Best service around. Stan and his crew are wonderful. From oil changes to larger repair jobs, I m always confident the repairs were done correctly. Purchased a higher mileage car from the dealership and it s been great. Thanks Stan !!!

It has taken me months to think this review through, but have still come to he following conclusion: The owner was extremely rude to me an my wife and we probably will not use his services in the future,Several months ago my wife (age 75)had a blowout on her right rear tire. We managed to get the car to Stan s late at night. Next morning we (I am 77 with physical disabilities)stopped by to see what could be done. Stan told us they were so busy that they could not assist us for an entire week. We ask if they could put the spare on so we could go to a tire shop and get a new tire. Stan said they were too busy, no. Two of his helpers, unbeknownst to Stan put the spare on for us and I tipped them $20. Stan found out an admonished them. I ask the two helpers to ask Stan what the charge was and he charged us $45. The helpers tried to return the $20 and I said keep it, you helped us, Stan didn t t have time for us .That is not the customer service I expect from a local business owner. I hope his demeanor and attitude change for the better.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

They quoted me a price of $1700 then after they took my car apart they said it would be over $3000 to fix. I said forget it, I ll take it elsewhere. The next mechanic showed how they had barely but my car back together, I m very lucky that I wasn t in a bad accident from how they only partly but it back together. My new mechanic did all the repairs for $1400. I will never go back to Stan s or recommend himService: Steering & suspension repair

Awful customer service. Had my Subaru in for service. Everyone was nice on the phone. Then when we show up they are down our throats because I want my car back to get a second opinion. They were yelling at my coworker who came with me and belittling him. So so so unprofessional.They wanted $1280.00. They told me my warranty only covered $200 come to find out my warranty covered almost all! I only paid $175 at a another dealer in the end. Very rude customer service. I will never be back and will never refer anyone here .

Stan was going to charge me $900 for rackings and bushings ....Went here out of convenience. Won t be back. Took my car with Stans diagnosis to my old mechanic 45 minutes away and the parts & labor cost me $166. I paid Stan $800 for work he did on my car while it was in his shop and I wonder what I d have paid at a more honest mechanics.....thumbs down Stan.

First let me say I absolutely love this garage. It's family-owned and everyone that works there is super friendly. We just finished buying our third car from Stans. We bought an Outback there about 5 years ago and have been totally happy with it period for Subaru the price was very reasonable and very little had to be done to the car since we have had it. About six months ago we bought an older Outback 4 a friend's young son who is like our own son( he is paying us back of course LOL).It also runs amazingly well and hasn't had any issues. More recently I was in need of a new vehicle and I purchased a 2011 Outback from them. Again for the miles the price was totally reasonable and the car runs great. We've also had Stans service the cars that we have occasionally. We did have an 09 Forester that we had bought brand new from another dealer. After a couple of years we had a lot of problems with the clutch in it. Stans worked with us to get it fixed. They stood behind the work. At one point a few other issues came up and they worked with us on the price. The work they did was amazing. A quality job. I know that people are complaining about prices but cars are expensive today and the parts are expensive if you're wanting a Subaru( this isn't Stans fault). For this reason it's somewhat expensive to fix them but isn't it that way at any garage ? At least hear you get treated well and they stand behind the work .I give customer service and quality of work five stars! You don't buy three vehicles from someone you can't trust

Took my car in to have the head gasket replaced, I only spoke to one person.This guy answered the phone, met me at the counter, answered all my questions, worked on my car, took it for a test drive, took my money, and put me in for another appointment. It's hard to say that they are accountable when only one person is handling all the business. It makes me question if my car was actually worked on, and if the price was competitive.Edit: Stan called me directly, I shared my concerns and worked this out. 5 star service for any company willing to make a personal call. Thanks Stan!

Horrible! Everytime I bring my car in it comes back worse than the original. None of my problems are ever fixed! I would bring my car here because of my grandfather, who Stan wayyy over charges. I had my fiance call and ask about prices for the same make and model of my car and he was told a completely different price! My car was bought from them and is a complete lemon! Do not bring your car here! They claim to be Christian yet they sit and take advantage of an elderly man with mental issues.

I trust my Outback with Stan's III. He comes highly rated as a Subaru specialist. So far he has done me right.

Just had my 99 outback in for it's 100,000 mile service. All I can say is his shop is #1 for Subaru repairs. It was done on time and more important, it was done right the first time. If our garage baby ever gets sick it's going to DR Stan lol Thanks Stan Cliff Steiner

Bought a older outback love the car. Outback had some issues like older cars do , but Stans helped and fixed the issues. Great customer service before buying the outback and great customer service after . I will be buying another Subaru from Stans. Thank-you stans

Replaced a head gasket and the other parts that are involved, alternator, belts, sparkplugs, etc.cost $3000 - gave a FULL WARRANTYSparkplugs arced a few months later and all needed replaced and they refused to honor their warranty. cost another $250Alternator then went bad a month later, and they replaced but told us that there are conditions on their warranty .....The paperwork states FULL WARRANTY!!Stan refuses to return phone calls, nor speak to me - made the manager deal with the issues.NOW THE BLOCK IS CRACKED (ONLY 6 MONTHS LATER) because they didn't burp the radiator from the first work they did. WANTS ANOTHER $3000.COMPLETELY DISHONEST!!!!!BEWARE!!!!

Great service, competitive prices, knowledgeable mechanics, honest and upfront. We've been taking our cars to Stan's for years and have had no issues with multiple makes and models.

Do NOT buy from here. AWFUL customer service. The owner is a chauvinist (I am female) and got in my face after a he sold me a faulty vehicle and I complained. He was childish and immature. At one point I thought I would have to call the police when he repeatedly violated my personal space, pointing and calling me names. It was bad.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service I've received here. The mechanics are very knowledgable, professional and friendly! They have helped us out tremendously each time the wrx was in for service.
