One of the best garage's ive been to. They were very communicative in letting me know what absolutely needed done to my car & what they recommended. They called with a price & had me confirm before they did anything! My first time & you truly get treated like family from the start. Will 100% be back!

My family and I have been using Bradford Automotive services for over 20 years. They have been reliable and professional and easy to work with at all times. Appointments are easy to make and if any of our vehicles require additional time in the shop they will make additional appointment time to get us back in to complete any further work.They have always done quality work and stand by the work they do. They are friendly and take the time to know their customers. If I have a question regarding my repairs they don t hesitate to explain until I understand everything. They make sure our vehicles are safe and make recommendations if something is not safe. They never do repairs without first getting my approval to do anything beyond what I have requested. I have been taking my vehicles to Bradford's for over 10 years now.I moved and now live over an an hour away and I still take my car to them. Why, because they do good work, they are trustworthy and the pricing is far. The customer service is top notch. I have been a customer here since 2016 and use them for all of my car issues from oil changes to inspection and tires and repairs. They are always honest with quotes before doing work and do fantastic quality work. Great service, always honest. Gave me peace of mind when big corporations were trying to sell me a different story with my current vehicle. Helped my daughter get into a vehicle after her car accident. It's nice to have a good garage that doesn't sell you a lie! They truly go above for you finding better prices or backing their work try to solve the problems the best efficient way. My vehicles only go there now. My family has been using Brad Automotive since moving up to Pa over 24 years ago. This small family garage does A+++ work. They are honest and extremely trustworthy. Our family has taken our cars here for 12 years. Tod, his assisting mechanics, and their administrator, Cecily, are THE BEST. They are totally reliable, extremely friendly, and economical. They very often go up and beyond what is asked, finding a potential future problem, and advising the best course of action. My husband and I have been taking our vehicles to Bradford's for at least 5 years . Communication is a big part of their success. From getting back in touch with you before you bring your car in , to letting you know the problem , solution, the time it would take as well as cost. Having something go wrong with one of our vehicles has always been a downer. But having someone who's prices are very reasonable , whos honest ,trustworthy and very dependable work on car is not just your mechanic . This is a great auto shop. It took me a very long time to find a great mechanic who was trustworthy, but I found it at Bradfort. This family works together to ensure well quality service and I have been going there for eight years. Everytime I've ever gone here they have always tried their best to accommodate! prices are reasonable, communication is amazing, and they even go out of their way to do the calling around for you for parts, pricing while also giving you options. Came here multiple times and always leave with a fixed car and a smile! Can't get much better than a garage that cares about their customers!

I'm not sure why all the reviews (all 5 star) have disappeared from this listing. I have been a customer for at least 20 years. Todd has always done great work at a very fair price. He has bailed me out of numerous car crises over the years. If I could give a higher star rating I would. Ruined my trucks lights, when i called in to complain about it..told me to wait a month they're busy... and then lied about it when I opened a credit card dispute. This hole in the wall garage (doesn't even have a lift). The receptionist speaks broken english and is hard to communicate with. Be careful with these guys, two days worth of labor to swap out tag lights and ruin my tail lights. Shouldn't even be allowed to work on a bicycles. NEVER AGAIN!

MY WIFE'S ENTIRE FAMILY GOES THERE. NOW I GO THERE ALSO. REMINDS ME OF A SMALL TOWN GARAGE. DOWN HOME FOLKS. TADD AND HIS WIFE ARE FRIENDLY, AND AWESOME TO WORK WITH.
