Chuck was such a huge help to us. He listened to all the noises I was hearing, and gave feedback without making me feel foolish. He replaced a headlight that was blown on our other vehicle, that wasn't in the shop at the time! He was ready with a price for the part I would likely need down the road, so that I could plan for it. I am very happy with my overall experience with them, and kudos to Chuck for going above and beyond! This is the repair shop I bring ALL my business to. I trust them completely.

C.R. Smith was so helpful to me today! I am local, but it was my first time coming to them. I had a tire that kept going flat, and a burned out daytime running light. They fixed both very quickly, and for a very reasonable price. I will be bringing both of my vehicles here from here on out!Thank you C.R. Smith

Great company and an honest one at that. Only suggest the necessary repairs. They are not like others who state you need to do unnecessary extras. I wanted to add a review instead of just stars. Since I moved out here I was leary about taking my car somewhere other than my old mechanic where I use to live. I did my homework online and came across these guys and I am glad I did. The guys here are great! They worked on my car a few times and when they did they explained everything to me and answered all my questions so I could understand. For the women, if you want a trusted mechanic for your car that won't take advantage of you because you are a woman and you don't know much about cars, go see these guys! I never felt that way with them and they are reasonably priced. I always dealt with a gentleman named Chuck. He was great! Very personable and he knows his stuff. Everytime I need a mechanic I go see him.

I went here to get van Air Conditioning leak fixed but $500 later they can not find leak and my AC now doesn't work at all. Won't even take more freon, its like they filled it up with air. How hard could it be to flush a system out, change acumulator and recharge?� I'd say about $500 but $500 for them was to pretend to look for a leak and fill up with air or some gas.� I will open up system and flush it out and replace acumulator and recharge just to prove that will fix it and I will be done in 3 hrs not 4 days.� You actually need to want to help people and actually want to help fix their problem. I paid $500 and now I have no AC.

Friendly, helpful and understanding!!It was my day off how nice! Until smoke started coming out Apparently it was also the last day for state inspections but these guys said come on over we ll see what s happening. Chuck was patient in explaining to me what happened and what needed to happen. Alan was helpful and happy to review things with me. The pics online are the real guys how refreshing. I had brought my 2011 Kia Optima in for a repair on my air conditioning unit. They were honest, quick, and affordable. Their quality of care was excellent. They sent me pictures of some of their findings and communicated above and beyond.In addition to quality of care, they were quick. I was expected to get my car back on Friday at the end of the day and got a call on Thursday afternoon that they were able to get it up on the lift and serviced sooner than expected. The mechanics work extremely hard and late hours. When I drove by at 10pm that evening, there were still mechanics working long past hours to make sure that they didn t fall behind schedule and have people waiting forever on their cars. I highly recommend this place for any auto repair or service. They truly do care about their customers.Service: A/C installation & repair

Wayne and Chuck worked on my vehicle and made sure it was safe for my trip with brake work.The inspection was brought up to date and my sun roof issue was completed with blocked drainage .My adult son and I have been bringing our vehicles to C & R Smith for 20 years. Highly recommend this wonderful auto repair shop. Alan and his team always take care of my auto repair needs. I was with a particular mechanic for 3 years, which is the longevity of my vehicle ownership since I m 20 and had my vehicle from 16-19. I became unhappy with THAT mechanic and searched for another online. After reading many positive reviews I decided to try CR Smith. I am VERY particular about my vehicles and their maintenance, and I can assure anyone who is looking for a QUALITY, GREAT MECHANIC shop that THIS is the place to go and trust. I have been very blessed with their help. I believe their prices are reasonable, I did have a big bill BUT I had a LOT done on my vehicle. I will continue to bring my 2001 Toyota Sequoia here because I know it s always in good hands. You should bring your vehicle(s) too. We have used the same mechanic and garage for more than 40 years. Unfortunately the owner retired and we went looking for a new mechanic and garage to service our cars. We tried Alan and his gang for both of our cars and were not disappointed with their friendliness, honesty, efficiency of service, and their prices. They are now our new "go to" garage for all of our cars and mechanical needs. I hope to be able to count on them for many years to come. I was pulled over and recieved a ticket for my inspection being out. (Completely forgot the month passed). I called this shop (right before they closed), had an appointment the very next day! The mechanic even stayed a little late just to make sure my car was done in time so I could pick up my kids!It's very refreshing to actually find a business that cares about their customers.

Great place to take your car. They do everything from oil changes, state inspections, electrical issues to engine replacement and tires. Friendly and family owned.

I had my power steering go out under way. I was able to get my car towed to this shop and I had my car back the next day. I thought I was in for a huge bill because electrical things can get complex.
