Ken was amazing! Treated us so well. First my car came in smoking and the next day my husband's brakes failed. Ken took care of us and got us back on the road in no time! Ken deserves the best employee award!

The best transparency I ever had between a mechanic and a customer. Ken was honest about what all needed to be done to my vehicle and did not try and suggest anything that I didn t need. Salute to Ken and his Team at Meineke East York

If you want trust worthy, reliable and super helpful mechanics for your car this is the place to go. Ken is the best. All the mechanics there are great as well. They take very good car of my car and any issues I have they are always there to help and get my car fixed on time. I highly recommend this shop

I took my car in for an oil change and to have the brakes changed. Ken took care of everything! Explained their whole digitized system, kept me up to date, had my car done when he said he was going to. The complimentary inspection showed me I have a few more minor things to take care of and I ll definitely be taking it back to Meineke East York. 5 !!

Ken, the manager, worked SO HARD to get my car done and get the warranty people to push though quickly to get me back on the road!!! I recommend him and his team to anyone!!! They are an excellent team!!

When you get in your car and it does not start- call Meineke.That was not how I wanted to start my Tuesday morning. I had my car towed and received a call from Ken. Once the diagnostic was completed I needed to replace my starter, drive belt, spark plug and it was discovered my vehicle was leaking oil. Ken and his staff was able to complete all the service that was needed and got me back on the road.With any repairs there is a cost, but Meineke offers numerous finance option which could cover the cost of your repairs.Ken, thank you!!

Ken was fantastic to dealWith. He goes out of his way to be accommodating and communicates with you throughout the duration of the service. I would definitely recommend the Meineke shop on East Market Street in York, PA.

I appreciate Ken's honest evaluation of our car. I thought it would be an expensive repair but was told it was a simple fix. The shop quickly took care of it, and we were on our way. I will keep this in mind when it comes time for future repairs.

It was easy to schedule a convenient appointment and get fast quality service to take care of all my car maintenance services. Ken was polite knowledgeable and helpful. I was informed that there was a problem with one of the rear shocks on my vehicle and also that the part was not available from the manufacturer. 5000 miles later I was told the same thing and that now the rear ties are worn and that I need to replace those as well. This is my first new car. It took me 4 months to realize that my vehicle is still under warranty and that I can take it to the dealer to get the shocks replaced. I'm so glad that I opted out of paying for this service when it was offered to me. I learned a valuable lesson. Is this what untrustworthy looks like or was I expecting too much for good customer service versus profit. I get it. It's just business. So I followed up with the dealership and was told that the shocks are perfectly fine and that I don't need new rear tires.

Ken and his Team are very knowledgeable, very friendly and very accommodating!!! They explained everything and didn't try to give me false info. Very transparent!! I am very happy with my experience and I will definitely recommend them to others.

They replaced water pump and did a coolant flush, then we realized a week later there was a coolant leak when my wife was out with our baby and the car started to overheat. Had to pay to get the car towed home.UPDATE: the pump they ordered was bad. They had us come back and replaced it again free of charge with a pump from a different vendor - not sure what parts they used prior, but regardless they made it right. They even asked for our receipt from AAA to cover the tow charges. Very respectable to make sure the customer is taken care of when things don't work out the first time.UPDATE 2: Check your car BEFORE and AFTER and take pictures before of all nuts, bolts, and fasteners! Lack of attention to detail/lack of care/laziness. We got our car back after the second water pump and noticed several days later a strange knocking noise. Sounded like something was flapping/knocking near the front of the car when driving. Inspected the car and found the plastic panels underneath the car were missing several bolts and fasteners that were there before we took the car in. Checked under the hood as well and a plastic panel that goes right behind the hood latch was missing EVERY SINGLE plastic fastener. It's not like they lost one or 2 (which they should have replaced anyway if they did). I could literally pick the plastic panel up because there were no fasteners holding it down. Purchased an $8 plastic fastener kit on Amazon to fix this myself because I'm not taking my car back there.

Went to meineke east York for an oil change I knew I had a bunch of stuff I needed done that apple Honda recommended to me like my spark plugs, CVT transmission drain and fill, new belt, cabin air filter, replace front left axle shaft, new rotor pads and caliper, fuel injection service, and an alignment. I had that all done for my 2015 Honda civic. The price was fair better than what Honda wanted. Glad I got it done to keep my civic running good!

Let me just preface by saying this is the first review I ve ever written and quite possibly the ONLY One I will ever write. The guys over at Meinicke seem to be more wizard the mechanic, nothing but helpful and efficient the whole process. Ken was actually helping me fill out papers to get approved while I was working through Night Shift, if that s not service idk what is. making a process that would drive most insane as easy as pie. I can t thank them enough for fixing my boy up and making the whole process as quick and painless as possible. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in the area in need of work. They dabble in miracles over there!

Everyone here is always nice. They always try to find ways to help me save money. I ve had two free oil changes just for continuing to get car here. I would recommend this place for good service. HOWEVER if you re looking for a place that s going to respect your time this isn t it. while they always provide quality services, they don t give good time estimates. They had over 24 hours with my car and I asked them what time I should return to pick it up so it would be ready and I still ended up waiting for over a half hour.Service: Oil change

We have been true customers for the past two years. All our vehicles details are in the system as far as what we want. But for some reason on this visit we got one vehicle with premium oil change and the other with synthetic oil which is not what we wanted. After waiting 5 hours to get both vehicles oil changed we will opt to look elsewhere for our oil changes.

Where do I start. I just came in for a simple inspection and they found everything that was wrong with my car. I didn't even realize until they showed me with photos what all was wrong. Ken (the front desk guy) was really transparent and helped out a lot. You guys have a new customer for as long as I live here.

As much as I was appreciative of Ken getting my wife's Cadillac inspection completed, I was very disappointed in another co-worker who I believe was taking advantage of my daughter's situation. Just out to take as much money as they can from you. Not any better than the shady car dealers. Tried to give them another chance, but could see the $$ in the eyes of the manager. Never again. Beware, just another shady mechanic looking to take advantage of anyone they can.

Notice I was losing tire pressure for about 2 weeks. Make an appointment and they had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. Great service!
