Terrible Customer Service. The lady behind the phone for one is probably the worst person you could possibly communicate with due to her attitude and lack of enthusiasm, TWO they will overcharge you with ridiculous prices to even get your car back. This company is a joke.

No good! My car was towed there and was there for two days and they charged me double the price and other extra charges they rob you without thinking it twice and the person who works there has no ethics at all.

My ex roommate crashed his car I sold him the trouble is he took my license plate, I have the plate registration I contact these people and they telling me the plate belongs to the person who took my plate in the first place, we aren t married we are not related and you can t transfer a plate from one person too another all I wouldLike to do is surrender my plate to penndot I have proof and what I am trying to understand is they can really just let my stolen plate drive away, I am livid and this is unbelievable. I ll be in touch

My vehicle was towed to this tow yard after an accident. The lady office clerk was nice. The young man from the yard was so kind. He was helping me unload my belongings while asking questions about the accident. He was polite enough to ask first if I would mind him inquiring. It helped me come to grip with the situation. I wish I would have got his name so that his employer could pat him on the back and tell him good job. I sure appreciated him.

The staff is amazing Stevie gorge and Michelle and the owner Louie are awesome good prices very reliable towing service and repair shop I got stuck on the road they were there in minutes got my car all fix up I was back on the road within a few hours thanks guy for your service

Very dependable business. I'm a driver for a local business and we use Louie's for all our vehicle needs. They always do a great job and your always met with a smile in the front office from the lovely ladies that work there.

Absolutely the best towing company in york county, the gentleman that towed my car was amazing! He got me off the busy highway within minutes of calling. I wouldn't call anyone else! I honestly wouldn't worry about the negative reviews. Have to understand they impound cars for the police. So I'd imagine most of the negative reviews are people mad because they can't follow the laws and need someone else to blame. Either way, they are amazing in there!

Terrible customer service and outrageously overcharged me. The said they would have my car in on a Wednesday when I called on a Monday, ok great so Friday comes they said my brand new battery was no good, mind you I had told them that the ground wire was rigged so it may need to be adjusted, they proceeded (after being in business for 30 years) to try and charge the battery with a bad ground for Days!! This was laughable but I entertained the idea and took it in to advance auto parts, immediately the battery was deemed good to go. So I went back and low and behold they were fixing the ground wire, they charged me $96 for 10 minutes of labor, I guess they did that out of spite for not being able to hustle a new battery out of me, time to retire Louie you re losing g your touch, will never go back or recommend this garage to anyone.Service: Battery

My car was towed here while I was unaware. When I called, a lady answered and told me that if I didn't pick it up by the next day, she would take me to court. She got into a big attitude with me and emphasized to me that the court "WILL prosecute". A business that threatens you over the phone when you're just inquiring about your car is NOT a professional one.

This place is run by thevies. They are rude and inconsiderate and liars. I had my car tow to them which they never gave a price or contacted me after it was towed there. Then my car had to be taken to a junk yard which on Fri they told me the tow to Baughman would be of no charge then comes Mon and I was charged for them to tow it or I had to have another tow company come get the car from them. The prices are unreasonable and they are extremely rude. They were more concerned about going to Jackie B then they were about there customer. Giving them a one is overrated. They deserve a -5 stars. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I'll push the car down the road before I ever get these theives to tow anything for me again.

We had a special request job moving a piece of medical equipment, and not only was their dispatcher and driver very friendly and professional, they did a great job and went above and beyond our requests. And then the price was as fair as you'll find. Thank you Louie's-- we'll definitely call you again if we have needs in your region.

They were very polite however I feel like it along with all tow yards are way to expensive like who has 30 dollars a day then after 10 days 50 do dollars a day not to mention your car was just totaled but hey guess everyone gotta make their money.

employees were uninterested when I dropped a tire off for a plug. had to plead a case for the plug because they were on "break". you provide a service.... dropped it in the bay and not a single soul acknowledged anything happened. they prove it's not a service it's a on their time. go to a1 if you want service and great prices.

The only place I trust in York for my three vehicles. They have always been Fair and upfront with all my needs whether it be mechanical or inspection. The girls at the front desk are great

Had a vehicle towed here because it was broken down in traffic. They parked it in overnight without an explanation, and would not give me the keys to it even after I paid. They made me wait until the AAA tow truck driver arrived, and they gave him the keys. They were incredibly rude and inconsiderate.

They tow my suv and the drive kept the key and they told the auto shop that I was going to bring the key in a hour wicth was a lie because they never talked to me about this would not use them again
