options we wanted in our new Tacoma. He understood the deal we wanted and we got it! Our document process with Chris Manso was fast, professional and on point! Thank you Guys from the Bermudez Family! Tacoma was purchased 12/23/23

Was easy to drop off my car the night before. I liked the on-line text updates for the entire process of getting my vehicle inspected. And the options to accept or decline recommended maintenance.

I always have a good experience here. Staff are professional and also kind. I feel that they are up front and honest with what they are doing with your vehicle. The service areas always seems uncluttered and as clean as possible and the waiting area is quiet, calm and comfortable.

When I was thinking of buying a new Vehicle I called Toyota of York to speak with someone about what exactly I was looking for and what I wanted my New Toyota Tacoma to come equipped with . My first encounter was with Eva I believe. She was amazing and got back to me relatively quickly and found me exactly what I was looking for . From there I was put in to contact with Brandon who was absolutely amazing as well . He always kept me up to date with every step from the time my Truck was ( Birthed) as he called it . He made sure I knew when it was loaded and where it was on the train all the way up to the date it was delivered to Toyota of York. The whole experience of me buying a brand new truck was easy it went smooth and most importantly non stressful all the way up to the process of finalizing the paperwork. The gal that did this process with me was also amazing . She was pleasant , funny and just made it so easy . I can t think of one negative, bad or frustrating experience from the first phone call to the day I drove off the lot with my brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma . Thank you to everyone who made buying my very first brand New Truck a pleasant experience. I can t thank you enough

This is our third car from Toyota of York since 2022. We work with Jason Smith and it s always a great experience. Jason is consultative and looks out for his clients. He educates and takes time to make sure everything is explained. Great experience especially for our two children who got their first new cars this year from Toyota.

Toyota of York staff (especially Morgan and Tony) were extremely kind and helpful in a really frustrating situation with my new car breaking down out of state. They worked with me for about a week to find out what was wrong with my car and helped me to get it fixed with a quick turn around! Their frequent communication helped me feel more at ease knowing that my car was in good hands and wouldn t be returned until they were able to find the problem. I m extra grateful for Tony who heard my frustrations and helped me work through more of the logistical side of things with my rental car. Thank you so much y all are the best!

Staff & service was excellent but I had asked for shuttle service and upon arrival, the driver advised me he could take me home but was too busy & would not be able to pick me up in the afternoon for me to pick up my car!!! I was shocked & panicked!!! I felt insulted & thought that was rude . I was a new car owner, a widow with no family nearby!! I told him I had no one to bring me back & no other choice. He just looked at me like he was expecting me to come up with a solution. He suggested I talk to the technician, who was also visibly shocked at the driver s announcement! I decided to wait for the vehicle & went to the waiting room. The driver shortly thereafter, came to the waiting room and advised me he could probably find someone else to pick me up! . I said, you didn t say that before , (wasn t sure I could trust that would happen)! I told him I d wait. I think that was rude & left me in a panic because if I went home, I may not have gotten a way back to pick up my car!!! Everyone else was courteous and helpful. Before I make another appointment, I will make sure there will be transportation available as promised & not be left in that situation again!!!

Darby (the one doing the financials) did an amazing job putting together a package for a beautiful car to get me out of a really bad situation where I had negative equity that was double what my car was worth on a car I had to put money into every other month to fix. Toyota of York gave me the highest trade allowance of any other dealerships in the area, and were able to give me a premium interest rate.I am extremely happy with the deal I received from them and will refer people every chance I can get to them because of how well they treated me.Larry was an extremely knowledgeable salesperson and helped me to find a gorgeous Corolla Nightshade Edition that fully fit my needs without compromising on my aesthetic or wants.I won t be needing a new car for a while, but when I do, y all have made me a lifetime customer. I am forever grateful for the deal I received from them and will always come back.

My experience was exceptional. Some of the best customer service I ve run into during my 47 years of purchasing and driving cars. Mike is a great salesperson and very thorough and caring. Chris was fabulous with the papers and explanations.

Larry was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had for him. He listened to everything that I wanted on my new Hybrid Highlander. I would definitely recommend Toyota of York and ask for Larry as your salesman.

I had an amazing experience buying my new car. Jason the salesman walked up to me as soon as I got there and started helping me. He and everyone else were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with me and took the time to show me the cars I wanted to see, walked me through all the features of the cars and helped me compare them so that I could make an informed decision. Once I had chosen the vehicle I wanted to buy they were able to work with me on the price of the vehicle to get me a good deal and get me everything I wanted to include such as an extended warranty and ceramic coating for the car and still stay within my budget. I absolutely recommend buying a vehicle here, they're really great

We had an amazing experience through Toyota of York. We worked with Mike and were very well taken care of. I had specific details I wanted and he reached out when he had a car that matched. He made the process extremely easy, asking for various documents in advance so our final transaction could be more efficient. He also took time to answer all of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Had an excellent experience with Toyota of York. They promptly called me back when I left a message after hours, which the other dealers did not. Our salesperson, Brandon, was knowledgeable and great to work with. Even though this dealership is over an hour away from us, I d make the trip again in the future to get the great service we received with this purchase. Our experience here was so much better than the service we received (or didn t receive) at two other dealerships in our area. Would highly recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

Came in just to look and see what was available. Was considering purchasing in next few months, Elroy showed me some options in my thoughts and got me in a 4 runner that is super nice for price I wanted to be at. Darby was awesome in getting all the paperwork in order and made so easy to get out the door. Great people!!!

Just purchased my first ever hybrid vehicle. I had the absolute BEST experience with this dealership. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Chris was my salesman and was so incredibly pleasant to work with, not to mention, very knowledgeable, and kind. Wilson took care of me in finance and took time to explain all of the paperwork and answer all of my questions. I enjoyed my experience so much that I sent my sister here as well. I HIGHLY recommend Toyota of York if you are looking for a car. You ll be glad you did! Shoutout to Mary the internet sales manager who reserved my car ahead of time so it was ready to drive when I got there. You are all WONDERFUL! Thank you so much!!!!!!

I ve used Toyota of York to service my 2003 Camry Hybrid that I sold @ 170k miles for 8 years and now I m taking my 2018 Camry Hybrid there for service. Noticed recently that they are getting even better using technology to communicate with me before, during and after service while still maintaining high touch through humans. Would highly recommend Toyota of York.

Was quoted $13,000 on a trade-in. Call back the next day to start process that I m buying a vehicle from them and then they tell me my trades only $4000. Started working with my bank to transfer money. I will not be buying a vehicle from this company. Think goodness that it is on a recorded line. Buyer Beware!

Good service! I brought in my RAV4 for an oil change, state inspection, and tire rotation. Getting this all done at Toyota York was the smart choice, since nearly every service was covered under ToyotaCare. Additionally, my gas cap string broke a few months ago, and I just noticed this was fixed during my last visit, and I didn t even have to ask. I appreciate the attention to detail. Plus, scheduling the appointment online was super easy, and the availability of weekend appointments is very convenient. I would recommend this business.

Overall, I had a really good experience. This was my first time buying a car but not my first time at a dealership. All the sales associates and managers were very friendly and answered all of my questions honestly. No matter how busy they may have been with another sale , they made sure to keep me updated on what was going on with my side of things.I bought a used Jeep that is in very good condition without too many miles. I wasn t able to test drive it the first time I came because they were servicing it and replacing the battery. But I was able to put a hold on it and they allowed me to test drive before I signed any paperwork.My only complaint is that I wasn t told the hold was strictly for 24 hours and felt a bit rushed to come back in but they did accommodate to my needs and I was able to buy the car with no issue.The financing process was explained thoroughly and I was allowed to look at all the options and think through what was best for me. I even changed my mind a couple times and they were very understanding! Thank you to Jose and everyone else I spoke to at Toyota!I left feeling sure of my purchase and am so happy with my new Jeep!

My honest review, some constructive feedback for the owners....I wound up buying at another dealer for a few reasons- 1) Prices are not on the web site....which is a bit of a red flag. 2) Every new car on the lot comes with aftermarket tint now with a fee tacked on the sticker. I dont want tint on a vehicle, and I do not want to haggle to get it removed. 3) Same as #2, but the ToY shield protection added to the sticker that you have to haggle to try and have removed. Thats an extra grand of stuff added to the car that the other area dealers do not do. Salesperson seemed like a good guy, I just didn't want to deal with the games.

We purchased a 2024 Grand Highlander from Toyota of York last week. From start to finish it was top notch. I started communicating with Mary online. She was very informative and patient with my many questions. At the dealership, Elroy was our salesperson. He greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we worked on making our decision. We never felt pressured or rushed. He made sure, before we left with our new car that phones were synced and took us through a very helpful tutorial about the many features that this car has. We also have to recognize Josh who took the time while completing our paperwork to provide cleaning tips for the ceramic coated paint and the interior. Thank you for a 10 out of 10 experience!

Not good, my appointment was at 9:45 and I never got out until 11:30. All I wanted was a battery replaced. I got a 2012 Toyota Tundra with 60,000 miles and they want to upgrade everything but the motor. Terrible experience. Not sure I'll be back
