Under new management and new attentive staff. Very skilled and actually explained the work that was needed which I could verify. They went above and beyond cleaned the windows vacuumed inside my mommy mobile they were quick and the waiting area was clean and had fresh coffee brewing.

I stopped at multiple locations this morning for a state inspection and landed at Jiffy Lube. The gentleman who took care of me was kind, transparent and helped me when we found out my cabin filter was missing . This was my first time here and it will not be the last. I have already recommended this location to multiple people. I am also happy to update that my cabin filter was replaced when I went back to the first place, on them :)

Don t go here!I drove by and saw no line and only a single car in the bay. I pulled in and an employee came out to greet me. I explained I had an appointment soon and asked if an oil change can be done in 35 minutes or less. It was indicated that it was doable, so I stayed. For 20 minutes or more I only saw two employees working. Eventually, one of them walked outside for a moment and returned with two other staff. From my observation, most staff had no real sense of urgency to get work done. Again, there was only one other car in the bay and 5 employees. It took 50 minutes to change my oil and I had to rush to my appointment.About an hour or so after leaving Jiffy Lube I was backing into the driveway and noticed two parallel lines of fluid on the ground. I stopped and looked under the truck and saw oil dripping from two spots. I tried calling the telephone number on the receipt and their number did not work! I drove back to the Jiffy Lube and told them what was going on. They pulled my truck in and took care of the issue. Service was quicker this time, about 40 minutes. It took about 35 minutes round trip, so this was an additional 75 minutes of my time and screwed up evening plans. For my trouble I received an apology and a fist bump. No reimbursement. Keep my money, I will never come back!--

Just went to this location for my 2018 Malibu. 11/16/2018. They guy who sold me the actual oil change - was a super nice guy; HOWEVER, on the actual advertisement it says they will vacuum. Really? They didn t. I called back and Elliot picked up. He said I did it myself. I m not doing the back, because you had stuff back there. You didn t even vacuum the front man. Then I asked you rotated my tires. Did you check the pressure? He said yes, 40 all around. Really? Bull. My light is on right now saying the front is low at 27. It s supposed to be at 35 PSI for this make and model. Thank you, this cost me $102 for an oil change and tire rotation. Never going back to jiffy line again.UPDATE: Spoke with the manager (JOSE) and he confirmed my findings via their camera system. He was professional and rectified the issue by issuing me a refund. He was extremely apologetic and handled the situation in an extremely professional manner. Elliot called me and said he mistakened by car for another Malibu in the shop? Nonetheless, thank you Jose for taking care of this. I appreciate it.

well, there were two things one they don t have an Uber fleet driver discount, but I understand that but then they told me about was wearing out, but they didn t tell me which belt was wearing out. if it s about that I think it is I will be getting it to my garage

Went for an inspection and failed safety. Got all my work done and returned 3 days later for re inspection. After waiting for about 40 minutes, I was told they couldn t reinspect with the information I provided them days earlier. I was also informed about an additional repair which was not included in the original inspection. The employee was condescending as he was providing feedback. This place has poor customer service and communication and I would not rely on their expertise.

I came to this location as a new customer;� the shop I usually go to was unable to inspect my vehicle, which would be out of inspection the following day, not to mention it was time for an oil change. The staff at Jiffy Lube were very accommodating and professional. I was already aware that I needed the rear brakes and rotors replaced to pass, so I was not surprised when they informed me as such. The price was fair for the work done and they had me back on the road in less than 2 hours. My schedule at the moment is overloaded, leaving me with little to no time to get my vehicle inspected, let alone do a brake job myself.� Thanks so much guys for taking care of me,� it is very much appreciated.

Always stuck waiting for them to even. Pull my car in. I ve been here 2 hours am they ve brought in everyone else s car who came in after me. Happens every single time I come here, won t ever be coming back nothing jiffy about this place! Slowest inspection place around. The workers are just slowly walking around drinking coffee!

I was greeted and helped by William whom has, Excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable, the staff seemed very team oriented and very happy. They work hard and have to deal with a lot from negative customers. Overall their Positive attitudes are Fantastic and my family and I will continue to visit Jiffy Lube for our Car care. My normal place was closed for renovations so I stopped in here for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a great experience! Pricing was fair, employees were helpful and friendly. They didn't put a sticker on the window reminding me when to return, but my partner would never see it anyway. I feel like Jiffy Lube could replace missing valve caps as a courtesy to go the extra mile. But that's on the company, not the employees.

Two friendly gentleman came to assist me right away. One took me safely into the waiting room while the other one stayed back to drive the car in. Everything was done fast and with precision. If per.they had any questions they were kind enough to softly sweet because there was a baby sleeping in the waiting room. Everyone had a nice smile and even told me to drive safely. Arrived in the afternoon on a busy day and they were able to squeeze me in for an oil change without a problem! The man at the register had an amazing demeanor and attitude and was quick to uplift the spirits of those waiting and help wherever he could. Very impressed!

The day after having my oil changed I saw substantial white smoke coming out of my tailpipe. I took my car to the nearest service station. They notified me that my oil was 2 quarts over and that because of driving150 miles with the oil that far over that my catalytic converter is under that area and it is possible that catalytic converter issues could arise in the next couple of weeks.How is it possible to screw up a simple oil change that badly?Service: Oil change

I ve been using this location for about 4 years now and every experience has been great. I worked with Martin this last time and his professionalism was top notch. A few things needed fixed and his care for making sure that my family (I had my two youngest children with me, whom he had a fantastic interaction with) was safe in the vehicle was beyond appreciated. Went in for my inspection. No surprise I need "new" brakes but they won't show me what my old one look like. I needed a few other minor things done in order for my car to pass inspection but eh brakes were the main issue from what they said. I approved the work and they put the wrong parts on which caused more damage. What was to take an hour took over 6. Never communicated with me. I had to call each time. There was only one time and Will, very nice, did call me back within 10 minutes as he promised to give me the total cost of the repairs before starting the work! Instead of holding themselves accountable for not knowing, they blamed it on "bad parts from the manufacturer". When in actuality, it was, it was a bad lack of knowledge from putting on the wrong parts which made it worse than what it was from when I brought it in. Trying to make it right, he offered me 15% off on all future services. Very nice and appreciated, but why in the world would I ever return to a place when it took 2 mechanics to change my driver side break light? NO THANKS! Just give me my $541 back. I've always been skeptical of these pull in type service centers, but here at this particular Jiffy Lube, I received excellent up front service. I stopped in 5 minutes prior to closing time, and they still got my truck inspected!! This was a huge help as I'm leaving for Canada in 2 days... The manager Brandon was very honest, and informative. They helped me out tremendously...

Literally saw one of the mechanics relay to a customer (after already setting up and checking his vehicle) that he didn't really need an oil change despite it being 8 months since he last visited. It wasn't driven that much and everything was still in order. He gave him the option to continue but said he didn't want to waste his time or $. Also did a great and quick job w my mom's vehicle.

The store manger Javier was very helpful and went out of his way to help me when I had an issue. He resolved it quickly and was very polite and professional. I have been using this store for oil changes for years and although I never had any bad experience it was never anything great enough to leave a review.
