JEFFERY!!Saved my life with simple power steering fluid..I had my two boys with me, it wasn t the best of weather and my steering wheel locked up. He was polite, professional and provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I will be returning to only this location because of him.Thank you

Don't let Jeffrey, a manager at west market street autozone, help with tag light replacement or anything for that matter ..he won't put pins back where they go, and he cracks door/trunk panels.The light won't get replaced either because he doesn't know what he's doing or what youtube is, for that matter, apparently. (A Friends vehicle)

My experience was not the best but I don't think it was the fault of anyone at this store. Jeff was very helpful throughout the process despite the fact that it seemed he lacked quality help.

Store was fine, and the employee (who was seemingly the only person working there this evening) was an exceptional person. My problem and warning for others is how unsafe the parking lot is, as I pulled in a gang of kids attacked another group of kids 10 feet away from the entrance. Apparently some other kid was stabbed there within the last week as well..So, maybe choose another location, or the Advance Auto down the street because this particular area is shady and dangerous. Once again, nothing but praise to the woman who was working there, who was actually the one who broke up the fight, helped shelter the kids who were attacked, called the police, and was extremely apologetic about the whole situation. SHE GETS 5 STARS

They seemed knowledgeable In regards to what was in stock, and location of items. Very helpful, kind, and willing to take the time to understand my issues. Had no issues returning the item from a different store (un used and not open). Would come here again

Worst staff in autozone specially the black manager lady (not to be racist don't know her name) always screaming,smoking and on the phone. Me and mi friend went to the store to look for something and mi friend was staring at a product that was close to her and she started with an attitude saying WHAT YOU LOOKONG AT YOU NEED HELP DONT STARE AT ME I STARE BACK AT YOU HOW ABOUT THAT. I heard that and told her he was looking at a product she proceeded to tell the other employees this guy thinks he's something staring at me. This is the second time and this will be mi last time coming to this store to spend mi money like they said spend your money elsewhere and that's exactly what I am doing been loyal to autozone for 3 years now they lost a customer and my referral to this store I have a mechanic shop so I have a lot of customer and believe me I won't spend a dime more in that store.

As soon as we walked into store.. the Rude, crazy manager lady (who was outside smoking and yelling already) told an employee to run in after us and tell us that I couldn t have my purse on me and had to leave it up front with them on the desk. Is this normal? Because we never had that happen before. Bad vibes in that place Won t be giving them business again (west market st location)

Auto Zone had exactly what I needed but no one available to install. They sent to place not far away and there my product was installed right away. Good visit!

We called to see if they had a wheel barring and the woman cut us off said, come pick it up and hung up on us without telling us the price. We called her back and told her she was disrespectful and she proceeded to continue being disrespectful.

I experienced an extreme willingness to help from the employees of this location, and I didn't even purchase anything that day! This type of kindness goes unmentioned way too often; thanks so much to you folks! My car broke down in the parking lot of the plaza that they're located in, with a dead battery, ultimately it was an alternator issue. Not only did 1 of the employees come out with me, and let me use their battery jump pack ONCE..... (I got the car started, pulled it out of the parking lot,�then it died again at a stop sign) ..... the store manager, during her lunch break, walked across the street from the gas station, after seeing me jump my car the first time, asked me if I was ok, went back over to the store, got one of their other jump packs, and drove it back over to help me AGAIN!!! YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! I'm only coming there from now on! I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU 10 STARS!

This place is the worst AutoZone I have ever been 2... Especially the manager black lady!!! She was very rude and obnoxious... Also tried telling me I only gave her 7 bucks when I gave her 8 and would not give me my change I feel like calling the cops highly recomend changing who you have running your store..

Just got back from the West York AutoZone and they have a guy there named Ruben who was tremendous. Patient, helpful, knowledgeable.Just a great experience as I was getting ready for a spring training trip.

It was an Autozone. They had everything we expected them to have, the employees were friendly and knowledgeable and they also offer a military discount which is great. Would come back.

Great people they show patience although sometimes they can look stressed and just want to get your order done with sometimes but thats because they have disrespectful customers coming in from a bad part of town.

Its sad that only the manager has been working the entire store from waiting on customers, answering phones and stocking inventory. She deserves a raise!

el Trato es horrible yo llame con anticipaci�n para ver si recib�an aceite reciclado la persona que me respondi� en el tel�fono hablo de una forma horrible y me dijo que si cuando traigo el aceite al lugar me dicen que no tiene. espacio luego le digo que av�a llamado y para limpiarse me dicen que no hay nadie que lo tire lo cual lo lleve yo misma a la parte de atr�s para botarlo son unos mal educados y si no van ah tratar bien a los clientes mejor ni trabajen
