Great place. They have taken care of multiple cars for me and have always provided great service! Diagnosed an issue with my Subaru, which they found was covered by the manufacturer, and saved me a lot by providing me with the information to take to the dealership. Highly recommend

Great 1st Experience! Just in for a vehicle inspection. The team at KARS was great at communicating, completed before the timeframe I requested, and was thorough in their explanation. We recently moved into the area and happy we found a place we can trust. They certainly earned my repeat business.

This business is one of the best in Dover. The staff at this automotive shop helped me immediately, even though my jeep is under a life time warranty through the dealership and they could not see me for two weeks. I brought my 2015 jeep into the shop an hour before closing time. The work was done, next day!!! And they was so empathetic to my personal situation with only having one vehicle. I would highly recommend these guys. At the end of the day compassion for the customers is what keeps the business running! They also gave me a ride to where I needed to go! Thanks again Frank and the team at Karrs! I'm so grateful for your immediate support with my ride!

Very smooth and well run operation. Drop off vehicle they will check it out, let you know what needs done and what the cost will be and then they do their thing. Very happy to have found them to work in my vehicles

Went in for oil change and was checked in and on my way within half hour.This is the place to go for reliable and friendly service. The employees are always friendly and professional. Oh, and not to mention the prices are right. Should you have service they takes a long time, they give you a ride home and pick you up when service is finished.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

We have been going there for a few years now. They always fitted us in, but they have priced themselves out of my business now. My wife's car doesn't get 500 miles a year and this last time it was gonna cost $1500 to pass inspection. Guess I will just start using the dealership. Well was good while it lasted. Very expensive doing business there!!!

We have been taking our vehicles there for a few years now. They always fitted use in and completed the work in a timely manner. Lately it seems they are more concerned in making the all mighty dollars than just taking care of their customers. Not sure if I will be going back anymore!!!

I stopped for a 2nd opinion on something the dealer told me needed fixed. They did diagnostic testing that the dealer didn t do and they saved me several hundred dollars on a repair that was not needed! Tom explained the process from start to finish in a manner I could understand! Being a woman and a senior citizen they could have easily taken advantage of me and they didn t! They have definitely gained my respect and future business.

Top notch customer service! They really go above & beyond. Tom from Kars always kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my vehicle. They even reached out to my carshield warranty for me to pick up some of the tab. I didn't have to deal with them at all which was such a time saver. The whole process was smooth and super convenient. Best vehicle servicing experience I have ever had.
