Ross Myers did a great job helping me find a new vehicle! He was very patient and accommodating with a customer who didn t have a definite idea of what they wanted.He helped me choose the perfect size, color, mileage and price.He even explained how to use the back-up camera which I was having a little trouble with!Great service, thanks Ross!

Problem was not resolved, despite the vehicle being brought back a second time in 8 months for the same issue (oil consumption). The vehicle, along with an extended warranty, was purchased from Apple/Ciocca in 2022. The vehicle burns oil at a rate of 1 quart every 1,000 miles. Our word isn't good enough for Ciocca or the warranty company, according to our service advisor. So now we must return to Ciocca every 1,000 miles to have the oil checked like children that can't be trusted and the return trips seem to be necessary indefinitely!! We live 30 minutes from the dealership and the vehicle is used by our kids when they go to school (college). No time constraint was cited by the service advisor for return trips which means the warranty company was never contacted to establish a paper trail (record) or obtain guidance on a procedure. This means that we could follow the Ciocca plan for whatever period of time they deem appropriate, but that might not meet the warranty company's criteria, or it might possibly exceed it, which would mean we lost/wasted valuable time. Disappointing!! I suppose it's important to point out that the work Ciocca did complete (oil change and state inspection and light bulb replacement) was completed satisfactorily. I plan to contact the warranty company to establish a record of the problem and ask for guidance. Isn't this something that the dealership that sold us the car and warranty should do?

I had a light bulb go out on the passenger's side and they fit me in to get it placed. They also were able to do the oil change, and recommend my inspection which I really appreciated due to my busy schedule. They apologize for the wait which I had no issues with because they fit me in and then went above to make my appointment save me time in the weeks to come.

I bought a used Nissan Sentra on 12/18/23. I did not have it one day and it had a brake issue. The very next day I took it back for service and the Apple team not only fixed the issue they even hooked me up with a loaner car while the repairs were being done! They did not hesitate to fix my cars issue! Great group of people here!!!! Thanks again!

Dominic went above and beyond to get my truck through the shop! He was very attentive to my needs, kept me informed at every step, and was able to get everything covered under my extended warranty! I will drive the extra 45 minutes just to see Dominic for all my servicing on my Silverado!

Worst experience - I have taken my Sonic 2016 to them twice with a Service Engine light - First time I paid almost 2,000 dollars to have the issue fixed but then when I got home the light came back on. I went back to them as I was getting the same error code again and then paid almost another 1,000 to get home to have the light come back on once again. I am now taken my car to another shop to get the issue fixed properly which is sad since this is the dealership and you would think it would be fixed properly the first time.

Tyler was very helpful and informed throughout the entire process. I came in from Pittsburgh to make the purchase in York. A lot of the deal was completed over the phone prior to arrival. Tyler was very communicative throughout the process. He returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner.

Scheduled my appointment at 8am on my day off. At 9:15am I m told they don t have any of my parts and I have to come back at 12:30. Then I pay 150$ for a fuel filter I could have ordered from Chevy for 55$. Then 40$ more for the oil change. Kind of glad they didn t have my parts in the morning or I would have got more services done when they called to suggest more filters to be replaced. I would have been broke. Have always gone there but never going back.

Horrible! Deceiving! Dishonest! Will never take my vehicle here ever again!Took it in for 1 issue and they quoted me on the repair then told me something else was wrong a day later and raised the cost on me $200 dollars! Then I get my car back and it is making a noise from the same wheel they stated they repaired and test drove it. I was also charged for tire rotation and my time are as clean as when I dropped it off .no dirt or break dust so tells me that was never done! Pretty sad when I can t even trust a certified Chevy dealer with my vehicle and they do nothing, but lie and rip people off!!!

Great first visit. I have been using Renn Kirby because they are closest to me. Their customer service is terrible so I was hoping Apple would be better. Definitely worth the extra drive time and I will be back for sure!

Google really needs a way to do negative stars. The service center here is definitely a NEGATIVE 10. They see a teenager and instantly think "easy money". After they "fixed" the sensor, they magically when $350 over the quote. The car had an alignment 2 weeks ago. When it came out of their shop, the steering wheel was over 70 degrees off center. He took it back and they tried claiming at 1st "There isn't anything wrong" then it went to "We did everything right, it's your fault and finally "It just needs and alignment." I would trust Helen Keller to be my chauffeur before I trust these "mechanics"

The service was great, but ordering the service online is a bit confusing. The total that was shown for my 10k mile maintenance package was around $80~ (it was around $104~ before, but I had a 15% off coupon). When I was at the dealership, they also only brought up an oil change and tire rotation when the package had multiple things listed. They also said that they could not honor a price below $100 because it didn't make sense why it would be so low. I really wish I took a screenshot of the original cost I was shown, but I had assumed they would have that information already. It does bother me a decent bit since I am a college student, so those $20 could have gone to other expenses.

Dan in service was amazingly helpful and communicated in a respectful, clear manner. I understood what service I needed and Dan prepared me well for what to expect. The service was preformed quickly and has worked very well in driving my truck. Quality work, done in a timely fashion and delivered by very helpful staff!!

I paid $160 to be told that I need a new radiator and you don t even have one to put in it, I have it documented the two other times that I brought it in for the same problem and was told both times that there was no leak when I ve been adding fluid from day one to this truck. I bought it new at your dealership now I m expected to pay $1800 for a radiator that I can t even get because there s none in the country I guess I m not supposed to work. I depend on this truck every day and I ve had it for 2 1/2 years. The engine can t run without a cooling system. It has 100,000 mile powertrain warranty which means nothing. I can t imagine I ll buy another Chevrolet , if this is the kind of support that I m gonna get from the dealer where I bought the truck

I needed a torque converter. It took longer than what I expected to get the part but they did provide a rental car for me so that eased the pain a bit. The Service Manager Stephanie Rodriguez kept me up to speed with everything as my patients was tested. Overall experience was good.

When I brought it in the first time you fixed the infotainment Center then the infotainment Center broke again didn't apparently you had to send out for some parts but for 4 days I didn't hear anything the first day I got the email but that was it and then I called everyday for 4 days never got a call back and then when I went to pick up my car the original young lady wasn't there but I had some prick of her other dude who put in my insurance claim to get it fixed but yet on the computer it said that I didn't owe anything so I guess he just had to make sure and just some that experience along I will not be coming back to your establishment for any insurance or any other thing

Called 2hrs before coming to look at a vehicle they say they have on the lot. Then call as I'm leaving the house to double check they still have it. Then get there and they say nope we don't have it. Now mind you I had to take my 3 kids the oldest being 7 with me.

Daniel and everyone at the Apple Chevy Service Center were amazing to work with. My Suburban needed a new transmission, and thankfully I had a Service Contract through Apple Automotive. A $7,000 job only cost me $250. From the day that my Suburban got to their shop, to the day I picked it up, and every step along the way Daniel set the bar as far as customer service and good communication should be considered. These experts will be the only people to work on my vehicle from today moving forward. Thank you all!

I spoke to Dan he was very kind and had great customer service. The issue is I m a clean freak and care deeply about my car. When I got it back after only a days service my car smelled disgusting of old grease and to put it bluntly butt, and after a week and cleaning the inside it still stinks. There was also black oil and dirt marks all over my white leather interior. I m very disappointed that this is the standard and acceptable to return someone s vehicle.Edit to this review: Scott was quick to respond to my poor review, and provided me with a complimentary full detail to make up for it. After picking up my car I will say the team did a great job cleaning my vehicle, and more than made up for the condition that it was previously returned in. Everyone I ve worked with from buying the car to service has been extremely courteous and helpful. As stated I just had an issue with how they returned my vehicle, but after this I will say my trust has been restored. Thank you Scott and Team!
