I've been here before twice now and didn't really have an issue today was my third time going I pulled up front the three employees in the garage were working on one individuals vehicle at no point in time was I addressed or asked if I needed help I patiently waited almost a half hour once they pulled the employee's car out of the garage I waited another 10 minutes still wasn't addressed I decided to politely leave due to the lack of customer service. At the end of the day it's really just a hit or miss what you'll even g et when you go there. But honestly that's any used tire place I've ever went to smh

They re absolutely amazing! Very informative, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I would also like to mention that as a woman it s hard to find a reputable mechanic that won t rip you off. I ve been using this location for 15+ years and have gone in alone countless times. Not once have I ever felt taken advantage of or mislead by anyone there. They all have treated me with respect, they even taught me how to read my tire size, put my spare away for me and never once tried to sell or get over on me with tires. I went in one time thinking I needed the entire tire replaced when in fact I only needed a plug that would last the rest of that tire life. Like I said, I definitely recommend them to anyone!!!

Today s visit was brief. I had three used tires that weren t quite ready for the landfill. I drove in to the center. Chad s employee came out to inspect them. They were approved. I was handed cash for the exchange and left.

The worst place that you go ,this guys do not know how to repair a tire ,they stole my money twice and the tire continuous with the same problem ,they put one patch in the top of other ,i know because i go other place to repair again and saw the nasty job that they did

They were polite and fixed the tire right away. Only took a few minutes to replace the stem and swap the donut out for the original tire.

The older man I could only assume to be running the store was extremely rude to my mother who had come in to request a quote for new tires. The only reason I tag along is because nearly all parts of the automotive industry (sales,parts, service) take advantage of women and has been known to take place for quite some time. She asked for quotes and he s rudely asking her well do you know what tires you need? Response was I don t know my car is out front the reply was well how am I supposed to know what tires you need? I ve been in customer service myself for years. When a customer comes in especially unaware of what they need and such it is your responsibility to help them determine what they need and assist them in the purchase at YOUR store. He could of simply went out front to see what vehicle was in question and refused to do so. I cut the conversation short and told him thank you for your time but I ll take her elsewhere. This place is the epitome of bad service and the epitome of what s wrong with the automotive industry.

I would have given 5 stars if the prices of the used tires wasn't as high there. I can understand that pricing for NEW tires, but used tires should be sold for a little less than what they are currently. Excellent service. Knowledgeable personnel.

Got all tires replaced with used tires for $67 a tire. Got a nail in one of them not even a week later, and in the process of getting it patched, the mechanic I took them to informed me that the 3 of the tires were dry rotted, and on all four the tread life was below Pennsylvania inspection standards, and thusly not road legal. Called what I got from Penn Tire highway robbery. I got much better, brand new tires from Walmart for $70 a tire.Thankfully Penn Tire allowed me to return them, but I m not happy that I was taken advantage of. Probably because I m a woman and live out of state. I m so glad the tire popped or I never would have known.

Had a nail punctured tire. Brought it in on a Saturday morning and was heading home with a repaired tire within an hour. Fast, efficient, affordable service.

Friendly, got in there and they got to switching my tires immediately. I had my own new tires. They did what I asked and was done in no time... I sat in the office in the a/c while the boys got to work. Not bad on price either....was $106 for full set mount/balance & install.

Fast work, fair prices, and have always helped me out. While I've been a past customer, I was recently in, think it's only fair to give them a good proper review. I've had tires plugged and reseated (services well within 20 minutes) and purchased tires from them as well, and will again.

I went the other day and got 4 used tires other then the one worker sitting in the office doing nothing while the other guy bill did a great job explaining every thing that they do like clean the rims with a wire wheel he replaced they valve stems got real nice tires and was very nice and it didn't take him but like 20 minutes to do all 4 tires by himself will deff go back and let bill work on my car anytime I need anything done

Went in for used tires. Got exceptional conversation while we waited. Tires were more than expected, not money wise, but quality. Looked new, had a 700 treadwear rating. What I'd bin looking for but wud have cost $400 more to purchase, ship and have installed. I'll go back again. Thanks guys, great job

It was my first time there. I was recommended by my church's Pastor. So far, the serviceman Cody was pleasant & he replaced it quicklly.I'm use to the shop showing me several tires, before placing it on the car to allow me the chance to pick with them (Detroit). I pray it last much longer than the 30 warranty.

Whether this location or Dallastown I will never go anywhere else for tires. You cannot beat these prices anywhere. Not to mention the customer service it's phenomenal they've never had a problem fitting me in.

Ive been using them for tires for years... just finally leaving a review though. Servicd can be a little slow but only because everyone goes there and it takes awhile to get through the line of people waiting.Fair prices. Good quality tires.

I called this establishment before I left my home to ask if they had two used tires in the size my SUV needed. The person on the phone said they had the tires in stock and quoted me a price. I told him I'd be there in a few minutes and I drive straight there. When I arrived there were several folks in line ahead of me. I waited for about one hour until they got to me. I pulled my vehicle into the service Bay and the tech looked at me and said they didn't have my tires in stock. I told him that there must be a mistake because I called and asked and was told that the tires were in stock. The tech went somewhere to look and came back to the office empty-handed. He told the office guy that they didn't have my tires size and then the office guy played it off like it wasn't a big deal and asked me if I wanted him to check their Dallastown store to see if they had any. That location was at least 40 minutes away from the York location. I understand mistakes can happen, but I called first and waited for almost an hour before someone actually looked for tires they didn't have in stock. I would say to anyone looking to buy tires here you've been warned that you may end up waiting for no service at all.

Rude. I sent my daughter there for help. She had a bent rim and did not know what to do. The man there said they did not do rims. She asked where she could get one. He said do you have a smart phone. she replied yes. He said look it up and turned and walked away. Really? No decency.

I definitely recommend Penn Tire. My tire was losing air and I went to my usual garage and they were "too busy". I ended up here and asked if they could look at the tire. They asked me to bring my car right into the garage. The technician came over, pulled the tire off and found a chunk of metal in the tread. He was able to patch it. I was in and out within minutes. I will definitely go back in the future for my tire needs.

Honest garage?!?!?! Can you believe it!!!! I brought my old Yota Camry for a tire balance and to have the right rear tire changed due to air leakage from it being plugged twice previously. The mechanic tried talking me out of it because it was pretty much a brand new tire besides the plugs. But yeah they tried to save me time and money and at a garage of any sort that is a rarity. God bless people.
