They got here early, took less then an hour to get the windshield replace. I got it replace before by safelite but it crack 3 days later so I decide to call here. And to be honest prices are more reasonable and the job gets done quicker. Very happy with my new windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

Amazing work! Called on a Friday afternoon just before they closed, orders were placed right away. I was told I d get a call on Monday for exact service time, they called and were right on time. The gentlemen pulled in my driveway at 10:35Am and were completely done and gone by 10:55am. Fair price and awesome service. I d highly recommend.

The guys did a great job fixing my windshield, my only complaint is I didn't receive a phone call the morning of my appointment. I work 3rd shift and it would have been nice to know what time they were going to show up (which was about 10:30-11:00) kinda late for me. If I ever have another glass issue, you guys will get the call.

I had my car's rear and driver's side back windows fixed from you guys. The new rear window has some type of blur effect which is bad for a rear window when you need to see clearly. The drivers side back window is fine but now my handle and lock are broken and I have to open the door for my kids myself. It was not broken before the window was installed. The guys that were sent was professional. I'm upset that this is what $600 got me.Services: Auto side window replacement, Auto rear window replacement

Driver called moring of appointment, I answered said hello several times and then they hung up but NEVER called back again. They told the office they could hear me. I called office and they said the driver " broke down". Since it was raining out my bet is most of the other appointments that were not in a garage like mine got cancelled and it wasn't worth the drivers time just to come to my area for me. Don't use a place that doesn't have a brick and mortar shop close by.Service: Auto windshield repair

Called in this morning to cancel my service with them since my insurance is covering my repair & they strictly work through safelite. Whoever I spoke to this morning got all pissed because I was going through another company. Customer service is a big deal and this company SERIOUSLY LACKS.

They came right to my house the next day and replaced my windshield in less than 30 mins. And I was very happy with the price
