I was having a vibration problem with a set of tires bought from Tire Rack and installed by another shop. Henise was recommended by a mechanic friend; they graciously checked the balance on all four tires and tweaked one, at a price that was beyond fair. , 5 earned.

While on our way to pick up our new four legged friend from Longmeadow Chesapeakes my truck got a big screw stuck in a tire. Henise was the closest and boy did we get lucky. They took us right in and fixed the tire for free! Thanks Henise you guys rock! Picture of our new pup for cuteness.

Awesome staff! I m thrilled that I chose this shop to preform what I needed done. They were quick, kind, & thoughtful! They also went above & beyond by resetting my TPMS system at no charge. AMAZING. The prices are also unbeatable for the area! This place is my new go-2!! Thanks again <3

We have been buying tires here for years! Wouldn't buy from anyone else. Honest, fair & friendly. They have fixed punctured tires for me for free!!! I have recommended to friends & family. Junior & Kenny care about their customers

Good tires and great service is what you can expect from Junior and his crew. They are very knowledgeable. I rely heavily on their advice. I've been buying tires here for the last 18 years. I priced tires at a friend's store once and Henise was significantly less for the same brand, model, and size. The have my business until I'm too old to need tires.

Service wise they are not bad but they have worse customer service. They made me paid without Invoice and promised to email me the Invoice. I am still chasing them for the invoice for the job done in March. They keep on passing me with the different number to call but nobody is helping. PLEASE DO NOT PAY HENISE TIRE WITHOUT THE INVOICE.

Always get my tires here now. Good friendly service and prices are very reasonable. Got my first oil change here today but I am pretty confident there will be no problems. Highly recommend this place

Fast quick and gave me a great deal on 4 new tires but when I got home I noticed my 50 hubcap was missing and I know it was on there because the day before I did a brake job on my car and it was there. Called and they said they didn t have it and knew nothing about it so I m kinda upset about this as I spent good hard earned money with them

Honest, fair, and polite! What more could you ask for from ANY business! They genuinely care about the customer. This is where I have always gotten my tires because they make you feel welcome in their "home."

Stopped in for new shoes for my 2015 Silverado. Ended up buying 275/55R20 Michelin Defender LTX M/S. Out the door within 90 minutes. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous. Prices/rates seem extremely fair. Henise has also done my jobs fleet vehicles without any issues. Highly recommended

Watch your inspection stickers. My car was due 12/20. They put 11/21 stickers on. They knew they did it but didn t admit it until I called them out on it. Said they couldn t change it. Poor business practice. Lost my business.

Dropped in cause I had something stuck in a tire and they helped me out right away, in and out within an hour and without the screw AND nail they found. The next time I need a new set of tires they re definitely getting my business. Thanks!

You can tell these people generally care about the customer. Very fast service. Would definitely recommend going here after being screwed over numerous times by Firestone.

These guys are great, polite, get you in quick with no appointment, checked the balance on my front tires determined the problem was mechanical not a balance problem, explained problem to me ( an no charge ).
