The staff in general we're very welcoming and knowledgeable but I mostly dealt with Bill. He was very helpful with the process of me buying new tires. I told him what I needed and he quickly drew up 3 quotes from low to high and told me what he thought about each tire. I didn't feel pressured at all to get anything more than I wanted and I was very happy with the price. They were very quick as well, I walked in Thursday afternoon, dropped my car off a couple hours later, and I got a call before lunch on Friday that it was ready for pickup. I would recommend this shop to anyone else who wants honest work done at a reasonable price.

Every time I have my car serviced here, I feel confident that the job will be done correctly. The reps and mechanics are friendly and competent. I would recommend Brooks-Huff.

I have been to another shop who lied and stole my money; so choosing another place to do business was a challenge.. However this has been the most respectful and the most professional place I have ever visted which is why I came back anytime I needed sevice and have been doing so for a little over a year. I WOULD HIGHLY recommend it especially if you have had bad experiences with other companies; make this the last place you EVER do business with your car. TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Was a previous customer and glad I came back! Noticed this was an AAA approved center, so I had my car towed there and they were able to look at it and have it fixed by the end of the day! I was thinking repairs would ve been in the hundreds, but luckily my issue was minor and easily fixed plus it cost under $70.00 (thanks AAA discount). I m so thankful that they were able to fix my car today, they are now the place I will go for my auto repairs and maintenance!!

I have been going here for years! And every vehicle I have had they have taken care of expertly. I love the team at the location on queen street because they are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable and I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me.I highly recommend!

When I first moved to York seven years ago I was in need of a auto service center with hopes of choosing the right place. As luck has it, I chose Brooks-Huff in York. Not only can you trust them with your car but they also do excellent work. The manager Bill, Zacaria, and the rest of the crew are more than pleasant to deal with and the prices have always been reasonable. Highly recommended.

Be careful with these people they will steal from your car. I even spoke to the manager who was very rude and hung up the phone saying his workers don t steal.. I would never bring my car there again

Thank you for adhering to a strict mask policy for my safety and your great employees!I felt safe and respected that my best interest was your concern. My new tires are great and recommend Brooks Huff And this team to all. Also price was over $140 less for same set of tires installed.

Always a good experience. Very friendly and professional staff. I never feel pressured to buy unnecessary products. They do a great job each time explaining my issues and how to fix them. This is the only place I go, from living in Stewartstown, to Mount Wolf to West York. Have always gone to one of their locations and always have a great experience. That says a lot about this company. Highly recommend.

These guys are great! They are always kind and honest, and I always leave knowing I've left my car in good hands. I've been bringing my car here for a few years and I can always count on them fixing my problems for an honest and reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this mechanic.

I have been having my vehicles serviced for 20+ years between the two locations in York PA. I love the staff that always takes care of me. They treat me well and always ask what the problem is and give me suggestions on the maintenance on my vehicles. Kim and Bill are experts at what they do and the guys in the garage doing the work are meticulous specialists with the technical work. Thank you so much for keeping us safe on the road!

I have been taking my vehicles for service to Goodyear (Brooks Huff) for 15 years. They used to have a location near my home, when they moved I drove the extra distance to stay with my head mechanic. I have also taken other family vehicles to them. In fact, my son in law uses them exclusively now, that is saying something, when you recommend an establishment to friends and family. Kim (the head mechanic) always makes sure that my vehicle is repaired correctly and safely. This is important to me as I am a "Road Warrior".Garrett and Bill always have kind words and smiles on their faces. Laughing and joking with me whenever I call or take my vehicle in for service. The techs (sorry I don't know your names) look very professional and keep a very clean work area. You never hear any grumbling like other garages. I would highly recommend them to service your vehicle, it is worth the little extra you might pay.Another thing, Kim, has gotten shoes for his entire family and is working on neighbors and friends now! Little inside joke, couldn't resist:) Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

Great customer service! They are kind of in-between your hometown shop and the big chains/ dealerships. Their prices are slightly lower than than national chains and dealerships but they are higher than your hometown mechanic. Still, a pretty good experience with a nicer waiting room than your hometown garage!

My car wouldn't start, they suggested I check my warranty before just taking my money, because of them I saved a bunch of money from their honest and helpful advice. 10 out of 10 service

Had an appointment showed the manager said I wasn't in the books I had to reschedule had a Groupon for a synthetic blend oil change when I arrived they said they didn't have my oil and I had to upgrade another $40 to a full synthetic to get oil change. What a way to up sell.. a bunch of BS probably won't go back there again. After speaking with the manager Doug did say to me that I wasn't treated fairly far as customer service and agreed to refund me my $40 back.I appreciate the reply back from Doug from my complaint and by no means was i looking anything back from the company. Thank you Doug for hearing my side .

Employees give contradicting info on emission/inspection laws...Called four different Brooks Huff locations in PA. All gave a different answer to the same question. Have taken my four vehicles here for almost 10 years. Could have cared less that they lost my buisness. Very easy for them to take advantage of people and seems like they don't mind the potential negative impact for their customers (1000 dollars for me in this case).

Came in to fix a flat tire. Was treated very kindly and the service was fast indeed. I got the sad news that my tire was unusable however they ordered a new one and had it ready for me to pick up the same day. By the was I had done some research and their flat tire repair price was the best in my area.

Made an appt for an inspection. Was told to drop the car off and we would get a call before they closed at 2 to pick it up. NO CALL. Called a few minutes after 2 and no answer. Went to the store and it was closed. Car parked outside. No one there. ZERO COMMUNICATION ON EASTER WEEKEND. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN HISTORY. NEVER COMING BACK.

On my way to Harrisburg for a job interview from the D.C. area, I was passing through York when my car suddenly began having transmission issues. I pulled into Brooks-Huff Tire and Auto and they quickly identified the issue and got my car all fixed up. Though I had to reschedule my interview, I enjoyed all the service I got today and am glad I made it back home safe!

Had a screw in my tire on a Saturday. Everyone nearby was too busy to get me in. It was 2:15 and they close at 3:00, told me to come in. Store and District managers were polite. Will definitely consider them next time I need some work done on the car.

Husband got my tires changed here. Found 2 cigarette butts in my car on the driver s side floor mat after I got it back. At least have the decency to dispose of trash instead of leaving it in the customer s car or smoking in it if that s the case.

A few weeks ago, I made an appointment with Brooks-Huff to have a complete set of new tires put on my car. The car was barely up on the rack, when the mechanic came into the waiting room and asked me to follow him into the garage. We stepped under the car. The subframe was completely rusted and rotting. They didn't want to put the tires on because the car was unsafe. I was in shock. Before I left, the manager suggested I call the local Kia dealer as they might replace the frame. He said that it doesn't matter how old the car is, or how many owners it's had, call them before you junk it. I called and Kia DID replace the subframe along with three other components that were under recall. Yesterday, I went back to Brooks Huff and had the tires put on. They told me that they wouldn't align the car because two front ball joints and the tie rod were bad. I went to my garage and they ordered the parts. Brooks-Huff could have easily put those tires on the car my first visit, and never told me about the condition of my car. Instead they went above and beyond to help me (twice)! This kind of integrity and honesty have all but vanished in this day and age. If I could give them a ten star rating I would. They are friendly, kind, and most of all they care about their customers and their safety. I'll return for the alignment, knowing that I'm in good hands.

I had an issue with the bill I received and spoke with the GM with what happened with the extra charges. Doug took great care of me and brooks and huff lives up to there expectations of great customer service. Thank you Doug and brooks and huff on Queen st.
