Took my car there to have a little dent fixed through an insurance claim. First, they said it was estimated to take 19 hours just to replace a fender, well, that turned into eight days of working on it. Then they adjusted my head lights way up in the air, I can't even see the road. Now I have to take it somewhere else and have them lower my head lights cause I definitely won't go back there.

I got in an accident Monday night and my car was towed here. My insurance company was having it picked up and taken somewhere else but they were running me in circles with paying the storage fees. Verna was very helpful and even called Agero for me to try and figure out why they weren t paying the storage fees. We just moved to the area and have been looking for a mechanic, I will definitely be bringing my car here!

This is my go to place for good work and fair treatment. These aren t the guys that will try to up sell you. They tell you how it is and that s that. No nonsense. Highly recommend for all mechanical needs.

My family has been taking there cars to Den's for the last 10 years and we are very happy with the service. The staff are very nice and the service is quick and you are always called before any work is done. If i could rate the shop with more then 5 stars they would be getting 10 STARS! They also do towing and I have had my car tow by them and they are very quick at responding to your call and they also do after hours... just call the pager. I would just like to say thanks for 10 great years of service. If you want fast friendly service and a shop that will take care of you, just call Den's.

I love this service. I needed a tow for a car that had gotten stuck in my driveway after delivering a pizza during it snowing. I called, then sent the tow, he arrived within 15 minutes, hooked up, and got the poor guy out, I paid with my card and that was that. Very polite people, and fast working. Very convenient as well. Definitely amazing business. Top rate from me and I'm hard to please. Thank you dens!!

Den's is one of the best small businesses around.I had them repair the front bumper on my wife's car in 2016. They did an excellent job, in the time frame they promised. We are very picky about who works on our vehicles. Den and his team's attention to detail is great, or they would not have my review and referrals.In a separate instance, i had a problem with one of my vehicle doors not closing air-tight. I stopped by to have an estimate, and Den was so kind as to not only identify the problem but fix it while i waited.It was a pleasure to deal with Den, Dave and the others. I don't find myself at a body shop too often, but I'd refer them to anyone reading this comment. There are not many small businesses still operated by folks like these. 5 stars for Den's Service Center!

Ugh, this place is the worst if you choose them to tow your car and keep your car on their lot. I can t believe I wasted my money on paying to have my car on their lot when I got charged for three full days worth when it was only there for half of that. We were told we were getting a break. I am so lucky I found another business to tow my car from Den s and keep it on another lot for a quarter of the price Den s charged me.

These guys did an absolutely fantastic job on my aftermarket hood for my Jeep Wrangler. It s a steel hood that came with some minor, but noticeable, manufacturing defects along the seams. They took them out and perfectly matched the color. Couldn t ask for better workmanship, all at a very reasonable price. Will definitely be returning as the need arises.

During the roughest moment recently when my son had an accident in my car i had Dens tow the car for repair. Sadly it was a total loss. Dens however was amazing! They were caring and so understanding and helpful i could not have gone to a better shop. This spring i look forward to going back for other services. Thank you all for being so wonderful!!!

DensThank you for your great service and careThis auto business rocks!!!!My transmission went out in my car and they promised to have my car fixed in three days (the transmission had to come from Ohio)and they also came in under budget. Thank you again.This is where I will have all my work done now.I would recommend to everyone.

My review is a bit outdated as I had my car repaired here in 2015 for a rear driver door collision. The other drivers insurance company was covering the entire repair so maybe they felt the need to run the bill and put an entire new door in for what I felt could have been an easier fix (pop out dent and paint). The door they put on has never fit from the start. I consistently get water in between the door when it rains and it visibly doesn't line up on the outside. It's annoying to look at. They also didn't assemble my bumper correctly and it pops out every once in a while. Never had a problem with the bumper beforehand.The paint job on the door was excellent and the only reason I'm giving two stars but they didn't cover the car correctly and I had some spray on my windows which I had to scrape off with a razor blade and the rest came off over time. I even gave them one chance to remedy the whole thing and fix the door but they never could get it right.I was extremely disappointed because I like to support small business rather than a major auto repair center and Den's came highly recommended to me, but I would NOT recommend anyone I know to use their service.

It's hard to find an honest and knowledgeable mechanic who will work to keep their bill at a minimum while still doing a quality job. That's why I've been a loyal client of Den's service center for 11 years now. I highly recommend Den and his team.

Got my truck impounded, and I thought these guys were gonna screw me on price but were very lenient and professional. I was happy to see my truck was safe and protected in a secured fenced area.

They towed my mother in laws car the other day and put a new battery in it. She was able to drive it home but today it wouldn t start again. She called them and they said they knowingly put a low charge replacement battery in because it was the last battery they had and because she didn t drive much, they thought it would be fine. $280 and she can t drive her car at all.

Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Den. I locked my keys in the car with my 1 year old in the back seat and had no way to get to her. After calling the police they assured that they had someone on the way to help. He was there in no time, unlocked the door within minutes and made sure i was able to get to my daughter. I cannot thank him enough!

I got a flat tire while on a road trip and used Dens to get it towed to a near by shop, I was told by the AAA my dog would have to stay in the car while it was being towed, however the driver let my dog ride with us in the tow truck. Driver also ensured me the repair shop I was taking my car to wouldn't make me buy 4 new tires for my AWD vehicle because my tires were still new. If I would have had cash on me, the driver would have gotten tipped for sure.

Just got my Mazda 6 back from Den's after some extensive body work. They are extremely professional and courteous and do top notch work. Dwight was a pleasure to deal with over the phone and in person. I would take my vehicle back to these folks in a heartbeat!

If I could give these guys more stars I would! They have been super helpful, super amazing and professional every experience, every time!Very hard to find a shop that will work on foreign cars and is also affordable... They helped me fix a problem that the VW DEALERSHIP MESSED UP IN THE FIRST PLACE. They were able to troubleshoot and fix a small issue in my shift linkage without having me buy a new one for $700! Even everytime I get an oil change, they can go over and fix any small issues I have going on (fuses, wind shield wiper not squirting etc) and I'll repeat- they bill you FAIRLY, ESPECIALLY for foreign cars!Thank you thank you thankyou! I'll never have anyone touch the insides of my vdub baby ever again! Only these guys!

So my husband loves this place. He says ots the only place he wants to go to. And they are very flexible with holding your car while you try and pay ur bill. I feel like they only do that because i think they are overpriced in labor.

WORST experience. Four times the finished date was pushed back extending my stay by over a week. I had to call to learn the status of my vehicle because they were always behind and did not keep me informed. Customer service was horrific at best. I will walk before I take a vehicle to den's "service" center.

I've been coming here for over 20 years for repairs, inspections etc. They always make you feel welcome and go out of their way to fit you in it take a quick look at what's going on with your vehicle.

We have been using Den's since we moved into the area five years ago. Their work is always good, done in a timely fashion and fairly priced. I can recommend them highly.

Highway robbery on impound fees. Vehicle was impounded through no fault of mine, but till it was released, the fees were more than the vehicle was worth.
