Great shop and extremely knowledgeable on Hondas. Recently had a high idle fixed by them and I plan on going back for more work. Thank you guys . Highly recommend if your looking for a honest mechanic.

I can t express enough gratitude for this shop. Not only did they fix my 95 Accord issues, they painstakingly took the time to personally order parts for it. The shop also tightened by serpentine belt that was recently replaced as well! Their communication, professionalism, and prices are fabulous. Will be coming back again.

Great place to go for auto work. They are really good to work with and won't charge for stuff just to pad to your bill like most dealerships. The quality of work is good too.

Always a fair price, and honest mechanic at Mugsys. Rick has time and time again been there for me and my family. He has always stood behind his work and helped me out when i needed him. No need to go anywhere else.

I came here at the recommendation of a family member for a state inspection and to have a steering related issue fixed. Very easy experience and fair labor rates. Staff was courteous and able to fit my truck into their schedule without issue. I will definitely be returning for future inspections.Thank you!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I cannot say enough good things about Mugsy's. (I especially love the name.) The entire staff - owner, secretary, mechanics - are exceptionally friendly and professional. The mechanical work is exemplary. And the prices are fair. I won't trust my car to anyone else.

Mugsy's is the best!! I was in town for the holiday when my car started making an ominous noise. Rick was able to see me right away. Now, I won't have to nervously drive all the way back to Florida. Yay!!

Very grateful for Rick and the shop for diagnosing my cars issue very quickly after the dealership told me it would take 3 weeks to run the code. Will definitely be taking my car there for all of its work from here on out.

This was not my first time visiting this establishment. My last visit was about 2 weeks ago. I took my Dodge Ram Pick-Up in for a State Emissions Inspection & State Safety Inspection. They required to drop it off due to COVID-19 and that's totally understandable. They called me explaining what was needed for the State Inspection and quoted me a price as well. The prices are very good. They called me back when the work was completed to let me know. I will definitely be returning for future service.

I have 4 vehicles, that I take here and have been taking all my cars to Rick and Brad for 15 year's! They are honest and wont upsell or try to scam you. I've heard horror stories about other repair shops. Mugsys doesn't operate that way. They are trustworthy and genuine people. Who do great work!

Fair price and good service. Owner asked what I wanted done and what fluids I wanted used. Also let me know what needed done and what didn't. Seems like an honest fella.

I've always taken my car here. They've helped me out of many a jam. Great reliable work at a competitive price never once have I had a problem with them trying to sell me things I do not need or put on parts without calling me first to check up on them especially on a car I know, in fact they've pointed out problems I knew were there that I did not inform them of when dropping off to get something else fixed. Goes to show their exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of every vehicle that gets dropped off. Great work but even better people, thanks a lot for the work that you've done time and time again for me to keep my daily-wanna-be-racecar on the road! -The Batmobile

Awesome customer service, and honest. They don't try and fix something that doesn't need to be fixed till it needs it. A lot of other places around town tell you stuff that just isn't needed to make a buck. I have taken all our cars their, and walk away satisfied every-time. If you recommend to your friends and family, I guess that says something right?

It is great to work with a garage that still knows how to do the job right, and for a reasonable price for service. It is a little distance from my home, but I find it is worth the drive to get there. I highly recommend Mugsy's Repair.

Mugsy's is a small independent shop that specializes in quality work at a good price. As a former mechanic it's hard to trust another to work on my vehicle. I have no such qualms at Mugsy's.

Would give zero stars if I could. Why would you do an emissions test if the vehicle can't pass inspection and charge a customer for it. Will not go back! Waste of $80 for my son!!!
