I received a very good price after calling other places and was told upfront what it would cost out the door. Made an appointment and was taken care of immediately and received my car in good time. They were efficient and friendly. Car rides wonderfully. Very pleased.

Very good experience here today. Came in today hoping they could look at and fix my issue. They listened to my issue with my tire and took me in almost right away. They looked at my tire, and patched it from the inside in an hour. It only cost me $40 to patch it. Staff was very helpful, understanding and quick with resolving my issue. I highly recommend this location to anyone having tire related issues

Was able to drop my car off to have the tires rotated and balanced without an appointment. Dropped it off the night before, had it done a few hours later the next morning.PA SI and emission prices are good too!Thank you Nello tire.

Took our Ram 2500 pick up to Nello to get four new tires and state inspection. Got a phone call that upper ball joints had too much play in them and they would not pass the vehicle for state inspection because of this. Quoted us a price of $1400 to replace both sides. Previously had the truck at a Dodge dealership three days prior because of a recall and they went over the truck and mentioned nothing about the ball joints needing replaced. Took the truck back to the Dodge dealership I had previously had the truck at the same day, told them about what Nello had said about the ball joints. They inspected them and said they are well within the range and inspected the truck on the spot.They even printed out a sheet showing all the tolerances of the ball joints and that they weren t even close to needing to be replaced I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else. Saved me $1400 not listening to them. Also, during my initial conversation with Jamie, I told them that I wanted the white letters on the tire facing the inside, so that they are not seen and upon getting there they were all facing the outside. What a pain I asked him about this, and they argued that they were supposed to be on the outside. We have a fleet of trucks and none of them have the white letters, so I will now be switching them myself.

Nello did an inspection, oil change and new tires. Gave them almost 900 dollars to get my car back and now it won't even start. When I called to inform them of this they could have cared less. Told me to bring it back in so I could give them more money. Never again will I come to this place.

Only place I could find with touchless tire machines. Didn't want my wheels messed up, and they treated them beautifully.Anyone with expensive alloys, I'd recommend tires be put on here.

I ve used nello for years and never had any major issues.Our last visit was absolutely terrible. The new kids they recently hired need to go work at Burger King because their attention to detail and workmanship are terrible. To start they beat the living hell out of my rims on my dually with a sledge hammer because they had no idea what they were doing.Within 12 hours one of my very expensive wheel covers had come loose and fell off.Within two weeks 3 of the four covers had lost the locking nuts. They were hand tightened barely.I brought up my issue and they didn t seem to care at all.That s fine you can eat the tires I ordered that were double the price of any other place because we will not be coming back.

Just had my truck in there to have some tires put on a set of aftermarket wheels, I m very particular about my truck a wheel setup and Kevin did an outstanding job. Very careful with my truck an wheels everything came out perfectly they ride amazing too!

I ordered 6 new tires for our motorhome. They had them in the next day. I made arrangements to bring it in on Monday morning, but over the weekend, the one tire went flat, so I was unable to drive it. They sent a service truck to my house. Installed one of the new tires so I could drive it into the store. They replaced the other 5 tires on the same day. Thanks very much to Calvin and his great team.Job well done!!!

Sales people and mechanics are top shelf, friendly and professional. One does not feel ripped off with made up fees. Sales people take their time with you, the customer, and explain what needs to be done to make you feel at ease.I highly recommend Nello Tires when you need service on your vehicle

I had a tire blowout on I83 and had my truck towed to the nearest tire dealership. Just happened to be Nello Tire. Super nice and professional. They had a new tire mounted and balanced. I was out the door and back on the road within an hour

This is an updated review, although my review in the past was five stars as well. Since my first visit here several years ago I have probably bought six sets of tires here for a variety of vehicles. I don't even shop anywhere else anymore I just call them up and tell them I'm bringing a vehicle and to set me up with tires. Price is always fair and service is outstanding. Recently I bought a set of wheels here and I have to say it was a great experience Nello made sure I got exactly what I needed and the installation was safe and the card drives better than it ever has.

I had to have a trailer tire repaired. I asked if I could wait for it to be repaired. They said yes, they have a waiting area. It was about 5 minutes when they called my name saying they were finished. Great service.

Although I was pleased with and had used Nello Tire twice before for a brake check and windshield wiper replacement...this past Wednesday I went to them for a flat repair and was EXTREMELY upset about the cost....for a very thin screw, that they decided to patch instead of plug,( I wasn't given a choice) the bill was with tax $42!!..I was clearly upset and complained, especially since I was a return customer, but they just shrugged and said the patch had a lifetime warranty. What a complete rip off!!!Yes, I should have asked beforehand so I accept responsibility for not doing so, however I had done a quick search and the average price listed on the internet was between $10-$20.After I left I called 4 other area tire stores, including Pep Boys and the quoted prices ranged from $15 to the highest at Pep Boys for $30 including tax...Long story short...I am sorely disappointed for the overpriced cost....never again and definitely will not recommend them in the future.

My mini copper was not safe to drive on the road, they let me leave twice saying it s fine, also putting the wrong fluids in my car, took it to my mechanic , the car needed 6k worth of work. And Word for word. SIR THIS CAR IS NOT SAFE FOR THE ROAD. Very disappointing

Had new tires mounted and balanced. Shortly after leaving the TPMS light came on as their was a problem with one of the wheel sensors that became damaged. The guys at Nello stood behind their work and replaced the sensor the following Monday. Very professional and friendly service staff. Would of been 5 stars had the sensor not been broken, however they did everything within their power to fix the problem quickly and without hassle. Would highly recommend this place to anyone, as they fully stand behind their work and will make it right.

Nello is and has been my friendly neighborhood tire shop for many years. I have been using their services for years and have always ALWAYS been pleased. The staff is professional, honest, and kind in their work. The guys that turn the wrenches are equally professional and their work is excellent. Nello tire goes the extra mile to impress. (that s a mileage pun) It s true! More than once I have been pleasantly surprised by their small kindnesses. It s these little but important details that prompted my review. Again and again I am impressed. I d recommend Nello Tire to anyone.

First time going here, needed 4 tires mounted and balanced. Very professional and very friendly I didn t catch the gentleman or woman s name I spoke with but it seemed like everyone s customers service was A1. Definitely recommend! And will definitely be back!

First time customer. Got tires mounted and balanced bought from Tire Rack, along with an alignment on my Lexus IS250 convertible. I didn't mention I wanted an alignment when I made my appointment, so I had to come back in the afternoon, but that was my fault.No issues with the mounting and balancing, and alignment was adjusted quickly. My previous tires were wearing oddly, and they found the issue and corrected. Feels nice to have a quiet and smooth riding vehicle again. Even drove with radio off to enjoy the experience....probably weird I know. Staff is very friendly, along with keeping me updated when the alignment on the vehicle before me was running long. They have earned a new customer.

I had my oil changed and my car inspected. No issues. The cost was very reasonable. I was able to get an appointment that suited my schedule. I was second in line to check in and check out and someone came from the office to help me in under a minute! I will definitely be back.

Went in to get a flat tire fixed and was blown away by the great service and low price. Not only did they fix the flat, but they put the tire back on, filled it up and put the spare back in the well and put the trunk back in order. They went above and beyond just fixing the flat and all in less than 30 min and less then $30. I also purchased tires here for my last vehicle at a price lower than I received from getting estimates from 3 other places. Definitely best service and price around!

While the price was good for 4 tires and alignment......the wait for how long it took was not. 2 hrs for tires and alignment?? That's a bit excessive i made an appointment the appointment time should be specifically for that customer. Other people came in and were out immediately.....i wont go back and will not recommend. Then the guy checking me out forgot he gave me the keys to my car and so he just took off and didn't mention it or anything and i had to wait for him to come back and ask if i had them

We've been using Nello for many years, I trust them completely and know they will do the job right at a reasonable price. We've bought tires and batteries, inspections and other service work. They've even saved us a lot of money by identifying issues as probably being under warranty and suggesting we take the vehicle to the dealership for the work. They could have done the work, charged us full price, and we would have never known, but instead they have shown integrity and honesty. I highly recommend Nello, they are the best auto service center in York.

This is my second time getting tires installed at Nello Tire at the Haines Road location and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and quickness/reliability of service. I first used Nello Tire four years ago when I didn't have a clue about tire size, wheel size, in regards to what would fit on my Jeep. They were super helpful and got me set up in the right direction with tires/wheels and I couldn't be happier with the service. Fast forward to last week...I emailed and inquired about getting another set of tires for my Jeep from Nello and the customer service representative (I think Frank) was quick to respond. We exchanged multiple emails and he was very helpful. When I arrived today, the tires were at the shop and the customer service representative walked out to my Jeep to double check that they had in fact got the correct tires that I requested. I also requested an additional service when I arrived at the shop. I asked if they could salvage one of my less-worn tires and mount it on a stock jeep rim so I had a spare and didn't have to buy an additional 5th wheel. That turned out to be no issue or problem! A couple hours later they called and my Jeep was ready to go. Once again, Nello Tire of York did not disappoint and exceeded expectations! I will continue to use this business and highly recommend Nello Tire!

If it's cold you and you have your vehicle been service bring a good coat for you and your love ones because the chairs are on the outside . And if you go inside you have to remain standing. Also is Too Expensive. Plus no items inside the location been displayed have prices...so you know you aren't getting a good deal. Plus pandemic is over. No excuse to not have chairs on the inside.

At first we had a good experience here with our first car appointment, but either something with the staff changed that has made us never want to come here again. Make sure you get a confirmation email of your appointment because the last THREE appointments now have been either scheduled wrong or not scheduled at all! I make an appointment one day for 11:00am and when we arrive to drop off the car they said the appointment was for 10:00am and now couldn t take us. At first I thought it was my fault until the next appointment I make and we arrive to drop off the car, they told us there was no appointment for us at all when I did make an appointment. And now I had an app made for a Monday which I had to cancel because we didn t have the part we ordered in yet so I make it for the next Monday. We get there to drop off the car but again there was no appointment for us when I know I made it and they said the appointment I cancelled they marked us down as a no show. I don t know if it s just the schedulers who are messing everything up but we are never coming here again.

I had two tires mounted. My car was taken in immediately. Both the reception /waiting area and the garage were clean and neat. Fox News was on the TV, a plus for me. I didn't time it but I thought the service took a little long, but when I looked up my car was finished and parked out front. I thought the price was reasonable. I would definitely return and highly recommend.
