So I took my truck here it needed new motor . He thinks he doesn t hafta respond to me after telling me the motor he ordered was lost and he was waiting on a refund to pay me back from the same company that just ships a motor and loses it . He even told me it was my fault I fought an old truck . They are the easiest to swap out!I do t want this guy doing this to anyone else even tho it just seems to be me by reveiws . GIVE ME MY MONEY NEAL !!!!Update 4/14 . I have still yet to receive my refund from Neal ! Am being forced to file a civil suit now .. how does a garage just lose your motor ?? Stay away from this garage he is a con artist I m not rich it 3,400$ is a lot to me and I could really use it to fix the other truck I had to buy since I got screwed in this deal . Mavis has done better for me so I suggest to go there instead of relapse motorworks llc .i hope I take you out of business with my civil claim so no one else gets screwed by you ya even did it to me around Christmas time yeah merry effing Christmas right back at ya Neal your gonna see I m not playin with ya when I say I m gonna get my money back ya can t legally rip my truck apart throw the motor in the bed and say your done because you lost the motor I purchased ha and you help people in recovery I think you would cause someone to relapse .

My experience with Recovery Motorworks was a very positive one and i would recommend them to anyone :). Neal was, is, and remains great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, honest, & trustworthy. He does not cut corners but will work with you on solutions & at the same time his pricing is very fair and better than many others. Neal also did work for my sister, she was happy and said will go back to him again.

(using my wifes Gmail because my last review is posted disappeared). My name is Devin Sutcliffe I paid for a motor job , 3400$ and Neal claimed to have lost the motor in shipping and said there was to be a refund issued. It's been over two months now and now Neal won't answer the phone. I know hafta take legal action . He still has my truck and money and refuses to answer me !!!!! Neal is definitely a con artist claims to help people in recovery how is ripping my motor out and throwing it In the bed a 3400$ job??????? I have the blue GMC Sierra in his lot if ya want proof it's still there with an engine in the bed of it !!!!
