Awesome job, from Nick and his team at Meineke. I was having engine trouble over Easter weekend and they were able to fit me into their already filled schedule. They diagnosed multiple issues with my car and gave me both a video assessment and review. After repairing my engine issue and worn breaks, I was back on the road in less than a few hours; other places I had contacted couldn't even get me an appointment for a few days. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them for routine and unexpected repairs. Thank you again for the excellent job and quick turn a round.

Meineke Car Care Center off of Rodney road is a great place to take your car too. I work on cars and I was in a pinch were I snapped my stud replacing a tire and they were able to offer me the best price for the job and were the only garage that was able to get me in that day. When I showed up they immediately brought my car in and had my stud replaced within an hour. They also have promotions for Veterans which is always a nice thing for a business to do.

The guys were incredibly helpful and kind. When expenses were higher than could do. They weighed need vs should and got the car inspected and safe for affordable cost using coupons and deals etc. very helpful. We love meineke

Jim at the front desk was extremely helpful and worked with me to stay within budget and find the right fit for my vehicle and Jeremy the mechanic/ welder did an amazing job on my 2006 Toyota Matrix! My new muffler custom job is perfect. Every employee went above and beyond. Highly recommend and will continue business in the future. I added some before and after photos. Update: 2024 Back again with the 2019 Subaru and as always Jim has taken care of me with straight forward necessary repairs at a good deal! Trustworthy guaranteed and reliable work!

My family has been going here for nearly 20 years, so once I got my own car, I decided to keep going. First appointment, they installed a battery that just didn t properly recharge and died a month later. Made me pay for a new one. A few months later I went in for an oil change and was told I needed to replace 3 different fluids and my front brakes. I thought this was weird because I got brand new brakes and transmission fluid not even a year ago. I took it to another place for a second opinion because I was quoted $1.7k and told I needed to sign a waiver saying I m refusing important work (and was told it *will* destroy my car). Turns out, EVERYTHING on my car is fine! None of those things were wrong! They even showed me the chemical tests, and everything is in good shape. I m not sure what changed since I was a kid, but I won t be returning.

Always able to accommodate your schedule, and explain everything as you go. This is the best service I have ever received. They will work with you to accommodate budget and want to help you extend the longevity and quality of your auto maintenance experience. I trust them...who could say more about their mechanic??

Jim and his staff are absolute lifesavers! Been taking our Escalade to them since 2020, with several large costly repairs that have needed done, and would recommend them in a heartbeat. Everyone is kind, and knowledgeable, and if they don t have an answer for you in the moment they will be sure to find it for you. The work done is always top tier, with your budget safely in mind.

Nothing but great things to say about my experience here. This will probably be a long review but I think it will help some people that are in the same situation as me.My inspection was coming up and I knew I was going to fail it bc the brakes were bad and making noise so I went to dealerships looking for another car thinking the repairs would cost more than the car is worth. I'm going through a divorce and I'm not going to go into detail but my credit score went from 720 to 520 in just 2 months. The only way I was going to get approved for another car was to abandon my old car. So that was my plan before I walked into Meineke.I scheduled an appointment online a day in advance and I would recommend you do the same instead of a walk in bc they are busy. I passed the emissions but failed the safety bc of the brakes. Buddy was nice and friendly and seemed like someone who you would call a friend. He went over the pictures they took of what needed to be done. It was reasonably priced and he offered 5-7 different payment companies to help cover the cost. There was no pressure to get me to sign anything I wasn't comfortable with. I ended up telling him to fail me and I would go home and think about it.I went home and slept on it and did the math and decided the best thing to do was get my car fixed instead of worrying about a higher car payment plus having to pay for an abandoned car. I went in the very next day,no buddy but the store manager Jim was there to help me. I explained I was there yesterday and showed him my work order and what needed to be done. He worked well within my budget and I was blown away at the savings he found. Jim was a very nice guy,looks like he can multitask very well bc he was going back and forth with customers and on the phone. He said I could leave my car overnight. I don't have anyone to rely on anymore to pick me up so he offered a loaner car which was amazing ( buddy offered it too).I went home that night then to work the next morning and got a text in the afternoon saying my car was done. I put some gas in the loaner and dropped it off at Meineke. Buddy was inside waiting and instantly recognized me. He got me squared away, the price I agreed to with Jim stayed the same,no upcharge or surprise charges for anything.Thank you Jim and Buddy for taking care of me and helping me avoid going further in debt and a lower credit score bc if I was to abandon my car not only would that have affected my credit score even further but also I would have still been responsible for the payments on top of paying for another car.So in conclusion I know some of y'all out there have a situation where someone told you repairs were going to cost more than the car is worth. Just schedule an appointment online or call and give this place a try first before you make any decisions.

If you are a female DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! these guys literally are low end crooks. You go there with work done by yourself and they say hey you need these things done per the book? DID YOU CHECK IT yea it needs to be done 100% of the fluids are changed and the younger fellow he s older too but younger than the old guy said you need everything on a 7 year old car fixed, very un knowledgeable on cars they re just there to push sales even if your car is PERFECTLY fine. This place should be shut downAnd for the proud owner whom should be worried about the merit of his business Vs a CUSTOMER who s paying his wage here s proof

My experience was wonderful they worked hard to help me I'm on a fixed income and they got me help to pay for what they did. They explained what they did and why, they were very pleasant to be around and they showed me pictures of everything that was bad.so I guess I will give them a 5 rating.

As long as I live in this area, I won't take my car anywhere else! I went to a not-so-reputable dealership to purchase my car, and I have had nothing but problems with it. Recently, my car started smoking when I'd drive it and I thought it was the end for my lil Buick. I called them on Monday morning and they got me an appointment for that same morning, everywhere else I called wouldn't get me in for at least another week. They were so transparent with me about all the repairs I needed, Jim talked me through everything and explained it in ways my car novice self could understand. Their system of photographing the car during the diagnostic and uploading it to a portal for the customer to view is honestly so helpful - I was able to easily see what Jim was talking about. They had my car back to me the next afternoon and I don't think my Buick has run this well in the time I've had it. I'm so thankful for this team and all their help!

Jim is the bees knees. During a very frustrating car breakdown, all I needed was a little friendliness and compassion. Jim and his staff provided that plus peace of mind. They were communicative, efficient and all around the best. I WILL only use this location for any and all of my car needs going forward. I always bring my vehicle to the Rodney Rd location. The staff is absolutely phenomenal each time and they don't feed me false information. Jim is always friendly and goes out of his way to assist me.

Diagnosed some issues for me and changed a valve cover gasket for me. They saw my valve cover had a hole in it and needed replaced. Luckily they had a used Honda engine from a recent engine swap and it had a good valve cover on it. They swapped the covers for me, saving me the money on the part! Goes for a couple hundred usually.Thank you Derrick for working on my car!

Jim & Brad were amazing, very helpful, and informative! Assisted well with helping me get new tires and pass my inspection. I also had an old oil change sticker that was cracked and stuck to the window that I couldn t get off. The new oil change stickers were just placed next to the old one. When I picked my car up after service, I noticed they removed the old stuck oil sticker and recentered the new one. I can t express how much I appreciate the extra care and attention to detail. Thank you guys so much!!

Came into the store on my day off for oil change. Manager and attendant were very kind and efficient. They do go over the current state of the vehicle and are not pushy about other services. Will definitely come back again

Jason is the best technician in all of Pennsylvania. He showed me what needed immediate attention and gave me multiple options for future preventative maintenance. Jim is very helpful as well. They did both state and emissions for both my cars. They are quick, responsible, real ..when it comes down to what actually needs done and what doesnt. We got quoted almost 4000.00 dollars from honda to get an approval for a state/emissions and meineke $150. They went over everything and even showed my husband step by step..what they look for and how they test tires to see when you ACTUALLY need tires. YOU GUYS DESERVE 10 STARS !!!! thank you so much !!!

Brought my Jeep in for oil change and a few other things that needed immediate attention. Very thorough, friendly and easy to talk to and understand what s going on with the wear and tear of my vehicle. Easy to schedule and they answer calls quickly.
