I have had the pleasure of working with Pritz Auto Body East on a number of occasions. Gloria and the team kept me in the loop every step of the way and the quality of the work has always been impeccable. Most recently, I was delighted at how quickly they completed the job. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my body repair needs!

Pritz auto body is an exceptional business. The respect of your property is the epitome of how businesses should be ran. You are well informed of the progress of your vehicle's progress as well as treated like a human being. The employees (office staff and technicians) are helpful and friendly. I would never go anywhere else

Staff was courteous. I believe the work was done properly and the car looks good. I appreciate their lifetime warranty on their work.. Timeliness of repair was our issue. We expected a 5 to 7 day turnaround for the repair of a bumper, Front quarter panel, grill and front headlight and the car was in the shop for 23 days. Granted they had us come in on December 19 but I think they overbooked their shop and had we known this, we would ve waited until we could get the car done in 5 to 7 days. Caused inconvenience with cost of rental cars out of pocket. I believe they offer quality work, but I was extremely satisfied with Pritz the West York location in the past.Service: Body & Trim

They did an excellent job with the repair. I did have a problem with the condition when I picked it up. It was covered in dirt. The customer service person was NOT very courteous. She told me that her car gets pollen on it every day. She said that they washed my truck. Problem is they washed it on a Friday and let it sit outside all weekend. If they knew it would collect pollen they should have washed it on Monday before I picked it up. It cost me $25 to wash the truck. Not much thought put into the process on their part.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've used Pritz East twice for repairs on my car and they are always friendly and knowledgeable and make my car look like new again. I always take my vehicle here for good quality work and the staff is very. Nice and polite to there customer if they have an issue with getting parts, they will keep you updated on what's going on with your vehicle

Was taken out by a sheet of plywood on rte 83. Lost my whole front grill and fog light assembly. They took very good care of me and the transition for my car rental and work on the car was all coordinated right through the shop. Amazing customer service.

First experience was when a 40 foot pine tree fell on my car damaging the roof and rear of the car. Pritz had it looking brand new in no time. Second experience was from damage done in a parking lot. They did a fantastic job. Super friendly people. Good communication. Fair pricing. Truck was involved in a minor front end collision, but resulted in needing a new radiator, and roof painted and some other things. When home i popped the hood and a couple shrouds were missing bolts/not tightened. about a week later i noticed severe runs (paint) at the back cab light. I'm not even sure how it got out of the shop like that, it was an insurance claim and should have been repaired to factory spec. Its still like that too this day as a reminder to myself no matter how highly a company is rated, they can still do mediocre work. I shouldn't have to inspect my vehicle, after a "professional" company fixes it.wanted to also add the shop left the truck leave without adding any Freon to the air conditioning system.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received after a recent accident. They picked my car up from the garage it was toed to, almost immediately started the estimate, and had the work done in less then a month. They updated me 2 times a week even if there was nothing new. When we picked it up, the car looked as good as it did when we bought it. Communication and service was top rate! I will always recommend you and use you for future jobs (though I hope it's not accident related). Thank you Pritz!!

These guys do great work in a timely fashion. Their communication was great. They knew how the insurance process worked and guided me through it. I highly recommend them if you need to get work done. Second repair I've had performed at Pritz. Their process is efficient and timely. Great communication, I knew when to expect my car and when additional damage was found, Karrin called me right away to let me know. Pros:1. The body work that they did looks decent. They did a good job at matching the paint and replacing my passenger front and rear doors.2. They worked with my insurance company and I only had to pay my deductible.Cons:1. Communication: They had my car for over 3 1/2 weeks and I was called about it twice. Of the 3 1/2 weeks they had the car, the car was at the dealership getting other issues 'fixed' for over a week and a half.2. The lower portion of the interior passenger rear portion of the car is still bent and never was fixed. They knew about it and took a picture of it, never fixed it and it is still bent. The bend it not the issue as it doesn't affect the door closing or seal, but the never told me why it wasn't fixed.3. I ended up paying over $1800 for a steering problem that they deemed was never caused by the accident. I told them since the day that I turned the car over to them that the steering was really messed up. They assured me that they would get an alignment done and if that doesn't solve the problem they would continue to find the cause. Well I went to pick the car up and the steering was never fixed. So I turned it back in and continue to tell them that the steering was still messed up since the day of the accident. They took it back to the dealership and, of course, since it was never communicated to the dealership that the steering was messed up 'since the accident' the dealership also deemed that the steering problem was not caused by the accident. When I inquired about how it was deemed not caused by the accident. Pritz kept blaming the dealership and the dealership kept blaming Pritz. I ended up loosing that battle and had to pay out of pocket to get my steering fixed because Pritz never decided to listen to me that the steering was genuinely messed up since the accident and refused to tell the dealership as such. Especially when after the fact I found out it wasn't going to be covered, Pritz staff specifically asked me "you have been driving a month with broken steering?" meaning that it took over 3 weeks to get my car into the shop to get it fixed.If you have very basic body work that needs to be completed, then by all means, go to them, the car looks nice on the outside (ignoring the fact when you open the door and see the bent portion of the interior of the car). But if you have anything else wrong with your car, either stay away from them or make sure you effectively communicate that something else is wrong and get it in writing (that it is caused by the accident), otherwise they will NOT change their original impression and story from when you turned it in and you can suffer the same fate as me and have to pay a lot of money to get something fixed that was caused by the accident.

Great customer service! They were constantly keeping me informed of the repairs on my car. Unfortunately, we have needed an auto body shop multiple times through the past few years and we always take our cars to Pritz (East).

Was treated disrespectfully by who did the original estimate when I was contacted by office personnel who called to update me on repair completion who proceeded to inform me that during disassembly or reassembly that a light came on in the dash but wasn't told the exact issue. When I reported it to the estimator, she told me that it didn't happen during their repairs & that i should take it to the dealership to have it checked. I did so today & the service rep informed me that the body shop didn't reconnect the plug that was causing the issue which was a notification that the parking sensor was not working. So basically, it was insinuated that what I reported about the phone conversation didn't happen because SHE was sitting next to the person that called & heard the conversation between myself & the person who made the call to me. I also questioned her about additional damage not included in the estimate & was told it couldn't have happened due to the collision that caused the damage repaired. Obviously, after this business with this shop, I'll never use them for service again & warn others of how I was treated in my dealings with them.Service: Body & Trim

Very poor customer service. The employees who answer the phone are rude and unprofessional. Vehicle was returned to me with obvious scratches left behind on the passenger side door and needed to be returned to be fixed per the contract.
