I took my ram 3500 to them to find out what was wrong with it, they told me it was the lifters and I asked if they were sure and they said yes so I told them to fix it. They called me and said it was fixed, I went to pick it up and it sounded worse than when I took it in. They said they would fix it and it's still not fixed but I had to pay them. They gave my truck back with the dipstick not attached and leaking oil. I definitely do not recommend them to fix any vehicle.

Recommend for speedy service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only reason 4 stars is based on attention to detail. The Tech's initial diagnosis on battery issue for Pacifica, required me to insist they do a full diagnostic in order to find the issue. If I had gone with their initial diagnosis of "charge the battery" (which I had already done) the bad cell in the battery would not have been discovered. Also, when they flashed the computer to update after the battery install, they missed that the A/C settings were not working properly and the display had a different layout. Turned around after two miles and had them re-assess, then after they said it was fixed, had to had the service Mgr take a look to finally resolve. It was a bit of an obscure problem, but attention to detail on systems check would have saved us both time.Rest of the work was done well, and vehicle is driving perfectly.Recommend. Just be sure to ask questions, and know your vehicle. That is par for the course for most shops right now. Stetler is easy to work with and accommodating.

They don't keep their customers in the loop. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a warranty part. I've had to call them for updates.
