New customer here but I am thoroughly satisfied with the initial services that I have received at Glenwood. I bought a used 2019 higher performance Volvo in late 2023 and after they had their hands on it and gave a fine tune-up, its feeling like a new car!Thank you so much to Adrian, Kenny, Adam and the rest of the team at Glenwood!

Thorough, efficient and genuine. If you want to support an Indie garage, come here. Glenwood didn't try to sell more than what my car needed (front brakes, which I knew) and the work was finished with 24 hours. Friendly and knowledgeable. 5-

I cannot recommend the team at Glenwood Foreign Car enough! After experiencing a misfire issue with my RS5, I initially took it to Audi Conshohocken. They suggested a daunting motor removal at a staggering cost of over $7000, with no guarantee that my warranty would cover it.In my search for alternatives, I contacted Glenwood, who advised me to bring in the car. Regrettably, I first went to Audi Wynwood, but this proved to be a mistake. Despite spending nearly a month there, they failed to diagnose or fix the problem, even returning the car with additional error codes and a limp mode over 3k rpm.After this frustrating experience, I finally followed my instincts and took my car to Glenwood. It was the best decision I could have made. By Monday, they had accurately diagnosed the problem, and by Tuesday, they reached out to me to authorize repairs. The issue was resolved, and they even took the time to address other potential problems.Their approach was not only technically adept but also exceptionally customer-focused. They provided reassurance throughout the process, and now my car is running better than ever. If you want a team of skilled professionals who genuinely care about your vehicle and peace of mind, Glenwood Foreign Car is the place to go. Wanted to share another 5 star experience with Kenny and the team at Glenwood. My C300 wouldn't start and it was obviously more than a battery or something simple. Instead of taking to a Mercedes dealer I went back to Glenwood because I knew I would get better service at a much better price and wouldn't have to worry about getting ripped off. Glad I did. Turned out to be an electrical problem that required alot of labor but when it was fixed he charged much less than the dealer would have and he was even able to knock a good amount off the cost that we initially discussed. Also re-linked both of my keys, Would recommend Glenwood to anyone who has a high end car and is looking for great service at a very reasonable price.

Glenwood has gained another customer for life. 1st the communication from the moment I made my reservation to bring my 2015 VW Passat in was amazing. Mind you I did it on a Sunday night. Ken was great and straight up with me from the moment I walked through the door. Adrian was on top of things when I called in. I had major work and a very hefty bill, yet I know I wasn't ripped off. Priscilla (my car) got the repairs she needed and is running like new. They even went above and beyond and removed a nail from my tire and plugged it. I wasn't even aware it was there. If you are looking for foreign car repairs, look no further and contact the TEAM at Glenwood. Thank you all for getting my girl back on the road! I can't give you all enough praise.

Be warned, they have a $200 diagnostic fee and will make it sound like your car is about to fall apart.Update:After diagnosing the issue, they told me that the part was $1500 from the dealership, and they could do a workaround, but it would fail again. They were right, it did fail again. If you look at the picture, you'll see why.Oh, and it turns out the part was only $700. It's fixed now, but not by them.

I really lucked out! I Googled foreign car shops near me and came across this gem.Adrian made me feel at ease, after having my car towed to their shop. What could have been a nightmare, turned into a smooth, clean process. He explained everything to me, answered right away via text and email and turned the job around quickly. The ease of picking up after hours and communicating via text is an added bonus. This was a win/win!

Kenny and Adrian are great people. I went in, for the first time, for a state inspection and they did a very thorough check of all systems, finding unexpected safety issues that were resolved quickly and professionally. Rec'd 5 star service both times I have taken my car here from Ken, Adrian and the team. This time it was a door panel for my C300. Ken went over & above the call of duty looking for one for me and installed it at a very fair price. Previously, they did a B service for me again at a very reasonable price. The issues I should look at were explained to me in laymen's terms and he was clear to point out which s/b addressed now and which could wait. I just wish I had gone to this shop sooner.

BMW M3 (2006 E46) - The Glenwood crew really know what they re doing. Perfectly installed these beautiful lightweight two-piece front brake rotors along with modern Akebono ceramic (not a semi-metallic pad that creates more dust) pads for spirited street use. They knew exactly what was needed including all new brake fluid and StopTech stainless steel braided lines to totally revitalize the braking performance on this car. These are trustworthy guys that do great work. Best in the area.

Would highly recommend Glenwood Foreign Car! I had an issue with the hydraulics which operate the convertible top and was turned away by other shops as too difficult to repair. Ken quickly diagnosed the issue and not only fixed it, but took care of other repairs pertaining to the top of which I wasn t aware. Absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and professional. I would give 10 stars if that was possible! Thanks, Ken!

Huge shoutout to Adrian and my tech Adam at Glenwood Foreign Car. I brought my car in the day before I was about to leave on a long trip, thinking my car just needed an oil change and tire pressure checked. It turns out that there were some safety issues that needed to be addressed, and it was going to be a bigger job than originally expected. As a customer, I received full communication, honesty about what was going on with my car, and a fair quote on the price. Not only that, but he made sure the job was complete before I left for my trip even though I came in last minute. Excellent! It s been very hard to find a shop we trust to work on our luxury brand car. My Porsche Cayenne was serviced with Glenwood and I m very happy with the outcome. Kenny is great to deal with. I needed several maintaince items for my audi Q5 with 114K on it. Kenny suggested only the items I need now, with a scheduled maintaince for the future so that the costs could be spaced out over time. This was my first time with Glenwood. I'll go back!

Very fast service and the office is people driven. Adrian listened to all my needs and fully went over my vehicle report with me, giving me suggestions on how everything can be handled and having my best interest in mind. The technician Jacob Had my car done in the same day and even took the time to clean my interior. Adrian is awesome, very detailed when discussing what my X5 needed. The guys in the shop fixed my starter and also ran additional tests to ensure that my truck was in great condition upon leaving..
