I ve never been to the store however I was just at the gas station with a worker getting gas and they assisted me cleaning my windows saw me struggling to reach and offered to help greatly appreciated and that deserves a mention great way to represent your company! Sorry I didn t catch your name but THANK YOU!!!!

I needed a part and Napa is my go-to automotive parts store. This was my first time at this Napa in East York. They did not have the part but said they could order it and it would be in the next day. Unfortunately, I needed the part faster. Very helpful, friendly and professional parts counter personnel.

Came in to get a bulb, this location was the same distance as another auto parts store but id rather support a local business so I took a chance and came here. The older man at the desk was super rude, which I can deal with. Everybody has bad days! Unfortunately he was also incredibly unhelpful so I just excused myself and left rather than buy anything which was disappointing.

Great and helpful on all my car needs they didn't have the part in store but was able to send me to dallastown because they did indeed have the part in store.

Lets be honest, not the most socially gifted individuals in the store. But you need a part they have it or can get it. Or even better advise you on other solutions.This is my go to place for parts.

Very helpful counter person. But this store is a bit smaller than other NAPAs, sho not add much floor inventory.
