They seem like nice guys but I had a bad experience here. They damaged my wheels when they installed my new tires. They broke the center cap piece and there were scratches along the edges that weren't there before I took it them. And I just found out that that mounted my front tires wrong. They put the inner on on the outside...smh...unbelievable! They said that they were going to pay for my wheel being damaged but never did. Bad business! I won't be back!

I am extremely pleased and impressed by these mechanics. I left my car there for an inspection and it wasn t long before they sent me a report for the repairs and I was able to sign the report using my phone to have them do the work and they had the repairs done and ready to pick up the next day. Very nice group of guys. I will definitely be returning there.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Jean and Ramy are awesome! I dropped off my car and the next day, it was ready for pickup. I just picked up my car, it feels and drives brand new. The whole experience had been nothing but excellent. I will definitely be taking all and any future cars here.

Great experience, very friendly and knowledgeable. They pulled me in and showed me everything wrong with my car. And taught me how everything worked and why it needed replaced. Car runs like new. Very professional and car was ready quicker than expected and decent prices. Highly recommend. Making them my new mechanics.

Great garage. These guys were fast, professional, and their shop was super clean and comfortable. They were very fair in their prices and didn t get any type of vibe they were trying to trap me on unneeded repairs. I will be back in the future for sure.

What a great experience. Stopped in to see what rotors needed replaced on a Thursday.They checked it out gave me a fair price. Ordered the parts and did the work on Friday. What a quick time frame. Thanks Jean for your help.

This place does amazing work and for half the price dealerships charge. Nice, friendly and very professional!! This is my go-to place for multiple vehicles my family owns. Excellent garage. They do great work, they do it fast, and they do it affordably. Only place I'll go for repairs in York. State of the art alignment rack. Exceptional mechanics. The place is always clean and welcoming. Highly recommend.

This is the best place! I purchased new tires at an amazing price. The new brakes and alignment have my vehicle driving like a dream! It was a pleasure getting my vehicle serviced here! I had a tire go flat as I was on the way to work so i was stressing! Queensgate Auto wasn t too far from me so I went there to see if I could schedule a fix. They were so accommodating, they even squeezed me in on the spot since my repairs weren t too much. I told them i also needed an oil change & they went above and beyond and handled that service as well. I still have my job, and thanks to queensgate, i still have my car! Awesome employees! I recently took my SUV to this auto shop for a inspection and I needed four new tires. Ramy was very honest and helpful with ordering four new tires for my truck. The price was very good as well. They also did a alignment. Now my truck is as smooth as can be and I am very happy with the service I received here. Friendly staff and good prices. My new to go spot for my auto needs. Thanks again!!

Would not go by their listed hours- I'm sitting here for the 2nd time during a time they r listed to be open- but they r not n they still have my car keys u should b able to show up a full hour b4 closing time n expect them to b open- was planning on dropping my other car off to b inspected but I guess I will have to take that one n my 3rd vehicle somewhere else

I needed new tires and brakes. I set an appointment with Ramy and he and his mechanic took care of everything. When my check engine light came on I called Ramy and he told me to stop by. He and his mechanic took the time to diagnose. He was able to fix the problem right away. Thank you Ramy, you have a customer for life. Great Service and Great detail.
