I have lived in York since 2018 and never knew this shop was in my neighborhood. I needed to get my car prepared for inspection and Jared and his staff took excellent care of my car needs, mainly tires and recommending additional work once thoroughly inspected. Great job , great customer service. Thank you gentleman. I highly recommend Premier Tire. Keep up the outstanding work and customer service in the community.

Good service and very kind. I have had bad experiences before when getting my tires replaced, especially when I started out with my first 2 cars and I ve learned a lot. This company always made sure I had really good tires for a really good price. I will continue to keep going here.

These guys were amazing. I stopped in too check prices... 15 minutes later I was out with new tires. I honestly was so happy with the pricing and service. I ended up buying them lunch. Great group of guys. New place for tires, bakes, and any other odds and ends that may come up.Highly recommended

About a month ago or so I went to go get window moldings put on my Accord and two guys were working on it. The guy that was working on the driver's side messed up the back door he made an indentation with a tool then I went back to show him then he tried to say he wasn't the one who damaged it. A job that only cost $180 now will have to get body work done that would be about two grand. Not a place that I would recommend.

This place has always been the most fair and lowest price for used tires. If you are in a pinch and need to pass inspection, you can trust these tires to get through.Some of the negative reviews need to be taken in context. One complained about being misled on price. But they wanted a specific brand of tire. The prices marked clearly say "and up". So yes, a 16-inch used tire maybe $40 unless you asked specifically for a Michelin or Firestone. Then it may be higher than that per tire.I have never had an issue with the tires or these guys. So go ahead and give them a shot, you'll be satisfied.

This shop is my GO TO! I have been coming here for probably 5 years and I receive excellent service every single time! The owner is so nice and answers all of my questions. I wouldn t recommend or trust going anywhere else!

Upon the discovery of a flat tire in the morning before work, this is the third business I had contacted trying to locate a good used tire for my BMW I came here. While it was not the cheapest price I had found, the quality/shape of the tire and the prompt and speedy service was well worth the extra money. I will certainly be back. They also do tire repair, brake repair and other services.

Exceptional Customer Service! Exceptional Service of Vehicle & Unbeatable Pricing (My total cost for service at Premier was only approximately half of the cost that I had been quoted by several other York County garages when requesting an estimate for cost of the same exact service)!My experience with Premier Tires & Auto excelled any/all expectations! I will definitely use this garage again for future vehicle service needs!Due to the typical high cost for vehicle repair; there have been many times in the past where I neglected having necessary repair work completed until no other option existed ..(the car completely broke down, was no longer drivable, became extremely unsafe, and/or continued driving actually created even more damage & additional repairs to be required. Now that I have found Premier Tires & Auto; For the first time in my life, I i can actually afford to have the recommended maintenance & preventive service performed on my vehicle ( and even without the worry of having to sell a kidney / other bodily organ, in order for me to come up with enough money to pay the garage bill!THANK YOU PREMIER TIRE & AUTO, LLCI truly appreciate what you do!!!

I was on my way home from a late night at work and my tire blew. I was skidding from left to right. Finally after about 20 seconds that felt like an eternity my car settled and I changed my tire.I had a very busy day the next morning so I called around to several local tire spots. Most of the big name stores couldn t even fit me in. None of the local used tire shops had my size. Until I called Premier.When I called I was greeted professionally. The technician promptly searched for my requested size and said he had it in stock. He had different grades of tread for the price which I was cool.I went with the grade A tire. The tread was pretty spectacular honestly.I was in and out in 10 minutes flat. By the time I swiped my Instagram feed 2 times I was done.The tire rides great. They will definitely get my business again.

Super friendly and nice got my 2 cars serviced and tire changed. Very professional and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend this place.

I brought my truck over to get my stereo system checked, wrong move. Ended up paying almost 300$ for swapping my head unit and a amp out and still left with the same problem. I thought he would troubleshoot the speakers, wires etc but I guess that cost extra, really disappointed because I like the guys, but business is business. I wished my experience was more positive, I don't think they'll be a next time.

Jared is great . He is really helpful and knowledgeable of his craft . When I m there I m in and out. He waited for me when I had to have my car towed to him and the shop was closing up for the night . I always call him with car questions and he always makes himself available to answer. He s honest and humble and those are important characteristics for a mechanic to have . I m so appreciative. Thank you Jared! May God bless you and your business!

While driving from DC to allentown one f the run flat tires blew out on my car. It was Saturday afternoon - the closest dealer was closed; big name tire stores would only replace all 4 tires. I had my car towed here as Premier had a matching tire in stock. We arrived shortly before they were scheduled to close - but the guys replaced the tire and i was in and out within 30-40 minutes. I didnt get the owner s name, but he went out of his way to help - really a nice guy! Thank you again!!

Not only did they do a great job replacing put tire on my sister's car, they did It quick and efficiently, and for a great price. Wish I could give it more than five stars. I highly recommend Premier Tires & Auto Repair.

I go there for my Tires. They also do great work on brakes. What sets them apart is the character of the people who work there. They are very knowledgeable and they are not out to just take your money. very fair price high quality work. Would recommend them to anyone. Todd

Great service, reasonable prices! Had to get 2 tires mounted and balanced and he had me in and out of there quickly. Car feels much safer now thanks to his service! I will be using his services for tires on my other vehicle!

Very pleased with my experience. I took in a flat tire, and within 10 minutes they'd installed a used tire, and balanced it. I was very impressed. This place may not look like much and may be hard to find, but I would definitely go back.

I called a few other businesses for a quote on tires. Each place I called was extremely rude. After 4 other phone calles I ended up calling Premier Tires & Auto Repair, I was immediately impressed by the polite and professional individual that I spoke with. I needed a set of tires and needed an installation as soon as possible. I was calling toward the end of the day and wasn't expecting service that moment.Not only did they have the tires available, they also were able to install them that day !!!The young man that helped me on the phone Gerret is the Owner !!! I am still so impressed by that experience !!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE !!! SUPPORT THIS YOUNG LOCAL BUISNESS OWNER !!!!THANK YOU THANK YOU PREMIER TIRES & AUTO REPAIR !!!!

This place is great to work with. Their prices are unmatched by anyone. I drove 1.5 hours to get tires being skeptical. I am thoroughly pleased. In and out within an hour.

I am OVER the moon with this company. I spent the better part of two days calling shops (literally 100, withing a 100 mile radius of my home) to see if they had my tire in stock, and if they could do a same day replacement. Being I have a p215/55R18, its considered a speciality size tire that needs ordered in, so no shops carried it, and no shops could get it to me before Monday (running over 200 miles each day for work on a donut tire made me anxious). So, I found them on Facebook, and figured I'd give it a go- they responded within 2 minutes, had my tire in stock, and did walk-ins. I drove only 30 minutes to get to them, but was in and out in probably 15 minutes at most. $68 for EVERYTHING, when I just ordered a tire for $112, not including what it would have cost me to put it on and balance it. They even went as far to put my spare tire back in place, which no shops have done for me before in previous vehicles. So, I'll gladly save myself $112 and send the other tire back. Amazing service, and lifesavers!

I used to be their neighbor, they would wash my tractor trailer. ( great job) They also fixed a couple tires and did brakes on my van. Great guys, now that I live back in York I'll definitely be servicing my cars there.

I took my car in just to have a tire replaced and my stud replaced they managed to bust my e brake line and mess up my car to three point it won't drive. Seriously don't recommend their services to anyone work is shady. Nothing was ever said about my brake assembly while I was there and my e brake worked prior to going there.

Called for two front used tires Great price $25 each bill was $95 with labor and an hour and a half wait in 90 degree weather. Besides that the service was good, I would go back in the winter time if I have to wait for my car.

Ok but gave me bad advice on safety of my car I think.Sorry guys but brake light stayed on Whole time. Ended up going to Annapolis dealer for new gas lines too. Per your advice did replace battery. But gas lines were leaking horribly and I took video of under car when jacked up and totally scared to drive. Fixed now. Still some stuff to fix. Also replaces rear drums and shoes per your advice but still feel needed more not on my list. Sorry. Tires are def YOUR thing. Glad for any help there( except long wait to come in)

Awesome and fast service! I called around various tire service stores in York and none of them would mount & balance used tires.A call to Premier was what I should have done in the beginning.Gerret was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient.I plan on using Premier for my tire needs.
