Phenomenal people, truly. I've brought my vehicles in many times over the years for tires and each time the staff I've spoken with are great. They have always been so incredibly accommodating and quick with answering questions and finishing the service work. Even just today as I wrote this. I drop my car off for a tire replacement, and by the time I got home, 30 minutes later, the car is finished. Awesome. A+.

The customer service at this location is just off the charts for professionalism and the repairs are extremely high quality. I will go nowhere else. I have a 2009 Saturn, which I take care of. During this visit, Kenneth Shelton bent over backward to assist me update my car registration on-line and informed me, in person updates, hit you with a $30.00 charge. Who knew. PA does get you coming and going. I'm retired and $30.00 is gas for my car. High praise for Josh Heston, who is Store Mgr. and a wonderful and caring man. Thank you Firestone for peace of mind with my car.

Was here last on 1/26/24 for an alignment & replace a tire/damaged. They told me they couldn't do the alignment due to telling me the Tie Rod Ends both left & right inner needed replaced before they could do the alignment. Also overheard them discussing my shocks as an option for camber wear. Been coming here for a few years for tires & alignment, so I took it back to my mechanic (small local business) to find out that was a lie. It only needed upper control arms & bearings. I just spent $853 in Decemeber here for tires & Firestone is now telling me I have bad tie rod ends?? Get real. I won't be back. Support Small Businesses!! FYI United Tire did my alignment & for less....

I scheduled an appointment for today at 11 o'clock with customer service. And it turns out they update and send the message to freshstone. When I went there. I had no appointment. So I had to reschedule to get an oil change.

No response for the online app, called them for app by phone and told them if they can help me for app to estate Inespection it s past due in 2 days, he said Wednesday the nearest app, gone to the branch to find any help then he said no but we can schedule for Tuesday, I asked him to put me in the waiting list for any cancellation and he takes my information but he doesn t back to call me, called them today Tuesday to find any help to do the state Inespection he said Thursday, I asked him to find any walk in today he said no we can t, please do we re with you many years ago with 3 cars, how I can t find help from you, he was silent, then I told him if I couldn t find help from you when I needed why I have to keep our cars with you, he was silent then I told him thank you and we ll not be with you again as a members then he said ok , customer no matters.

York do not go there dec. 13 23 at 3oclock brake repair at 345 they tell me they can't get a lug off they may brake it for 125 dollars. They can't use a brake r bar ripoff not mechanics at all 3 stooges close Firestone down

I use to swear by firestone. Now I had tires changed and within 2 weeks have had to fill all 4 of them with air not once. Not twice. But would now be three times. None of them hold air ever since I've had that done by them. Finally taking it to tires plus later and hopefully the problem will be fixed. On todays list of things that shouldn't happen after having your truck worked on. This. Hopefully $1200 in tires don't go to waste due to whatever they messed up. I didn't have this problem before they worked on it. Absolutely frustrating.

I set up an appointment online for my car stalling when the electrical system had a large load such as turning on the AC blower, or turning the wheel hard since it has electric power steering. I received a call to inform me that their AC tech would not be in for a few days and they would not be able to start work. My issue was not AC related, but electrical. I attempted to explain this to the gentleman on the phone but he insisted that the AC tech needed to be there. I replaced the alternator myself and it fixed the issue. If these guys can t be bothered to read and understand their customer s problem descriptions, I wouldn t trust them to be able to read a service manual either. Save yourself time and headache, go somewhere that employs actual technicians.

I went to this business 3 times and very very much appreciative of their professionalism and kindness and knowledge. Plus there prices are very reasonable. I would definetely refer you to this business. The few times i went there i was pleased with their service. Heard many people in their business also say they come there all the time. Had an issue with an Avis rental car and didn't realize that the car had to be repaired while in the customer's possession. Got an appointment, brakes and two front tires, and was out within 2 hours while I waited.I really appreciate Kenny and Ryan and their team for getting this vehicle serviced so quickly Services: Tires, Brakes

Great experience start to finish. I called to move up my appointment and was able to come in an hour earlier. 4 new tires took just about an hour. Staff was very friendly and there was ZERO pressure to add additional services. I opted for an alignment after he sat down and explained (without any sales pitch) why it would be beneficial. My car drives soooo much better now. I plan to go back for oil changes and anything else I may need.

Not happy with my service. Went in to check for car A/c problems(air blowing from the right side cold and warm on the left side). Took my car at 10am and got it back around 1pm. Guy on the phone said it would be fixed with taking out the recharge a/c air thingy. Rode my car for a little bit and now it s still doing the same problem. Went in to the store the same day and the gift in the front is taking about about i THINK it might be the dash of your car. But that s not what they told me on the phone. Call cooperate at this time and file a complaint to refund my money back. Unsatisfied .. I would never go back

Have been using these guys for years now. So I brought daughters car in today for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. She also needed her front headlight bulb replaced. I bought and tried to do myself, but couldn't get the cover screw off. So I figured I'd ask them to quickly swap out bulb for while they were doing work. Something a trained guy could do in 5 mins. ( Normally, I could in 10 to 15). Guy says no problem.Get home and look at invoice. I see they charged me 58 F ing dollars to replace bulb, that I gave him. Really??I called and asked and his response was ... Labor is 80 something an hour. So it took over half hour to replace? I am not happy and seriously considering switching places now. Now I don't expect to get anything free in this world, but 58 to change a light bulb?Then they forgot to note on invoice that tires were rotated. He's swears they were, but how can I trust him? Don't want my kids tires to wear uneven.Really unhappy with today's service.Service: Oil change

Came in for a new brakes and rotors, they had a decent waiting area so I was able to get on my laptop and get some work done while I waited. When I came time to check out they gave me a coupon for brakes that I didn't even know about. Friendly staff, was in and out. I definitely recommend setting am appointment just from the wait times others that didn't have one had.

Great experience with my tire purchase and install, they price matched the tires and the install was done in an hour.They used a torque wrench on the lug nuts and my wheels were not damaged during the install.Service: TiresService: Tires

I made an appointment and my car was rolling into the shop on time. They were able to get all my maintenance done in under a hour. Staff was friendly and waiting area was fairly comfortable.

Went in for a small repair, spark plugs and coil. Was told it was $348 on the phone (which is a ripoff as it is) and then was blindsided when they said 490 when I arrived. Keith or Kenneth, lied to my face saying that he told me prior there would be an additional $100 charge. Manager removed the charge when he was called. This place is extremely expensive at borderline price gouging rates. DEFINITELY DO NOT COME HERE. If you already have, don t let them scam you if they add on an extra $100, tell them you won t pay.

Spent $600 on tires there about two months back. Tire kept going flat. I was told to bring it in anytime and they would check it. Went in, tire all but flat. Guy tells me I don't have anyone to look at it. As I watched two guys walking around plus himself. And they were still open for another hour and a half. Wouldn't even just put air in it so I could get home safely! Totally dismissed me like I was nothing!!! I will never ever go back there again! Horrible man!

The guys here have been very helpful and go above and beyond. They were able to expedite my service during a breakdown. The mechanic explained everything he did after the service. I've had very good experiences at this location.

BEWARE! I typically bought tires through a family friend, but decided to give a company a chance. Needless to say, I will not come back here and am not confident taking my car anywhere now. The job was quick, but this was the most uncomfortable service of my life. The staff was extremely inappropriate. I heard the same mocking story about a girl who didn't know which side headlight was out. As a customer who knows nothing about cars, got a similar service, and had paused to make sure I was saying the correct side, this made me extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention it's rude to talk about people like that. I've been in customer service for years and NEVER would I mock a customer in front of another. Also, I started my order online, so when I got to the facility I thought I was paying the same price quoted. I didn't. I added a headlight to the order, which they never provided a quote for. I was simply told after that that added an additional 50$ for a headlight! At this point they had finished, so I was forced to pay. That was wrong! If they had quoted me, I would've done it myself. I will never return to this facility and recommend you stay clear.

I came in to have my tire patched and was told on the phone it would take 30 minutes. So I did this on my lunch break since I had some extra time. Over an hour later and it still isn t done. Do not use this business if you have any sort of schedule. The front desk staff was like watching the sloths run the DMV in the Zootopia movie. Will not come back.Service: Tires

The definition of efficient and superior customer service. In and out under an hour, made the appointment last night was able to come in earlier then appointment
