This place was very professional, clean, all the employees are nice especially the front desk lady. They fixed my car in a short time and also worked directly with the insurance for payment. It was easy and they give you text updates if you'd like which was really nice. Would reccomend!

They did an excellent job my car looks like she did when I got her off the showroom floor. Their customer service was excellent, they kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them

I have used their services twice. The first time, they did a great job. The second, the bumper they replaced started falling apart within weeks. They refused to replace it. If they ever stood by their work, they don't any longer. When I brought an allingment issue up, their technician drove my family at 70mph in a 35mph to "test" the allingment.

Please contact me because I m trying to reach corporation and I m pretty upset with the work you did on my Mazdaspeed 3. I want my dashboard replaced because it was never like this before. You charged $4,897.20 and did a very bad job and want the headquarters to know. Please email me at [email protected]. I have a lot of photos as well. So enjoy them and you can tell as well you need to know who your hiring as well to get body work done and cleaning vehicles! I m also going to be contacting State Farm about this because I m not satisfied with this until everything is resolved and looks how I left it. I was also waiting for a response and no one even decided to pick up and waited 30 minutes.

Absolute nightmare. They've had my car for over a week and haven't even begun to repair it. They apparently were just sitting around waiting for the insurance company. They never even tried to contact them. i have no idea when I'll get my car back. When I said it'll just take it back without the repair, they said that the did disassemble things and that I'd have to pay their extortion if I wanted my car back. I suppose this proves that they can do things before hearing from the insurance. Just not the actual repair. I'll never deal with any of the Big Apple companies again.

They did an incredible job with repairing my car after a very bad accident with a ton of damage. They communicated every step and set the expectations for me. They even got the work done well before the original proposed estimate. I was very worried about the car being back to its original condition and driving but all is well and it s like nothing ever happened :)Services: Transmission, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

the repair was great...but when they scanned my car they did not print a report of the transmission codes that came up, they did not but air in the tires that had codes, instead they deleted them all and told me that was a requirement from the insurance company. I now have a check engine light and they won't do anything about it. In addition to all that major stuff, the minor was, who ever drove my car for the 5-6 mile for testing deleted my radio stations, reset my odometer reading A & B, reset my clock back to military time, removed my "miles to empty" off the screen, ac was at full blast along with the radio at a bad station for me, there was no paper floor mats, and I had a large disagreement about all this with the manager. nothing was done.

I hit a deer Easter morning, 4/9, they got the car 4/10, and a few days until my insurance company assigned it to them. My whole right front end was damaged grill, radiator, condenser, right front quarter panel, right light assembly, etc. They told me 3-4 weeks I got the car back 4/26. I was impressed with the quick turn around on my car.Okay round 2. Hit another deer less than 2 months after first one. Damage was worse than first one, twice as much. Got car a week later than originally promised. Looks great!Service: Body & Trim

Recently had my subaru fixed here and the whole thing was easy and smooth. They even cleaned inside and outside of my car before I got it back which was really nice. Jessie was really helpful and made the whole experience painless.

I was side swiped and my whole driver side was messed up had to have both doors on that side replaced and some body work on the back and front fenders. Once I dropped the car off to them the parts were order and car fixed in a very timely manner. It looks as though its never been hit. The staff were very friendly and informative. I'd very pleased with the entire experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

Happy with the job they did on my car. They were quick and professional. Done when they said it would be done no games no guess or fuss. Even renewed my free month of car washes because if the time I missed on the month due to this repair. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They know you don't need more headache than your already dealing with. They have a partnership with Enterprise down the street to get you into a rental if needed. All in all very satisfied with them and everyone in the Apple family of dealerships.

Everything went like clock work. I was updated on the progress of my repair. The people were extremely friendly and professional. The repairs were done and the vehicle returned to me two days earlier than estimated. Good quality, professional work. I couldn't be happier with the service I was given.
