I had an exceptional experience with Kassel Performance BMW Shop! Their team did an outstanding job tuning my drift car. They not only fixed it up properly but also unlocked its true potential with high horsepower. They were able to pinpoint and resolve issues like high air temperature that no other tuner could find. Matt, the tuner, is incredibly knowledgeable and skillful, while Stu, the service advisor, provided top-notch recommendations. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I highly recommend Kassel Performance BMW Shop for any performance tuning needs. Thank you for the excellent service!

This guys are awesome!!I first time purchased fabric from them for my e30touringM3 project and couldn t stop there lolThey helped me with a lot of my carsE34M5 performance chip(they made it to a specific specifications I wanted)My e30touring that I did S52 swap they also made chip for my particular mods I hadE46M3Touring project, they did DME programming and instrument cluster coding to match wagon mileage.Great customer service I will keep doing business with them and will recommend them to all my friends!

Came in with a high recommendation from 3 friends. Tuned my f90 m5 and I am very pleased with it so far. Nice facilities, Matt was pleasant to deal with. I would come back if I need further service for sure.

i was recommended to call them about a MSD80 to MSD81 DME upgrade for my 335xi because mine had some issues. their customer service was amazing, i called, shipped out mine out on a Thursday, they received it on a Friday, performed the service and shipped it back immediately my car was only without an ECU for a couple days. never have i experienced such stellar customer service and expert craftsmanship

Probably the best shop I've ever been in contact with. From the first time I called with my small projects to them being a reality, Stu walked me through the entire process and outlined how the work was going to be performed. I live 5 hours away, one way, and made the trip.. twice! When we showed up, Jim was more than happy to walk us through the shop and show us the collection of cars they've accumulated over the years. Most people who own shops would just take your keys and tell you to go on your merry way. This place is built by enthusiasts, to service enthusiast BMWs. They're different. We can tell lots of proper R&D was put into their parts and don't skimp out on the raw materials. I would definitely make another 10 hour round-trip.. LOL

I was having issues with a tune (from Reflect tuning) on a customers X5. After wasting time with that tuner I called this place and they assured me their tune wouldn t have the same issue. I sent it to them and within a few days had it back. Vehicle no longer has the issue it did before.Go with these guys for BMW tuning, I feel some of these other places are just kind of a monkey see monkey do, and then can t help when it s not right.Service: Auto engine tuning

I went there as a destination of the Delaware Valley Vintage BMW Club. I enjoyed their small collection of cars. They gave a technical talk on how they soup up cars that went over my head. They gave us a nice lunch.

They did excellent work on my BMW diesel. Very knowledgeable on these motors and know how to tune the DD. to extract much more HP and torque without compromising fuel efficiency or blowing up the engine. My vehicle actually gets better gas mileage after their tune and is much smoother. They have a great facility with some really nice cars in their collection. Would use them all the time but far away from DC but was so worth the service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Great customer service, amazingly helpful over the phone, and shipped out quality parts same day. I will continue to use Kassel for all my BMW needs! Don't buy cheap (ATM and the like) when you can buy quality!!

Had sent out hardware to be coded after a manual N54 swap into an E91 auto and could not get car to start. Sent out hardware a total of 3 times in hopes to get issues sorted. After literal months at a standstill, turns out Jim never coded the vehicle as manual which was resolved by a somewhat-local coding expert.Turnaround times were not something to write home about.Weeks of Jim ghosting all sorts of communication.Customer service is just appauling.Car sat since fall 2022 until February 2023 because of a fix someone else was able to do in 30 minutes.KasselPerformance was paid up front and never reimbursed for any of the shipping, unreasonable delays or any inconvenience of them not delivering on what was agreed upon.It has been exactly 2 months since I had contacted Jim asking to discuss reimbursement/compensation since payment was made to KasselPerformance September 16, 2022 and vehicle was inoperable until someone else fixed it 5 months later.Positives:Jim was able to match DME cluster key cas accordingly.Overall:Nothing to write home about; would not recommend.

I have a 2012 BMW x5 diesel. I have shipped it to Brazil and Cambodia for work. Somewhere along the line it got bad fuel and needed a whole new fuel system. With low miles on the engine and transmission I decided to do it. Kassel did it at a cost that was unbeatable! The car runs like new as I plan to drive it into the ground. The building is amazing with a little car collection and lots of car marketing signs and ads in the building. THIS is the place to have your B<W serviced for major repairs. After having a bad experience with a similar BMW ready swap DME company in the US, we contacted Kassel performance and sent them our DME. Within 48hrs of receiving it, the DME was on its way back down under to Australia. To say that Jim's service met our expectation is an under statement, he exceeded it and them some. As the DME swap was for a race car and one size doesn't fit all, Jim was more than happy to log on remotely after hours and make some additional changes. There are not many people in this world that would put themselves out considering the 14hrs time difference. Their slogan of Champions of the Word is right on the money. Thanks again Jim for all your help.

Sent my DME and cluster in for s54 swap coding. Communication was vague. I made the request through their site and followed up with a phone call to then receive an additional PayPal request for the gauge cluster portion. They completed my order next day but the shipment was misplaced in a FedEx sorting facility for a month. It wasn t until after I emailed them twice and called that Kassel got involved with contacting FedEx. When I asked if they would provide a loaner DME so that I could get my car running they told me they didn t have any and that I should be patient. My patience ran out 2 weeks prior While I was disappointed with their customer service, the shipment finally showed up.Cruise control does not work and the door indicator lights in the cluster work some of the time. They deleted my evap and SAP even though I did not ask them to delete these systems in the tune. The car, not infrequently, goes into limp mode under WOT. I m in the process of trouble shooting this issue but things are pointing to the DME. I was under the impression these guys were the best but there are plenty of other tuners who can code a MSS54. I ll be sending mine elsewhere to have these issues addressed.

I had my oil changed at Kassel Performance. They got me right in with no wait time at all. I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the shop. Jim talked with me and explained all the checks they would do on my car in addition to the oil change. He was so personable and friendly. What a super guy. I recently sent my e36 ECU for tuning. Everything was great shipped faster then expected car started first try zero issues at all .I received the m50 tune and it was fantastic . I own several BMWs and won't take them anywhere but to Kassel. I've had them do the basics all the way to replacing a motor, rod bearings on several motors, and tuning. I can't say enough good. Kassel performance was extremely fast at tuning my DME I sent them. They sent me the DME back the same day they received it. I was doing a manual swap on my e36 and sent them the DME to change so I wouldn t have a check engine light on. I also had them put their KP Ultimate tune on it with the M50 manifold. Car runs amazing with no check engine light. I highly recommend them.Service: Auto engine tuning

If you are looking for a top notch place to do business with for your car, this is the place. I had my e30 swapped completed from the help of these people. Out standing customer service best guys in the business. I d recommend these people from the moon and back. Top shelf quality parts and products. Excellent hand crafted work when building my custom wiring harness. Theses guys take true pride in doing what they are doing. Keep it up y all!!!

Kassel Performance is always super helpful. I have had several issues with my BMW and they have been able to fit me in and get the work done in a timely manner. They are extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
