Very professional, Pritz Auto did a great job on my Honda! Everyone was courteous and easy to work with. My car looked brand new when I picked it up! I d highly recommend this auto body shop.

Everything was top-notch. From first communications with them to finally picking up the car. They were very up-to-date on keeping me up to date. The repairs look great. I would 100% use them again if I had to, which I hope I would never have to again. But if I did I would use them again. And I've already told friends and family about them that if they ever need body work or work after an accident, which I hope they never have an accident, that this is a great place to go to.

Fast, efficient, quality work beyond my expectations! And always greeted with a smile and warm tone, whether in person or over the phone! I never questioned the status of my vehicle, and it was returned cleaner than I left it! HIGHLY recommend Pritz Auto Body West!

My Camry was hit on the passenger side rear quarter panel just above the tire causing damage from the bumper to the door. Allstate (not in good hands) felt a customer taken photo claim without an adjuster looking at it was sufficient enough even though there was heard rubbing in the rear end and the steering wheel was off center. I informed the body shop what my concerns were and was told they would address with the insurance after the teardown was completed. Vehicle returned at the end of August and appeared better than new to the eye, but the steering wheel was still off centered and the rear end was noticeably loud. In November called the body shop said the right rear tire was balding and the car was bouncing on that side and I was told to contact Allstate. By the December I had two completely bald rear tires and the insurance company not returning my calls. I'm no auto body or insurance professional by any means but if fixing damaged vehicles is your business...shouldn't pride in your work and safety be priorities?Service: Body & Trim

I went here to get repair work done from an accident covered through insurance. They kept me informed and updated the whole process. Very kind. They did a beautiful job on my car and kept in full contact with me the entire time. Even during my times of panic when I didn't know where the tow truck had my car. Dave was phenomenal! I got my car fixed here after someone hit it in a parking lot. From the time I got the estimate through them fixing my car, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice. They did a great job on my car. I'd definitely go here again if the need would arise.

Professional and polite staff. I have used Pritz twice for service. The constant communication and feedback on the status of my vehicle was impressive. I have never felt any uncertainty. That is great customer service.I have allowed the proper timeframe to ensure my vehicle was not rushed to completion. My car was stolen and it got damaged really bad because of that( they crashed the car etc.). When I picked it up from Pritz it was as if my car was never stolen and no damage at all. They make your car like new again. Thank youService: PaintingService: Painting

The work done is sub-par. Beyond that, I was brought to this shop through a claim to my insurance after a drunk driver hit us at a red light.I took the car in and the estimate happened right outside the front door, never took the car back to look underneath or anything. Just took some photos outside on the ground and said I ll get the estimate into the insurance. Then off I went until appointment day. Well the worker who took the pictures and in charge of my claim from the auto shop side, he decided it would be ok to take my phone number off the client form and text me out of the office not about my car. And I then learned from some other people that he does this a lot!! He has a wife at home, but uses his job at Pritz as a personal dating service!!!So if you want sub-par car fixing and to be hit on by a married man, then get on over to Pritz on the West end of York!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

This was my first time going there, and the guy that helped me was very nice, I didn't have a long wait on an estimate I was in and out, very professional experience highly recommend...ok I got estimates and brought the car in for the repairs, they did an excellent job I'm very satisfied, and one of the repair guys name Dave, he kept me informed from start to finish with all updates,. Thanks to all who took care of my Pearl...she never looked better,

This company has 2 locations within miles of my home. There was damage done to my car, so I went to the East location 1st, even tho I had a past problem with them. It was only for an estimate, not for work to be done. A while later, I went to the West location for the same estimate & the difference in the price was shocking. The east location's estimate was $1,495 & seemed reasonable. The west's location, for the exact same damage was nearly $5,000. I informed the estimator at the west location of the difference & asked him why such a drastic difference. His reply was, "no 2 estimators will write the estimate the same because they see things differently." I ask you, would YOU accept that answer? Different companies, fine, but the same company in different locations? You tell me. If you use this business, it's a mistake, even tho I've read decent reviews, I've seen just as many bad ones. If you STILL want to use them, be sure to check both locations because they're not far apart. It could save you thousands. I won't even give them 1 star but had to or the post wouldn't be included.

I was rear ended sitting still at a traffic light. Took my truck to Apple collision, who sent it here to get it fixed. When I was telling them what was wrong with the vehicle I got nothing but attitude. I was told the initial assessment of the vehicle takes 15 minutes. Right then I should ve know that the shop was of poor quality. My vehicle was never put on an alignment rack or frame rack. I don t know much but I know that s the first step to repairing a collision in the rear. All they did was fix the outer cosmetic damage. That wasn t even done right. The body lines did not match. There were cut marks in the back of my cab. Plus my bed is still tweaked to this day. When I brought it to their attention, it s like I was an inconvenience for wanting my truck the way it was before I was hit. All they said was it s fine and gave it back to me. Drive train concern is still not fixed and my frame is still tweaked, but all they tell me is it s fine. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Outstanding customer service! Great people and amazing work!I was directed here by my insurance company after a deer impact. The parts of my car they repaired and replaced look brand new! If they hadn't told me the hood was repaired, I'd have sworn it was replaced! I dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Friday, as scheduled. They replaced several plastic parts, a headlight assembly, a parking sensor, and repaired the front of the hood where it was crushed in.I even called afterward regarding a couple of tiny bumps in the paint. I called only to inform them of the issue in case it affected the longevity of the work and had an impact on potential future warranty claims. They assured me they would not be an issue but still offered to buff them out at my convenience and did so in only a few minutes while I waited! (no charge)Their work is amazing - it looks beautiful!

They always do a good job. The receptionist is super nice and they always get my car done in less than a week. Also, they give you a warranty for any work that they do. I would highly recommend.

Marking up the cost of parts by 30% (would have made $600 off a bumper and valance) to make profit.... And I had to call them back, after waiting 4 weeks, just for them to tell me they won't work on my truck if I supplied the parts.... lol, appreciate the lack of communication on your end Dave Diebler....

This shop has the most friendly staff, get a warm greeting alon arrival, keep you updated as to your needs. Do a super great repair job. My car was washed and looked like new when picking up. Looked like I just came from the dealership. Office girls are very nice and know how to keep things running smoothly. Thanks for your great job to all.This is my 2nd time working with this shop over the past few years. All star shop.
