Wow, how impressed I am with the work done at Santana Window Tint! From the time it took start to finish (almost 1 hour 20 minutes) to the great communication and information he provided before and after the tint was placed onto my car. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for high quality, great service and price, and "attention to detail" kind of work. I had an appointment scheduled for 9am today to get my windows tinted. When I arrived I called and nobody answered. I continued to call and waited outside for an hour, nobody showed. When I got home I called again, he answered and stated he was busy with family things and apologized. He asked if I could come back at 12 and I had said yes, he also stated he would give me a discount, I thought it was fair and understandable as things happen. I arrived again at 12, once again nobody was there. I called a bunch of times just as the first time and also waited another hour. Nobody ever came. I had called this place a total of 11 times today trying to get ahold of somebody. This situation was extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. Not only did I waste my time, but I wasted gas driving back and forth. I m extremely upset and I now have to schedule somewhere else. I do not recommend this business.
