Greatly impressed with the attention to detail during my vehicle's inspection, as well as the courtesy, professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I liked how they broke everything down into immediate need, upcoming potential problems, and future maintenance items. It helps in devising an ongoing plan to keep it running well for the long term. Plus, the loaner car was an appreciated bonus! Thanks!

I have been going for years to Quality Service Center. They have worked on many vehicles which I have owned. Never once did I have a problem. They get me in when needed and get the work done. If not completed that day (most of the time) then they always follow up with a phone call. Always willing to talk about the necessary fixes and never try to push any additional services. This is why I will always leave my cars in the hands of Quality Service Center

The owner Keith and his team were wonderful during my vehicle repairs.I am switching from my big name dealership to this location from now on. The family owned atmosphere allows great service and a more human connection when compared to other places. I did not feel like I was just another invoice number with a wallet.I really appreciate that they worked with my hectic schedule to provide fast service and - even better - a loaner vehicle to keep my day going smoothly.Communication is great and I was updated every step of the way. They broke down everything that needed to be done and explained next steps.This location has great ratings for a reason and I am happy I made the switch here!

The customer service here was top notch! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. I was surprised to be offered a longer car while my car was being inspected and even more surprised when I arrived at 7am on a very cold morning to find that loaner running and nice & warm! My new service center going forward!!

I took my vehicle to be checked out for a small leak. They fixed everything in a timely manner and communicated with me frequently. They also ended up not needing a part that I was quoted for so my balance due was a lot cheaper. I would trust them with any of my vehicles

It s not just a pleasure, but its comfort working with Quality Auto Service. I have a 2015 MB, and they help me keep it running like new! "Quality" is right there in the name and it's 10-star level quality at that! From day one, they have made me feel like more than just a customer. They're always quick to get my car serviced and back on the road. And they have never tried to "sell" me on service I didn't need right now. I recommend Quality Service Center to everyone I know! Give them a try. You won't regret it!

Had a slight accident with my car that damaged a tire. I called and within minutes had an estimate for a new tire and assurance that if it did arrive as they expected that afternoon, they would be able to replace it. Everything went as planned! If you re looking for a thorough and trustworthy garage, look no further. Each and every time I take my car in they do a once over and keep me up to date on maintenance that s coming due so I can plan and budget accordingly. Keith and his team do an awesome job!

Best service I have ever had at an auto shop! I wish I would of found this spot sooner. The service advisor Soreina, has the best customer service skills. I was given a loaner car for the time. Photos of my car parts and suggested services were sent in a text so I was able to view and make a decision. At the end I was even gifted candy. This is the level of excellence all shops should strive for. They have a new forever customer!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Oil change

I will admit that the place is very pricey, but this is a good case of you get what you pay for. The service is wonderful. The people there are very nice and explain everything that is happening.If you do not mind paying a bit more I would suggest this place. We went for our inspection and while they went through and looked out the entire car they show us two things.They gave us a full list of things that should be done in the future and they showed us what we need to have done so we can pass the inspection. It was very nice of them and it really helped us to make sure we had what we needed done to make sure our vehicle did not get into trouble.Again somewhat expensive, but well worth the price.Services: Auto battery replacement, Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery

The team at Quality Service Center was super!!! I had driven down from Michigan for a business meeting and had both rear wheel bearings start growling on the way to York, PA. No one else near Pittsburg or York would fit me in, but Quality did. I'm so thankful they did. They were friendly, timely, competitively priced, and did a great job replacing the bearing/hubs. My ride back home was way quieter and safer with the work they performed on my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek XV. Thank you Quality Service Center team for a great job and taking care of me! It s always a pleasure working with Auality Service. We brought our diesel truck to them for a fluid leak and had a lot of work done to the engine in addition to maintenance to other systems. I appreciate that the diagnostic checks come with pictures and truly feel that the shop does its best to save customers money and reasonably suggests solutions based on affordability and safety. From the phone call to make the appointment, dropping the car off to picking up the car everyone was so nice and helpful. The work was done in a timely manner and was done well. I really can t put into words how much this business is a breath of fresh air compared to what I ve experienced with other car repair centers. They are cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. They really care about your car! Not to mention how quickly they are able to complete repairs. I had a long list and it was done the same day! Beyond pleased with my experience here. When another popular place that installs hitches couldn t get mine in for over a month, Quality Service Center got it in a few days. They got me in as quick as possible and the price was incredibly fair. They were courteous and so friendly too, which I appreciate. I will be back for future services and absolutely recommend. Quality Service did a great job with my Infiniti. I was a little nervous at first to have them service my car because the car has upgrades but they did a great job. They found the issue that I was having and took care of it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend these guys and I will continue to use them to service my car in the future

Amazing service. Having recently moved to the area, I was not sure what to do when my battery died. These folks took care of me, and even gave me a loaner car to get to work. I'm very grateful to have them in my new community.

fabulous! First time going here and it won't be our last time. Very friendly, honest, and prompt service. We had a transmission oil cooler installed in our minivan. Very reasonable, and were charged less than they quoted us because it was not as complex as they anticipated. Super clean facility. They have definitely earned our business again.

As a non-local to York and one who cares about the service to my car, Keith and his crew are hands down the best in town.From the moment I first called for an appointment and spoke to Kate, to the follow-up call with Phil (in which he explained EVERY detail to what they worked on, checked on, and recommended), I've never seen such care from a group of people! Don't let all of the "certified mechanics" at the big dealerships make you think they are more qualified, Quality Service Center is far more trustworthy and friendly than anyone I've ever had work on my car!

VERY GOOD! VERY HONEST! VERY ACCOMMODATING! I've been to a few garages in my time, some have been pretty good. Some have been not so good! Quality is BY FAR one of the best, if not THE BEST!They know what they're doing. It's not like a few places that I've been to, where the mechanics are learning as they go; and basically, you're paying for it! NOT HERE! These guys seem to have their act together! The service manager, Dan, is a pretty good guy! Just upon meeting and talking with him, you'll find that he's very nice, easy to talk to. He's the kind of guy that you would want to go fishing with, or introduce to your family at a picnic. He's very good natured! Seems that the others that I have met and interacted with, are also pretty decent and level headed individuals. Another word about Dan: he looks into things for you, tells you about the progress of your repairs, works with you about what your vehicle needs, etc. He does his job VERY well!They have a nice, clean waiting area, and from the looks of it, the shop is really clean, too! They can also provide a loaner car, if they need your vehicle for a long period of time for repairs.Their prices are not dirt cheap, but for the HIGH CALIBER of service and repair work that they do, it is certainly worth it. Quality is not some fly by night outfit, that are looking to make a quick buck! They offer Quality, honesty, integrity, and have you feeling glad that you stopped by!

Employees were professional, pleasant, and honest. State inspection was done and the inspector checked my vehicle thoroughly. I was alerted to the car parts that needed to be repaired/replaced now, (which was done), and which parts would probably need repair or replacement in the future. I was pleased to know that information because it helps me plan how to use and where to drive my car.Services: Tires, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Quality Service Center really took care of me. Thorough diagnostics of the problem with photos to help me understand. Clean waiting room with a friendly staff. All 3 people working came to say hello, and asked me if I needed anything while I waited. 2 days after I receive a text to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory. These guys go above and beyond and I will definitely use them again!!

As always the team knocked it out of the park. Multiple returning customer. This time I brought them a complex set of issues (2009 Ford Fusion SE), and they were able to take care of everything that needed attention. Keith, I know this wasn't an easy one, lol. Very professional staff. Great to work with. Highly recommend!
