I moved away from the area but miss Anderson s a lot. During the years that they serviced my vehicles, I found them to be remarkably accommodating and also very straight-forward with communication. It s an amazing thing to feel like your mechanic actually looks out for your interests. The owners and techs always spoke to me in plain language and I never felt nickel-and-dimed. They re lovely people that can be trusted completely.

i had to get my car towed yesterday and was recommended anderson a from a couple co workers. i m SO glad i went with them! they re so nice and was fast and have good prices. i didn t have to lift a finger when they came. best tow service experience i ve had in this area. highly recommend!

Great service today. I was in the bad part of York city with another company that towed my car and they were so rude there. Then the Anderson guy showed up he went the extra mile and got my key for these people and was so nice and talked to me the whole way home. Made me feel comfortable. They helped us a few months ago also with my daughters car. Fast and professional and fair prices. Thanks you

Anderson's Service Center has consistently been the BEST garage I've taken my vehicle to. Not only are they kind and genuinely good people, their knowledge and experience shows in all that they do. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I called one tow company and they told me they would have someone out soon . I called them an hour later and they told me I still had about an hour wait. So I called Anderson s and asked them if they had a wait. They said no and would arrive in 20 minutes or less and he arrived in exactly 20 minutes! The gentleman was very nice and engaged in conversation. Very professional. And they were $5 cheaper than the other place I called.

Had my car towed there. They worked it into their schedule and got her all fixed up. They even cleaned my headlight housing which were gross! Now they look new! Car is running really smooth. So thankful for the job they did! We highly recommend Anderson's! Randi and Mike are very great people! All the guys at the shop are so helpful, kind, and friendly!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone living in the York Pa or surrounding area if they need someone to tow a vahine or jump start a battery.I have always have very present conversations with anyone I have spoke to over the phone. The two times we have had to use this service has been very fast and professional. The prices for their services do not seem too high compared to others I have looked at through other sites.The people who have come out to jump start our vehicle have been very kind. Plus if you need it towed to a shop if you give them early enough notice they will come at eelier hours then when they open.Service: Battery

Andersons is the only place I will take my car to fix anything with my vehicle. They are the most honest auto repair shop in York. They will never overcharge you. I've been going there for about 10 years now and have never been disappointed. The staff are extremely nice and just good people. They offered me coffee while I was waiting and finished the job very quickly and with a very reasonable price. I'll never take my car anywhere else

Needed my car towed 20 miles. The dispatcher and the tow truck driver were more than pleasant and extremely helpful in getting it done. They also quoted me very fairly and even jump started my battery. Nothing but good things to say about this company.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Scheduled the day before for 5000 mile routine maintenance and was able to bring it in the very next day considering everyone else was busy for the holidays, oil change, tire rotation and emissions was done very quickly. Andy was a true professional and extremely helpful in getting a vehicle towed in the evening hours on a Sunday. He was pleasant, professional, and generally cared about customer service - and actually made me smile after a Triple A mess up that had me waiting on the side of the road for 6+hours in which Triple A sent the wrong type of tow truck initially from another business. Andy from Anderson's Service Center was exceptional and it was apparent that both Andy and Anderson's take their commitments serious and provide excellent customer service and came to the rescue when another business could not assist properly.

BEWARE doing business with these folks. They might buy something from you. Then complain and say it s not new due to the packaging of the product having the smallest little tear even though it was a car stereo harness that was in fact new They also might just try and give you negative feedback despite EBay STILL giving them their money back and they got to also keep the item for free I don t know pretty shady if you ask me I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Love this place! I had to get an ignition coil replaced. They got me in on short notice even though they were very busy. They fixed the problem the same day. Very nice staff, great service and prices.

Great service. Friendly and fair pricing. Locally owned business, these folks love what they do. They'll tell you the most affordable and practical service solutions without trying to sell you extras, and they'll take the time to explain any issues your car may be having and they know what they're talking about. Very solid service center

Called for a tow. Vehicle was not starting at all with no power at all. Guy said he has these before and figured out my battery cable wasnt connected right. Saved me a tow, he could of just hooked it up and cost me the tow. Great service. When my garages closes here in a year. Ill check these guys out first. Sorry to the driver, didnt think of tipping him for saving me money. So im an a$$ for it.

Very honest and helping group of people!I was quoted 700 for work on my car Anderson's took it down half of that!My car is running better than ever and they explained other things they noticed with my car and helped. I'm recommending them to all I know in the area. Do yourself a favor and get over to Anderson's if you have car issues!

They got my Santa fe 2002 in less than 30min when I was on side of road on Carlisle. Driver was top notch and professional. I recommend this towing company for their professionalism and knowledge.Today I had them tow it from the repair shop where I had it checked out. Andy was very friendly and even assisted me into getting the car into my garage....WOW I was so impressed have him a tip. This Company goes above and beyond what is required.Thank You so much

Helpful, thorough, and thoughtful; Anderson's Garage has been there for my family and me for decades.The staff and owners are personable, polite, and welcoming. They've provided me with details and recommendations when another shop would have only given me a bill.

If your carburetor needs a tune, this is the shop for you! They went above and beyond for me! Shops like this are hard to come by, honest and trustworthy! Thank you, this is the best my car has ever run!

They were honest and also helpful. My car had a broken radiator. I asked if it was worth fixing. They checked it out called me quickly and said yes. I was thinking gasket. Everything worked out and they fixed the radiator and my car runs good again.

Estimated an hour, but was there within 45 minutes, even called ahead to let me know when they d arrive. Andy was extremely kind and helpful! Very comforting for a young woman with a broken down car!!!

The lump meat crab cakes are the best I've ever had. And that says a lot since I'm from the Chesapeake Bay area. The Maryland Crab soup had CHUNKS of crab meat in it with a nice thick base. And lets not forget the crab dip. No Old Bay to mask the absence of crab meat because it didn't need it. The dip was like the soup and cakes...full of crab meat.

One of their tow truck drivers almost ran us off the road about 10 minutes ago. 2 lanes into 1, they sped up and cut us off while driving in the center lane to pass (we weren't going slower than the car in front of us).So tried to get tag number, truck has no plates, none on the bac of the bed or in the back window. Just no plates. Almost caused another accident a few minutes later tailgating the car in front. So irresponsible.

Me and all of my family have had the service our vehicles for years. Have never failed us all the Times we have had the work on the vehicles. Would and have suggested them to anyone looking for a reputable service center.

I was stuck in a ditch due to horrible snow! They came out within 30 minutes to rescue me when AAA refused to help me! The driver was very professional and helpful! Thank you so much!
