I called ahead to see if they could fix my tire. The gentleman was very friendly. When I made it in, he got the car in right away and the kids and I only had to wait around 30 minutes. I really appreciate the skill and courteousness of the team there. Definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd time here in a few weeks: the first was for a tire change I was in and out in 20 minutes. The second time was for an oil change and new wiper blades, little busier day so it took just what I expected time wise. Luis is the man, gave me a good deal on wiper blades. The guys back there do a great job. I ll definitely be back for whatever they can service me for!

I couldn t be happier with my experience at Mavis on White St. in York, PA! They had my car in and out in no time and the quality of work is always exceptional. Not to mention, the staff is fantastic. Everyone is always super friendly and communicative. I would recommend this location to everyone!!

Needed two tubeless tractor tires inflated, as I didn t have the tools to re-seal them. They took me right away, fixed them both in under 10 minutes and sent me on my way! No fuss, no appointment, super nice and professional. Will come back for any tire need again!

Had a great experience getting four new tires at the Mavis located on White St. The team was quick, helpful, and honest. I asked them to replace a single tire sensor because I knew at least one had gone bad. The first scanner they used indicated that all four tire sensors were bad. I asked if they were certain, and they showed me the results of the first scanner, at which point I agreed to replace all four sensors. The team went the extra mile and tried a different scanner tool, despite the fact I had already agreed to replace all four. The second scanner ended up indicating that there was only one sensor needing replacement. Mavis could have easily just replaced all four, but instead they double checked and it saved me money. Would highly recommend this location and team!

The West York store is a great place! Knowledgeable manager & staff. Decent pricing. Seems like they really care about their customers. They got me in on time & out on time! Great work!

I had an appointment for 10am called them and 0930 and they changed me to 11am no issues or questions. Very professional when I arrived and treated me and my car well. Will definitely be back for tires when I need them

I had a tire with a small leak from a nail. I stopped in and was taken care of right away. The employees were helpful, fast, and friendly! I was back on way in no time. I would definitely recommend this location!

I recently visited Mavis Tire due to a concerning bolt in my tire. To my relief, the skilled and attentive team at Mavis Tire quickly assessed the situation. They discovered that, fortunately, the bolt had not pierced the tire. What truly impressed me was their honesty and professionalism. Instead of taking advantage of the situation, they simply removed the bolt and assured me that all was well. Remarkably, they did this without charging me, showcasing their integrity and customer-first approach.This experience has not only solved my immediate issue but has also earned Mavis Tire my trust and future business. Awesome service my husband went for a flat tire week of Christmas and we thought will be long time waiting but not. Lest than 10 minutes our tire was repair and ready to hit the road. So thankful to employee Luis who did this possible for us.

My Honda Pilot tire light came on indicating I had low pressure in two tires. I thought I ran over something. I was greeted by Lewis the manager on duty who was incredible to deal with. I shared my concerns and he assured me his team would find and correct any problems. Quinton was assigned to my vehicle and determined there was no leaks just low air pressure. Lewis explained with temperature changes this often occurs. Lewis is an incredible leader and manager with excellent customer service skills. He is a tremendous asset to Mavis tire as is Quinton. I will share with family and friends and highly recommend the White Street Store to everyone I know. Thank you Mavis for hiring such a professional team!!!

I can t say enough about the regional manager and the team at this West York location. I was scheduled to have tires changed at the Red Lion location but the employees there lied about not being able to lift my truck. They gave me my tires and sent me on my way. I had purchased the tires off of Amazon and could not get a refund on the tire changing service. Luckily I accidentally called the West York store and ended up talking to Chris, the regional manager. Chris made sure to get me in right away and resolve the issue. Huge thanks to him and the West York team.I don t have anything nice to say about the Red Lion store so we will leave it at that.

Employee is very nice. When I called and see if they have to make an appointment and they said come over anytime. I had one nail in the tire and they checked there are no leaking in the tire. I definitely will go there again. I gave 5 stars. Thank you for your great service!

I took my car here for an oil change. The very next day my check engine light came on. I needed an inspection anyway so I booked an appointment with another mechanic shop. Come to find out, the light came on because my oil was black and down to the add line. I was charged almost $100 to not even have my oil changed!!! Do NOT take your car here unless you want to be ripped off.

Walked in on a Sunday after picking up a screw in a parking lot. Drove straight here, had the tire plugged in 5 minutes and we were good to go. Best fastest service!!

I went in to have my brakes checked and they checked them out and was really honest with me. The supervisor Chris was great. Definitely hard to find good business but they are absolutely on the right page

Had a decent leak in my tire, so I drove to Mavis, and had never been there vefore. The people that work there are amazing!!! When I need other services to my vehicle, I will definitely head to Mavis. Just wanna say thank you to all who were there!!

I had a very good experience with all the staff very kind and courteous. The techs that assisted with my car informed me of brakes being low that I was unaware I am very grateful for the attention to detail. I appreciate all the work done. Would recommend 10/10!!!

Everyone is so nice and helpful at Mavis. The store manager is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I am so thankful that they were there for me to help me out when I was in need of 4 brand new tires at a really good price.

We were able to walk right in and have our tire serviced within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Felicia at the front desk was very helpful!! Will definitely be back!!
