An amazing, kind, talented professional shop. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed up right. The attention to detail, paint work, glass install, body work was top notch and more then reasonable in the time frame discussed. This old School service can't be found! Keep this Gem mind when you need body work- they are the best in the business.

I took my car to Bob Soough's for body work. They did fantastic work in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. They communicated with me well throughout the process, so I was aware of how long my car would be out of commission and the estimate was on target. Not only were they always available to answer my questions professionally, they were friendly as well. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again without hesitation.

I had my (Dan) 2006 Honda Pilot in to the shop for water leaking into the driver and passenger footwells. This is a persistent problem with Pilots. Mark and the guys went above and beyond to determine the source of the problem. They communicated each step of the way. I cannot recommend them enough. Fair prices and excellent work! Their rating speaks for itself.

I took my 2023 Jaguar I Pace into Bob's for a huge scratch on the passenger side door. Not only did Bob's do an amazing job, they were extremely professional, did the work quickly and did it for an amazing price. I highly recommend Bob's and won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Took my car in for a rust repair job that they said would be no problem. Well 2 months later and. Nothing touched and endless promises every week o and don t even try to call in. Or leave them your number. They won t return your call anyways..worst business ethics I ve ever seen. No one is prepared. They all are a cluster phuck!

I brought my car to Bob to get a quote. It was the two doors on the passenger side that was hit in our accident. I told him i have a budget. He is so nice that he worked with me to give me a very reasonable price. I dropped my car. They update me often the status of my car. And when my husband and I picked it up, it looks beautiful. It looks like its the original door. The paint matches the color which is amazing. They are very professional, efficient and knows what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! They did excellent work and cut me deal after deal doing all my body work for so cheap but never cut the quality of their work. They went the extra mile even washing the car off. Completed the work earlier than I expected. Very personable and kind they truly car about their customers and aren't just trying to make money.

I've been going to Bob Stough Body Shop off and on for the past 14 years. Bob and Mark are men of their word. What you'll get is rock solid customer service, professionalism, fair prices, accurate diagnosis, and above all excellent and detailed work. There is no other shop in town that I would take my car to have it diagnosed, mechanically, for auto repairs, or for auto body work.They will take care of you no matter what, unlike some of the other mechanics and auto body shops in town, who will make promises that they cannot deliver on, and charge exorbitant prices for work and services. Bob Stough and Mark run a very tight ship - and they offer a 15% discount on the labor portion of work on the invoice for those who can provide paperwork/proof of military service. That is generous and amazingly selfless for them to do that!They'll also fix and repair your car in a timely manner, their prices are very fair, and they won't hold your car hostage or make excuses, unlike other shops in the York, PA area. You can trust them to keep their word, and do their work to your satisfaction and total completion. This is a top-notch shop, run by a rock solid local owner, who has most definitely earned every one of his five-star reviews. The owner, manager and auto and body techs, and auto mechanics, simply are experts and the best in town at their highly-skilled trades.

Recently had bumper cover replaced & paint work. Excellent fit. Paint & finish is flawless. It s shocking that these guys are this good. We took my wife s Jeep Wrangler in with some frame issues. The staff was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable with the issues and have been highly communicative throughout the process of repair! I HIGHLY recommend that if you need bodywork on your vehicle give them a call.

Bob Stough Body Shop did an outstanding job repairing my car after I hit a large rock on the passenger side. They repaired all the damage, matched the pearl paint perfectly, and fixed the body lines. You definitely cannot tell that anything ever happened. Great customer service and they handled everything with the insurance company start to finish. I needed my car fixed and needed it done within a certain time frame and they did a great job! They were also able to have it back to me in the time I needed. Definitely recommend coming in to them!

These guys are some real ones. Needed my radiator replaced after mine was cracked, and they made sure I got a brand new one when the insurance company was recommending used. Needed some other work done too and got the car back like they day I bought, even better honestly. I don t know a whole lot about cars but these guys are definitely about their craft. Would recommend anyone, experienced or not, to come here. Definitely coming back in the future.Service: Air conditioning

Really impressed with these guys. Bob gave me a very fair price. Although my issue was minor, I was a walk-in, and Bob still got one of his employees to help me immediately. I was in and out of there in just under an hour. Everyone was super friendly, and I was blown away by the result.I had another issue with my car sensors, and Bob recommended since my car is still under warranty, to check with my car dealership to see if I can get that covered. He also said I could check back with him to see if he can help me out with the price if I have to get any parts ordered. This type of service is so hard to find nowadays.They're located on a busy one-way street and their lot is packed with cars, so one of the employees offered to help me back my car onto the road. If I ever need their services again or if any one of my friends/co-workers ever need work on their car, I will absolutely refer them to Bob and his team. These guys are the real deal!

Bob Stough and his team did a restoration on my 1973 Caprice convertible. Superior body work by Eric and Pappy combined with a great paint job and clear coat by Mike, resulted in a prize - winning job. From a distance it shines like glass, up close it reflects like a mirror. If you want a quality job, this is your shop, and they deserve more than 5 stars. We had some body work that needed to be done on a rear door. So I went on line to do my homework figuring that I would end up at one of the two high-end York body shops, but I found Bob's which was rated at 4.8 Stars on 38 Reviews with obviously a large number of many favorable comments and I always read every review. We received the high quality of work we anticipated in line with the schedule we originally discussed. His quote was very competitive so it covered my Insurance Deductible & I had ZERO out of pocket expense because my insurance company's adjuster's estimate was almost $500 higher than Bob's, who is down to earth and a straight shooter. My kind of guy and he has no bad reviews that I could find. Go here, give them a shot at your business and I believe that you will be happy you did!!

Got repair work done after a minor accident. Bob gave me a very competitive quote for the service, and the work was first rate. Car looks as good as new. Highly recommend!My wife keeps running into things, and Bob keeps fixing them. He does a great job at a great price and is completely honest.

The gentlemen at this shop are fantastic and they do even better work! Had 3 vehicles worked on here, including collision work, and everything looks like new. They are also willing and able to work on rust, which was not easy to find. I was kept informed through all work that was done, and things were explained to me when I had questions. I am confident in going to them for all future work that I need. Overall, fantastic work for the right price with great attention to the customer!

These guys are pretty cool! I was directed by Google maps to the back of the business... (note to anyone that used Google maps... drive around the block ...) They were not too alarmed when some stranger came through the back door.... anyways. They seem pretty knowledgeable about most things car related.. I also read their reviews before stopping by. Well worth the time stopping by. Note...if you have a low car...the parking lot entry from the street does have a bit of an abrupt incline... should be okay with a slight angle... but if you have a low car...this will be natural for you to be aware of.

I ve taken my car to Bob Stough s Body shop several times for different reasons inspection, new tires, a tune up, and other work! I like taking my car there because I know I am getting value- prices are very reasonable, I feel comfortable leaving my car there as I can go about my day and pick up my car at the time they said it would be ready. I don t get pressured to buy additional parts/services which is something that happens frequently as a woman when I walk into other auto shops. I recommend taking your car here!Services: Tires, Electrical, Brakes, Oil change

My experience did not line up with the other reviews. I was quoted one price over the phone but charged another price after the work had been completed. During my initial phone call, we discussed my issue, confirmed the scope of work that was to be included in the quote, and the time it would take to complete the job. The person I spoke with even repeated back to me what he would be doing for the price and I agreed for him to proceed with the work. After he performed the service, he asked me what price he quoted me over the phone. I told him and he said he could not do it for that price and instead wanted $40 more than what we agreed upon. I did not appreciate the bait and switch, and it wasn't worth an argument over $40. Either Mark just did not write up the price/work when I called (which may be the case since he asked me how much he quoted me) or worse just pulled a bait and switch. Either way, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Some of the bigger name shops may be more expensive but at least you get a firm quote/don't walk up to the cash register and someone ask what they quoted you.
