After a tough week I was surprised to find a staple in my tire this afternoon, I work down the road so I stopped by to see if I could get a repair. I was kindly greeted by Faith and Miguel. The service took 15 minutes, was inexpensive, and completed correctly. Both employees were personable, helpful, encouraging, and extremely professional. This was by far the best experience I ve had with an automotive shop in my life. Based on my experience both Faith and Miguel are MASSIVE assets to NTB/Mavis and deserve praise and raises for their commitment to fantastic customer service, exceeding customers expectations and exceptional representation of your team and organization.Thank you again!

Highly recommended! I needed new tires and alignment ASAP and they scheduled me for a same day appointment and took care of everything in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. The staff are honest, personable, and professional. My vehicle now rides like it did when I first purchased it.

I went and had tires put on my wife edge today. I cleaned her vehicle a few days before I went so I know there was not any damage to her rims. When they completed the tire install 2 of her rims had damage to them. When questioned about it the guy said they didn t do it and there was nothing he would do. I had used them before but will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. Well after talking to management and corporate they said they would repair my rims. Told me to go get a est and submit it to them. I did and got an email that they would respond to me the next day to set up getting the payment to me to have them repaired. They never called and that has been 6 weeks. If I could give them negative stars I would. This place is not a business that has any kind of integrity. I hope this helps someone to go somewhere else so they don t have $700 worth of damage to their vehicle. Then it was worth posting this.

Had an amazing experience to say the least, the manager of the shop was kind, easy to talk to, and all around professional. All the techs at the shop were professional, and hard working. Cost effective, good service, and a clean shop experience. Gonna be returning for more business in the future 100%

We were leaving to go out of town early for the holiday. My car alerted the the one tire pressure was low and we found that we had a nail in it. Called NTB before their 8am opening time and they told us to come right in and they would take care of us. They did just that. Fast, friendly, happy people to deal with and the service was great too. Lacee our lab even got treats while she waited Highly recommend NTB !

Had a great experience with NTB. The associate at the front (Miguel) was both helpful and understanding of my situation and gave clear and concise instructions of how the shop would handle my vehicle. Miguel was polite and spoke clearly. Absolutely no challenges working with NTB. Will gladly come back for any more issues.

Super friendly staff, very informative polite and helpful! Had to get a new drivers side tire and they got it replace it within 30 minutes. Thank you guys for the amazing service!!!

I had a positive experience with NTB off of PA Route 30 today. I needed my tire replaced since I got a flat. The staff walked out, looked at my tire with me, didn t make me feel stupid due to my lack of mechanical knowledge, helped me decide on a tire that matched the other three already on my vehicle. They told me the set fee at the beginning and got it done in all under a hour.Also, the staff was friendly and personable. I d recommend them.

Hubby and I both needed 2 front tires for our Cadillacs before winter sets in. Both of us in town with our cars stopped in as walk in s. Garcia went outside to check the tires and give recommendations. Faith took us right away. She was so sweet and patient as we asked for several tire quotes. One had to be ordered and Craig was awesome. He came out, went over everything and even went back to check another item for us. Everyone was so nice. I say this because it s 2023 and no one is anymore. I ordered non-stock tires for mine just because of their friendliness. Highly recommend this location!! Customer service was everything.

Customer service was great, no wait, in and out. Had a screw type thing in my tire. Thought I d need a new tire, ended up being a quick fix. Thanks ntb!!!

Craig hooked us up. We were traveling late on a Friday. (1 hour into an 8 hour trip). We got a flat. I made 5 calls. Craig was the best price, availability (and most professional). Very satisfied with this NTB. (And my NTB in Bmore too. Great company. Great people)

One of those Mondays turned into an excellent! Started the day with a flat tire. Joe helped me at the desk. They were able look at the tire in couple minutes. Top of the immediate service, tire was patched for FREE. THANK YOU for your excellent customer service! Stressful day turned into a happy day.

Needed an interior tire patch for a slow leak. I called and they said they could get it done that day as they were closing within a few hours. JD and his staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me back on the road in less than 30 minutes after I had arrived. I appreciate their professionalism!

I had never been to NTB. I live close by this store, I had a nail in my tire and decided to stop in to have it fixed. They fixed it for free!! I tried to pay but they wouldn't let me!! I will definitely be back when I need something! Extremely pleasant, store was very clean. Highly recommend.

Went here to get my oil changed and an inspection. The staff was really nice and I didn t have to wait too long for them to finish. I will be coming here from now on!

Always get very good service . Faith is exceptionally helpful when I was looking for tires . They also do other services like oil change brakes . Even helped with my shifter cable on my jeep

I picked up a nail in my right rear tire and went to the York, PA store at 401 Locks Rd. I told them that my wife had a back operation yesterday and I could not leave her alone for long. They took me right away and I was out in 20 min. with my repair. Then they told me there would be no charge for the repair. Needless to say I will be a future customer the next time I need tires. This store was NTB but has been recently taken over by Mavis Discount Tires

If I could leave negative stars on this review I would.Lets start 3 weeks ago. I stopped in to get tires. They didn't have my tires in stock. This is no big deal, and has no bearing on my negative review (This is normal everywhere). What DOES affect my review is that they ordered my tires and said they'd call when they came in. 3 weeks later I stop in and ask when are they expecting my tires. The lady at the counter looked into it and found they had my rear tires, but not my front tires (2 different sizes). The order for the front tires was cancelled. And they didn't know. Let me say that again: they didn't know. So she arranged someone to pick up the requested tires locally the following day and scheduled my install for 6:00pm the following evening.Fast forward to 5:30pm the next day. I arrive early for my appointment to replace all 4 tires. There are 4 people ahead of me at the front counter. The only guy that can work the front counter is not even in the building. We were told by techs in the garage that he "stepped out for a few minutes". Gone for 20+ minutes. One of the 4 left out of frustration as he only needed to pick up, and nobody would give him his keys.He does return and I finally get checked in. Was given a smart comment about having to send a guy to Mechanicsburg for my tires. Responded that it's not my problem, they had 3 weeks to get the order together before I stepped in. Was told it will be 1 1/2 hours. Did I mention I had an appointment? Ok, whatever, my tires are in bad shape, they NEED replaced. Shortly after someone from the garage comes to pull my car in, covered in black, head to toe, and hops in. I try to keep my car clean, apparently that's not a concern here. No carpet covers, no seat cover. Just jump in and put your filthy hands on my door handles and steering wheel and your black shirt and pants all over my seat.One positive is the great view I had of my car in the shop. I'm a smoker, and their smoking area is right outside the garage. What I saw, was a little concerning. No less than 4 people worked on my car over 1 1/2 hours. None of them making any significant progress before walking away. The garage was chaos. The techs were constantly being pulled from one job to another, not focusing on any one task for more than a few moments.So an hour and a half passes, and out comes my car. Yay! Finally it's over! But alas, it was not. $150 install fee later and I'm off. First thing is check my tire pressure display. WHAT THE F*$# (Picture included). One tire was 37, two were 45, and the 4th was 46. Prescribed PSI is 36. If I'm paying for professional services in the realm of 150 dollars I shouldn't have to immediately stop at Sheetz to let air out of my tires and fill them properly. While filling them I found nice globs of what appears to be a kind of silicone grease. Back to the clean comment, I suppose it was too much to wipe that off. The sun set while I was waiting, can't wait to see how much of that got slung onto my body panels tomorrow in the daylight.All in all, totally negative visit. Will not return, will recommend others not.

The service here was amazing! I brought my car in for a flat tire, they repaired it within 30 minutes! The staff are professional and most importantly, they understand the frustration behind car troubles. Would highly recommend to anyone in the York area.

Greg had always offered the best of care when I came in. Once, he even stopped over my house and took the battery out personally! Greg had since left and it had been a little while since I was there. However, I made an appt a couple days ago and showed up this morning to have my wheels & tires mounted.Well, not only did one of the guys (Nate) help me by taking them out of my van, but when I brought the vette back for them to put em on, Aleah did a great & careful job installing them. And Faith could not have been nicer talking to me about my needs today!Moreover, Jay (who used to be there), had come back this week and handled the transaction and said since I always got my batteries from them and bought tires from them in the past too; he was very kind and my wheel swap today was completely free! Everyone was very nice & helpful! And oh yeah, I got a nice discount recently on my battery as well!

The NTB on Loucks road in York is fantastic. I went there for a flat and Faith at the counter was incredibly nice and helpful. I had a screw in a tire and they fixed it quickly and charged me nothing!!! That's right, no charge. They were great and I plan to go back there again.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and speed at which NTB on Loucks Road in York helped me out with my flat tire. Faith greeted me when I walked and immediately took care of getting my tire repaired. I was lucky that the flat was from another car so I had the tire off that car and brought the tire in another car to get it fixed. I showed Faith that a screw was in the tread. They were able to fix my tire within 15 minutes while I waited, which was way better than another national chain auto service that said I would have to wait 3-4 hours for the repair. I was out the door in 15 minutes and the icing the cake is NTB did not charge me for the repair! Thank you Faith and NTB for making my day! I will definitely be a returning customer.
