Steve and his team at Team One Auto Group are always so kind and upfront anytime I visit the shop, these guys are the most reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop I've dealt with over the past 15 years. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family...From yearly inspections, oil changes, brake services, and all other services for your vehicle, these guys will get it done professionally and very promptly, and 9/10 at a fraction of the other guys cost. Thank you everyone at Team One Auto Group!!!

Steve and the staff were wonderful. I did a search and the first auto group I called the person on the phone was extremely rude. So I chose to take my business to their competitor. Steve answered the phone and was kind, professional, courteous, and absolutely went out of his way to help my family. He even offered to go on the dmv website and assist us. While there this staff were efficient, fast, and shared the same attitude and work ethic. Sitting in the lobby waiting multiple customers were there complimenting the business and staff and you can tell this is a facility that has a business built on very loyal customers because they have been treated right. It was a breath of fresh air and I will definitely be keeping my business there in the future.

Steve is the kindest car guy I ve ever met. I feel very comfortable working with him. I have an older truck so it was bound to have some issues, and he was very helpful in getting me a quote in a timely fashion. I will definitely be returning here for future needs, as well as recommending to all friends and family

I called Steve and scheduled an inspection, and accidentally slept past the time and he STILL found a way to get me in. His tech Chris was super efficient on time. Their inspection costed me only 58 dollars. Best price within 30 miles (for sure). Highly recommend this place for all of your automotive needs.

They Are very nice guys but they didn't know how to fix my car. I went in with a coolant leak and they did a temporary fix ( which I was ok with) and dumped water in my coolant reservoir but didn't burp it. I went about a mile and the engine was overheating. I finally had it towed home.

Took my van in for inspection and i have to say all tho i was not expecting for it to need work im glad it got done and im glad i took it here great experience the mechanic pointed out things that needed fixing that now to think about it other shops have not pointed them out and still passed my inspection . Definitely will be taking my vehicle here in the future. Thanks guys and great job on the mechanic.

I came in for a prescheduled basic service this morning, however the staff were courteous and performed the job. Thank you.2/14/24 - Today was the third or fourth time visiting this facility, and I have no regrets. No fancy dealership frills, but not the exorbitant fees associated with them either. The team was great as always in the waiting room and I was lucky to have a technician who previously worked at the same dealership as my car manufacturer. It made for a confident review of my vehicle.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought 2 cars in for oil change service and they found that my brakes were at their minimum on the 2nd car. I would not have been safe this winter if they hadn't told me. I appreciate the extra walk around and inspection for details to keep.my cars safe.

We've taken our car to Team One Auto before, and we have always had a positive experience. Best customer service I've encountered at a car repair/maintenance shop. They explain what needs done and why, their prices are affordable, and they're efficient. Out of the other two repair shops located beside them (Pep boys and Auto Care Service Center), I would absolutely recommend Team One Auto!

Update: It's been a few years since leaving my first review so I decided to update to reflect that this business is still great. They go above and beyond for their customers and do great, trustworthy work.Before I start this review let me say that there are very very few people whose opinion I will trust when it comes to vehicle maintenance or repairs. Theres even fewer people who I will let touch my vehicle. There is only 1 repair shop that I will take my vehicle to, and that is team 1. Steve is a great guy and will not try to sucker you into buying a bunch of garbage or make any unnecessary repairs. They make sure the job is always done right or they will do it again on their behalf. I never go here worrying about being lied to about what is really wrong and I trust them when they say they found the issue. I don't know anywhere else I can say that about. The pricing for the parts is fair. The prices for the labor can get a little expensive, but considering the job is getting done right the 1st time i see it as no problem.

Had valve cover gaskets fail on my 2010 Subaru Forester. Took it in first thing and they got it done the same day at a fair price. Very good customer service. Did a great job fixing it and cleaned up the engine bay nicely after the work was completed.

I took my vehicle in due to noise coming from the rear wheel. They were able to find the issue and fix it the first time. When they presented me with repair options they started with the most economical option. No upselling. These guys are honest and do excellent work. I've used them for years now and they're always my first call if I have any kind of car trouble.Service: Brakes
