Came in today to get a replacement tire and the customer service was wonderful. Curtis and Devin were so helpful, patient and pleasant! Curtis took the time to look up all the information I was missing from my previous transaction and had everything ready to go for me to complete my purchase when he returned. When Devin grabbed the tire out of my trunk, he went the extra mile and checked the pressure in my spare and filled it up for me. Thank you for all your help today gentlemen!

Had the worst experience with tires here EVER!! Tire supervisor should be fired for poor work ethic and lying to my face and to the store manager about returning calls. Unacceptable!! Looking at the reviews, more 1 star than anything else should tell you something!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Have always had a good experience in the past. However, today was a very different experience. There WERE only two employees here. I had an appointment for a simple tire rotation and balance at 4pm. I am sitting here typing this at 4:58pm and my car has not even been brought into a bay. The one employee was cussing up a storm and rushing his work. He then stormed out of here at 4:20 because he had to get home for his taco dinner. The other employee is sitting here doing paperwork as I sit here way past my appointment time. I have been given zero acknowledgment that I am waiting. Some people may have the ability or want to sit here for hours on end for a 15-20 minute service, but then there are those of us that have lives. This is unacceptable service. Don t schedule things you can t handle. I probably won t be back because it s not worth the headache.

Do not recommend this tire shop. I purchased tires and had them installed. They ended up being defective. My truck would shake at highway speeds. They tried balancing them twice. The shop supervisor was very incompetent. He never returned calls and did not know his job. I called numerous times and stopped in as well. He told me he couldn t get the tires ordered, YOUR A TIRE RETAILER! Took them 4 months and me finally speaking directly to the BJs Store manager to get replacements. The manager had no idea of the issue. The shop supervisor lied about calling and can t even work his computer. Bad customer care and employees not qualified to perform their job. Don t go here!

Bj's tire and SERVICE, yea only service tires that are bought there, what a joke, all they had to say was its our policy! Will never give this place a dollar!

Have purchased several tires installed here before with never a problem. This time. I purchase them online with an install date. Money is out of my account before my appointment. Installer tells me that 1 of my lug nuts is new and the wrong size, which has been on there for years and my mechanic installed it. Another lug nut is cross threaded because he can tell it is by the feel of it coming off so according to bj's rules he can not change my tires and I have to go online to get a refund. So now with no new tires and waiting for a refund this guy really screwed me today. I will never purchase tires here again.

Only 1 gentleman working here. He was personable, professional, and efficient. He was putting tires on my vehicle, making appointments for walk ins, and handling propane refills. I was highly impressed with not only the work on my car but also his interaction with everyone who walked through that door. Highly recommend

All signs on building and online resources say open til 8pm on Saturdays for tire center, showed up at 6:30 due to being out of town and being turned away from other places for service this late, and they were completely closed down. Update your signs if you're not going to be open on posted times.

The ordering and scheduling system is terrible! You're better off spending more money and going somewhere else! Unless you enjoy babysitting corporations with terrible employees.

I haven't bought tires here but have been very satisfied when they have had to make repairs to several different tires over the years.

The manager has an awful attitude. My last experience made me realize I need to go somewhere else.
