***Charging people extra for no reason*** BEWARE!!I got my car towed yesterday 1/17/2024, because due to car accident. The police contacted this company. I went to the shop the same day, and they told me they had to do something special to put the car in their flathead tow and that was extra $. Today, 01/18/2024 I got another tow company to remove my car from their lot and they didn t have to do nothing special to be able to put it on their flat bed. The car turned on and was driven off the lot. $265 for towing and keeping the car for less than 24 hours it s outrageous.

Older man at the front desk was very rude, unprofessional and not helpful. Was trying to pick up a vehicle for my company that they had towed and they did everything possible to put a road block on the process. Sure seemed like they wanted another day of lot fee. Don't recommend working with this place.

I was there because of some issues with York Police and they were very friendly and understandable. I highly recommend them if you need a tow.
