I drive vehicles that are 30+ yrs. old, in great condition and I d like to keep them that way.As a first time customer of Fadely s, I was impressed with the professionalism they exhibit.State of the Art communication detailing everything from necessities to suggestions Without pressure to keep your vehicle operating as it should.I will be returning in the future, and I would highly suggest if you re looking for a qualified Mechanic in the area, give them a try.

Had a GREAT first experience with Fadely's. Quality work and pricing.I have social anxiety and can't tell you how much I appreciate being able to communicate via text, online, etc.The technician even left a complimentary snack, which made me smile!It was my first time bringing my car to Fadely's, but it certainly won't be the last!

Very friendly staff. They informed me of everything they did. I towed my car there and I had it back the next day. I would recommend Fadely's to anyone in need of repair. Prices were reasonable.

Fadelys auto was recommended by a coworker. It was a great experience from the time I made the appointment. Very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived the wonderful young lady was extremely nice. I was called with the pricing of my repair. I was really happy when it was affordable. Thank you!

Was referred to Fadely's by Phil Stauch. So glad because my 17 year old daughter was in town visiting her grandparents and on the drive down realized something was wrong with her car. Fadley's took her car next day and had her road safe by afternoon. She says the car is working great! Very thankful and appreciative. Highly recommend.

The staff at Fadely s Austo Masters in west York are extremely nice and they do excellent work. Prices are fair. It took 4 years after moving to PA for me to find a place I trust, and I only use them now. From the yearly state safety inspection and emissions test, to regular maintenance, diagnosing weird sounds, and making good on their word. They re fair and trustworthy. The state of the art communication they send you via text link is amazing! I love it. Cost breakdowns, even level of importance, photos, button to accept or deny, it s super easy and I don t feel pressured at all. They are also veteran owned, which being a veteran myself is one of the things that attracted me in the first place. I can t say enough about Colleen , Brett and the rest at Fadely s. They are honest and will tell you straight. I highly recommend Fadely s . If you are like me and don t trust easily, being a woman especially too, go to them I don t think you ll be disappointed. I recommend them to friends, and family.An added perk is the NO HASSLE, loaner car you can use while yours is being worked on. I had several items that were taken care of. The office lady told me it was about 5 hours of work. I was asking if it could be done by 3pm. I was happy to learn that everything was accomplished before I needed my car back.

Had an excellent experience. And this is very uncommon in the auto repair industry from my experience. I think I finally found a place to continue using for a long time. They are very friendly, communicate well and can be trusted to fix what needs fixed and not try to upsell you. Nice touch by the technician leaving a bag of cookies in the car. Our family has been bringing our vehicles to Fadley s ever since we moved to the area ten years ago. The entire team has been incredibly professional throughout the years - communicative and timely. Their owner and technicians have a thoughtful and balanced approach to vehicle maintenance and repair, never overselling service that isn t appropriate for older vehicles or for our farm trucks, and taking extra care with our newer Subarus (which can be hard to work on!). Can t say enough good things about Bret and his team.

I have been going to Fadely s for almost 10 years now. I have received nothing but the most professional service at all times. The fact they are veterans friendly and respect us for our serving was another reason to keep coming back for all my auto repair/upkeep needs. They provide excellent service at a fair price. The loaner car service is excellent, when and if you need it. All the personnel from receptionist, mechanic, manager and owner are the best. I recommend Fadely s to everyone for any and all auto needs.

I'm a newer customer, but repeat. Always have outstanding service, they quoted a fair price, and stuck to it... fit me in when very busy, and did the job, and even re-adjusted my bill--in MY favor! Now my car drives like a dream again! I'd say York's finest auto repair place hands down!

My car stopped and despite assist from staff at Jim and Nena's where it stopped wouldn't start when jumped. Fadely's were willing to look at it as soon as I could get it to their shop. They were great. Gave me a ride home. Installed a new battery and I picked my car up next day. Fast, efficient, not too expensive, no hidden costs. Pleasant staff. Always honest and thorough. I love that they send the results of what needs fixed via text, show what is urgent and what can wait, and allow you to respond to everything online. It really allows you to make your decisions pressure free, and a follow up phone call is given to keep it personal. Fadley s is the best garage I ve had the pleasure to work with! I had gotten a text near the end of June stating that they had not heard from me for awhile. That prompted me to check my car s mileage, registration & inspection. Both registration & inspection were due! I was able to get an appointment and got on their schedule right away. They text me pictures of everything and detailed estimate with the a full cost breakdown. It's a little late because it's been busy but I finally wanted to review my 2nd experience with Fadely. I will always be coming to Fadelys for whatever my car would need. They are all so friendly, courteous, professional and most importantly HONEST.
