Love this place! Alice, Nathan, and Charles are great. Place is remarkably clean. Go there to get your car serviced. They don't rip you off as the Me.....place does.

Best mechanic shop I have ever used. Great rates n service. Won't do anything to your vehical without your permission first. They provide you with details about what they are seeing and will even physically show you the issue with your vehicle if you ask. Been using them for the last few years always been satisfied, won't go anywhere else!

Main car care is the best automotive care in the area. They've taken care of me and my son since he was 16 and they've done great work for all of us! My son is 22 now and we continue to be treated as part of the Main Car care family. They put the capital C in caring for customers. Trustworthy. My son went to them for a second opinion because he was told that it was going to be roughly 800 for a windshield wiper motor. They looked at it and said it was a loose bolt. This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced at main car care. I regularly went to the Ford dealership but after a few years of "scratching my head" cause of some of the work they did......I dont trust them. I will be taking both my vehicles to main car care from now on. On top of the, the cost of the work seems to be less but I know the quality is far superior. Thanks

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Main Car Care! My radiator was damaged, smoking and fluid everywhere leaving me with no car and they were able to fit me into their schedule last minute. Exceptional work and service at a fair price. They even checked my lights and replaced my brake light! Thank you so much for being such a trustworthy and caring establishment.

I love this place! I was able to get my tires balanced for almost 2/3rd the price of another big name shop and get it done a day sooner! No complaints here! Daughters new (to her) car needed an exhaust leak repaired. Sounded like it was the flex pipe and could have been another leak by the header...I told them my thoughts. Turned out it was only the flex pipe. I thank them for their integrity! Could have charged me more based on my thoughts... turns out I was hearing echoes of the leak bouncing off from other parts of the car. Haha! They have always done well by me. Again...no complaints here!-----Had another time where my lack of time and tools and resources etc....has allowed me to be humbled by the car I drive to work and back...... to have someone other than me work on it. Haha! Main Car care was able to get my car in the next day AND provide a loner car while it gets repaired.Love this place! It's very hard to find an honest mechanic. The people at Main Car Care are as honest and nice as they come. I've always taken my cars here over the years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They do great work for a fair price.

Being a single woman, I'm always worried about being taken for a ride. I can trust this place entirely!! The staff is super nice. Great waiting room with TV, snacks and coffee. I found a new home! Took my car here off a recommendation and was so happy with my first experience here. The mechanics were very honest about issues with my car and saved me a lot of money. Atmosphere was great with a comfortable waiting room with coffee and snacks. Was much appreciated on a freezing cold day with bad car news!

Awesome atmosphere, friendly faces and great service! I love that there is a nice clean bathroom with a changing table! Their waiting area is super family friendly with toys and a snack/coffee station. It was helpful in keeping the kids busy when I had no other option last time I needed an oil change and had to bring my kids with me.

Very helpfull, courteous, knowledgeable, and resonably priced business. Instead of trying to make a buck off us, they advised us that the manufacturer's warranty on our son's car had been extended due to a history of failures like we were experiencing. He got a new engine as a result saving us $$$$. We have brought our other cars to Main Car Care and continue to receive great service at good prices. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. We highly recommend Main Car Care !!

The most important quality I look for in a mechanic is honesty and these are the most honest mechanics I've ever done business with. No one wants to deal with expensive car maintenance or repairs, but knowing you can trust the people working on your car takes the confusion and frustration out of the process. Bottom line: I know these guys won't recommend work I don't need, I know their prices will be fair, and I know the work will be done properly. There isn't much more you can ask for and those factors give you invaluable peace of mind.

Tremendous service and super knowledgeable staff. Very professional but no added fluff. They get the job done right and right on time, every time! Extremely helpful to even dropping by with a check engine light and they just came right out and figured out the problem right there in the parking lot. Great People and even better prices!!!

Always smiling and courteous. They take good care of you and while you wait, comfy chairs, a table to work on, tv, games and books for the kids and hot drinks with little snacks. Great place. We go there all the time after our neighbors told us about them.

I was always using dealerships to get service but always left with the feeling of the upsell a service because the car needs it done. Then I went to Main Car Care. Always having the most professional service and providing great care for my vehicles, I found my new home to take my vehicles when they need TLC and maintenance. A great family owned and operated business!

It saddens me to say this because I was recommended this place by a friend and they have food reviews, but we took our Ford Crown Victoria there to be inspected in October and we were told they found nothing wrong with it. We have found at least 3 things that should have been caught during the inspection. We told them that it vibrates when going at a slow speed as if it s going over rumble strips, they drove it 3 miles after my husband dropped it off, which is not enough to feel the problem we said was wrong with it. The battery is supposed to be tested, and it wasn t, it s not on the receipt, it has had problems related to a bad battery since then. This is the only time we have had these issues with them, but it s enough that I m not sure I trust them anymore which it saddens me to say.

If you are looking for an honest place to get your car fixed then look no further. They will try to get you a lower price on parts, they will loan you a car (If available) if you need one, they will even set up a payment plan if your bill is too large. I needed to get a water pump put on my Scion XD, multipule places were saying it would cost nearly a 1000 dollars because they would have to pull the motor to access the water pump. Main did it for 150 bucks. I recommend them to everyone I know. Give them a try.

We found Main Car Care through word of mouth. We used to live in Red Lion so it wasn't very far away. We moved to Dover and still use them for repairs and inspections. We value their honesty and workmanship. I highly recommend you visit Main Car Care for your vehicles needs - you won't regret it!

I have been using them to maintain our vehicles for several years. I appreciate their honestly. If they can't do something, they are upfront about it and will make a suggestion as to where to take it. They communicate about what is really needed and about how soon so I can make an informed decision.
