Great customer service. I needed a part they didn't have in stock. The staff member told me they could get it in same day. I just mentioned it would be more convenient to have it delivered to a different store. I assumed I would need to drive or do some online order that would be a big hassle.However, before I even finished that thought Ed W was on the phone to the other store to help arrange this. Was super friendly and went above and beyond what you experience in most other stores.

The staff was very knowledgeable. Had to do a service on my motorcycle (first time I have done a motorcycle service) , and they knew exactly what I needed to complete the job correctly. Also had most of the parts in store.

This location I was at seem to be low on product stocked and only one to two employees in the whole store.The employees tried their best and were not at fault.

The staff was a bunch of younger guys the day I stopped in. They weren t very helpful or knowledgeable. The discount was supposed to be $10, he couldn t figure out how to do it so he took off 10% ($4.50) and asked if that was okay. I decided to leave and go to the one in Dover and had a much better experience.

Went to have a battery tested and it was bad, still under warranty. Took them a bit but were able to find my original transaction. Great service. Thank you.

Needed some oil since the light came on briefly. Asked Staff member what oil type I needed for my Kia Sportage and he came out to the car and put oil in and monitored how much it needed so it wouldn't be overfilled. Great customer service. I told him I needed wiper fluid and he brought that to the register so I didn't need to search for it. I'm so glad to find that customer service here is good just like the East York store. Thanks for the help, Advance Auto Parts.

The salesperson (actually, the manager) was extremely helpful and kind.Even though she'd been there since early in the morning for warehouse orders, she still was one her game at almost 9pm; professional, courteous, and very friendly.

stopped by to see what the problem may be with car. not starting properly. had battery check done. told the battery was good and the alternator was good it looked to be the starter. not the case!!! it was the battery. went to mechanic that worked on car previously and he fit me in immediately after testing car!! maybe you need new testers! won't be stopping by there again.

Service used to be a lot better. Seems to be going down a slow slope at this location. However, they do take care of my parts needs. So for that it's an okay location.Edit: Update 2023. Has reached the bottom of that hill. They got rid of the wearever brand aftermarket stuff and replaced it with "car quest" it's all chineseium made stuff. Their prices have tripled since emt review. I'm done with this company.

They had everything we needed for the worst brake/rotor replacement for my boyfriends Honda Accord. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

A very professional and pleasant young man helped me with my dying battery. Sadly, he couldnt replace my battery because of the physical location of the battery and legalities; otherwise I would have bought a battery then and there and had it installed. He even came back outside with me to make sure my car started and was ready to give me a jump start if needed. Great customer service and a friendly smile goes a long way people.

1 star AAP thank your customer service on 05/26/19. She was Rude from the start pretty much demanded we buy a part we knew we did not need, had no patience for the customer. When we asked if we may see a item behind the counter to have a closer look she did not hand the item to us, let alone place it on the counter but threw it on the counter with an attitude.

I initially had 3 stars on this place , normally I rate places on costumer experience rather than stocked items . Im already having a bad day with this weather , i walk in at about 9:25AM. The lady that s in there doesn t even look happy to see a costumer walk in. W.e. I walk over to her and she ask how can she help me I tell her that I m looking for a blend door actuator for my 11 Dodge Avenger. She looks in the computer and she says that she doesn t have it but she can order it , the place that does have it is in Hanover . When I first walked out my car I glanced into the store through their glass windows to see their hubcaps but saw that they didn t have what I needed up there so at this point they don t have what I need ASAP so I was going to ask her what street is the other auto part on . So I start to ask you guys have another store - and she cuts me off with a little sassiness and says yeah that s why I just told you that only the one in Hanover has it , none of the stores in this area have it. ...... if she would of taken a second just to listen to what I was about to say then she would of known that I was going to ask a whole different question but her rude self just made this store lose a damn good costumer. If a manager reads this I gave you the time so that you can go ahead and check the cameras yourself. Your suppose to make your costumers feel welcomed and satisfied with your service , not unwanted with your attitude and half service. I m so pissed I walked out the damn store sat in my car and started writing my comment and new rating. That s says a lot about this experience !(UPDATE) 9:45AM just called autozone on George street for the actuator and the guy picked up the phone and said hello good morning how can I help you ! I ask for the part and yes they do have it , so I m On my way there now . Now THAT Made my day

The only car/truck/motorcycle place I can find for all my needs n years ago I found the fluid for r small boat we needed, it is much cheaper to buy parts, fluids or whatevr here at advanced auto parts, they can special order alot of items also, n first they chck to see if another of there local stores may have it in there inventory., n if so it's ovrnite shipment, for nxt day pick up pretty cool. They will do battery changes for u, also change windshield blades for u, n i have also borrowed tools at no charge while on there property. It's a great place for auto, motorcycle, boat items, alot of things packed into the store, very friendly an courteous so stop by n see what u may find.

Poor customer service, bought wheel covers at Kenneth Road location, driver side front flew off twice ( installed by a mechanic ) went back to discuss the situation, where i purchased them ,told to go to location on West Market Street because they had them in stock and they could open box and give me one, went there but they told me I had to pull them all put them in box and they would refund my money, or give full box . Can we get our stories straight ? Thxs for wasting my time and fuel. As i told them only have use of one hand ,the mananger and guys working could not assit. Hello Auto Zone !

Horrible customer service. Employee was trying to talk over me the whole time during the replacement of my Optima battery. They tried to tell me that I couldn't get the replacement because "they don't do that ". I didn't even want to give them the one star, it should be zero stars !!!

Did not return my money to my original card forcing me to get a gift card from there store after I have a receipt. Real unprofessional over $7.
