My husband and I stopped in for an oil change and inspection while we were on a road trip to visit family 6 or 7 years ago; Kevin and his team were able to fit us in quickly to make sure everything was safe for our stay in Pennsylvania as well as our trip back to Ontario. We were in and out in no time, were treated like family, and didn t leave feeling pressured into more work (like some shops).After our great experience stopping here, we have trusted them since then each time we are in the area. We would recommend this location of Monro to anyone needing work!Thanks again!!

Keven is an awesome manager. He s very nice very courteous and always understanding the rest. The employees are very courteous and respectful for your vehicle. I recommend this place 100%. You re honest you don t do things that don t need done but you re not afraid to tell me, this is gonna be needed done soon, so I appreciate that. I love that you guys do that but like I said, I really love Keven. He s a really great manager. Thanks again Mr. Radzik.

An absolutely awesome experience anytime me or my family and friends go. Kevin is a great guy, he is fair and actually cares about his customers. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I will always go back to them for my car's needs!

The guys here do great job, I bring my truck and fianc�s car here! Affordable and quality something that is hard to find nowadays! Also they are very straight forward and don't try to jerk you around! Great guys out here!

I've been coming to Monroe on South Queen Street York PA for 5 plus years for my oil changes and I will continue to come back and give them my business. Kevin is very welcoming honest and hard-working. The team there get the job done in a timely manner and their team work is exceptional. I can openly speak with Kevin and get honest feedback. The prices are appropriate and I always leave there feeling better about the relationship between me and my car :)

Been going to Monro for about 6 years now. Kevin has been the most honest and fair mechanic I ve ever been around. I drive over an hour to take my cars here because he gets it done! Will always recommend people get their car needs done here! Rock on Kevin!!

Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers continues to exceed my expectations! Their professionalism, efficient service, and knowledgeable staff makes every experience with them truly outstanding. From routine maintenance to helping with issues on the undercarriage of a handicapped accessible vehicle (much different than regular vehicles) they demonstrate expertise and go above and beyond. The friendly and accommodating team ensures a seamless process. Monro, especially Kevin, has been and continues to be my go-to for automotive needs, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking top-notch service and reliability. *****

I love this garage. I get great service, they can always get me in quickly, and I feel like I'm charged a fair price for the work done. I love that they also walk me through whatever repairs are needed, options for fixes, and price points for each. It's a pretty rare garage in this day and age that sees a woman customer come in and doesn't immediately try to upsell, "find" repairs that need to be made, or give me the proverbial "blinker fluid needs to be changed" treatment. I've referred this garage to so many of my female friends and relatives because of this.

Recently moved to the area and needed some work done and an inspection on a vehicle or two. This place is right down the road so obviously Id try that first. After having several bad experiences with previous Monro locations in the past I was apprehensive but the reviews stood out. I was told by Toyota of several things i needed to have done on my truck that they quoted me over $6000 for. After doing some of those fixes myself and the noises persisted I took it to this Monro to see if they could balane my tires for me because i suspected that was my last issue even though Toyota said i need another wheel bearing replacement. They disagreed and wanted a chance to diagnose it themselves. I let them check it out and it turned out to just be an alignment. While I was checking out I overheard them also talking to another customer about how the work they think they need might not be necessary and to bring in the vehicle to get it looked at before dropped that kind of money. My truck is now running like its brand new again with thousands less spent than Toyota wanted me to spend. If you're looking for a place thats honest and isn't trying to nickle and dime you for unnecessary work, this is your place. I'll gladly take my vehicles back here.

My appointment was to fix a tire and I was pleasantly surprised when I learned this is a full service auto shop. They checked my oil and it really needed a change. They went right to work on this extra service even though I hadn t signed up for it. They re pleasant to deal with and fair priced.

I had an issue with ordering Goodyear tires online to be installed at another Goodyear tire dealer. Needless to say, I will not be going back there because of the way I was treated when it was Goodyear's fault. Goodyear admitted they screwed up, and were able to speak with Kevin from this location, and he was able to fit me in to get my tires put on my car today. It was a little more pricey but I will be coming back here due to the excellent customer service.

One month ago I bought two tires which cost about $650 which seems excessive to me but I didn't have time to price ship so last week I noticed I had a pretty fast leak in one tire so I called Sunday to see if I could come in and he told me no, come in tomorrow (Monday) anytime after 8:00am and we will get you fixed up. I go in Monday after work. That's an hour and a half trip from Delaware to my houseand then another 30 minutes to go to the York Monroe center. They tell me they can't see me. Come back tomorrow. So I come back Tuesday, they plug the tire and charge me almost $40. Seems ridiculous after spending $600+ on 2 tires. Anyway maybe that's just how you guys do business. If I went to a mom and pop tire shop I guarantee you they wouldn't charge me for a simple plug after spending that much money with them. I won't be back.

Very poor car service. Car was not repaired properly. Payed over $700 and needed to take it to another mechanic immediately as it was not working. This is the third car this has happened to. Called their GM and never heard back. I will no longer be using their services which is unfortunate as it is local and I have been taking my cars there for over 15 years. Service has really gone downhill.

In terms of price and willingness to help in many different ways, Monro has regularly blown both Pep boys and Meineke out of the water, and I recommend them to every person who tells me they have car issues. HUGE shout out to the crew of the queen street location! Store 214, keep it up!

I got an inspection which was handled very thoroughly. Every time I visit that staff is very helpful and friendly. Kevin runs a tip top shop!!!

I won't go here again. They had forgotten to put the oil cap back on my son's car for an oil change and caused him problems with his car. I decided to give them another chance and went here for an oil change. They told me I needed a new battery, I trusted them - now I have been having issues with my car restarting after I turn it off. I took it to another garage and here Monro put in an after market battery and it was not even the right one. So basically I threw away over $300 on a useless battery. Never going here again.

Got an unfortunate flat tire on the way to a camping trip the evening prior to this service. Was able to schedule a tire replacement online first thing for the next morning. Kevin was a super star and ran across town to get me a tire faster than a delivery so we were up and running in under 2 hours. Our camping trip was saved because of this extraordinary service! Thank you!
