I was at work and in desperate need of an oil change and battery check with limited time to get anywhere. I wasn't sure how I was going to get the time to get this scheduled. I called On-Site Lube Services Inc. since they are close to my employer. I spoke to Damon, the guy at the front desk. He was very professional and friendly. He advised they could schedule me for tomorrow or Friday. I asked if it is possible to get me in right away, I asked if I could be there in 10 minutes, could they help me. He told me he could fit me in. This was GREAT customer service, their response was quick as was their service! Thank you for your promptness and willingness to help me at such short notice! I'm thankful!

They have taken very good care of my girlfriend's cars over the years. Very trustworthy guys. Not sure who runs the counter most days, but they weren't very friendly the last time I stopped by to ask about tire pricing. The owner, Randy, was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit for an inspection or if your car is giving you trouble.

THEY ARE THE WORST TO DO BUSINESS WITH. PRICE GULPS OVERNIGHT. Drop my son s car off for inspection and emissions test. They call me to tell me it needed a light bulb for one of the rear lights and that the rear shocks and struts where busted and leaking. The guy said $250 for the shocks and struts and $75 for inspection and emissions. I repeated it back to him and he said yes plus $10 for the light bulb. Told him I m get in touch with my son and get back to him. Got back to him and told him to go ahead and fix it. When I went to pick up the car he charge me $430 said he misspoke before when he said $335 for everything. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH ON SITE AUTO EVER AGAIN.

I have taken all my vehicles here since they opened. Customer service is fantastic. They are knowledgeable, price is always right, I couldn't be happier about every single aspect of this place. Honest and VERY helpful staff. Thanks guys for everything over the years.

I have come to trust them. They have never recommended work needed falsely. They gave me better deals on superior tires with prices better than Sam's Club. They stand behind everything they do. I recommend them to everyone I know

The guys here are as good as it gets. They walk you through the process every step of the way so you understand and are comfortable with everything. I have used them many times and send my family their way as well.

I normally do most of my own work on my cars but like everyone else I need to take my cars to a garage for inspections, tire mounting/balancing, etc. In the past 10 years I've lived all over PA from Pittsburgh to Lancaster. I just recently moved to northern York and found On-Site Auto to be about a mile down the road from my house. I figured I'd give them a chance and let them handle an inspection for one of my cars. After meeting the co-owner Dave, I can honestly say this is a very well run garage. Dave was EXTREMELY friendly and went over in fine detail the important points of the inspection, pointing out the figures on brake usage and rotor usage. Overall inspection including car inspection, emissions test and sticker came to $60. Pretty average pricing, not high at all. The rest of their prices look to be pretty normal too, even a tad on the low side. I would definitely recommend using On-Site and I plan to go back for all my other "regular" shop needs.

Amazing service!! I feel completely confident that these mechanics are telling me exactly what needs done to my car. They quoted me a price for services and after two days of added service (including adding gas to my car) the price was still the same!!

Does good work,,serviced my trucks 4x4 system that was malfunctioning,,only he worked backwards in the process and costed more in parts and labor then needed,,still satisfied with there work..

I used to go here. Had issues with them the last two visits. One they broke my door lock (said I did it when I remove the door panel but the lock was still attached when I dropped the car off). Second had them fix my AC, a few weeks later the same problem happened again.
