I came in on a Sunday afternoon, was instantly greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked through the door. I explained what I needed done and asked if they could squeeze me in; I was given an estimated wait time and was told they'd take care of it. When I expressed concern for an unusual action my car was making I was assured they would take a look and they'd do their best to find the source. After a few moments of waiting I was updated with the information I was looking for. Throughout my time spent in the building, their staff was so kind and professional. Feeding me updates as they came through, giving me quotes of wait time, and an estimate of what the price of parts would be after they needed to be ordered, and setting up another time to come in once said parts arrive. I cannot say enough great things about the team they have here. Super polite, helpful, and professional employees. Highly recommend.

The guys here are very professional and understanding that we aren t all rich came in for brake pads and rotors and didn t have all the cash on me and they helped work with a price that fit my budget I highly recommend them to anyone in need of car service

Brought my car in for simple airbag repair and headlight adjustment. Airbag was fixed fine, however I had told the owner that my headlights needed to be raised. He instead lowered them even more and told me I was wrong. I went from dangerous night driving to extremely dangerous night driving. I feel it's unprofessional for him to not call me and discuss without doing it first. I was also not called when work was completed

They are awesome, they're great on fixing your vehicle and actually test drive it after repair to see that the job is done right I would definitely recommend jack Williams garage in Towanda.

Not sure about this place, it's rather hit or miss with their quality of work. I brought in a Honda Civic and never had problems with my alignment and rear tires I got on it. Brought in my Sentra 5 months later and nonstop issues with the rear tires deflating on me, they ad to redo the alignment three times and my car does not feel as good as it did BEFORE I had the alignment done, I sat in there for 2 hours before anyone got to my car with a "leaky valve stem" I was told, now the other brand new tire keeps going flat. They constantly overbook themselves and push their employees too hard so there is never time for anyone with a walk in, you HAVE to set an appointment if you don't want to wait 2 hours or more. Store manager seemed less than caring or apologetic with the issues I've been having, I'll be taking my business else where I guess from now on once the "lifetime tire care" on these tires wears out.

The owners ignorance and arrogance is very well known if anything is brought up. I also owned a business down the road for several years and had numerous loose oil plugs/filters and some shady work pull into my shop with mix matched bolts or broke off bolts on replaced parts from their prior services on customers cars. If you use them do it at your own risk, but for a garage that has been around for as long as they have should be better kept and obviously be more popular and they are not.... They re just riding out on customers until their retirement.

Great place for repairs. Honest, fast, efficient, friendly. Gave me an honest evaluation, got me in the next day, and charged less than another local mechanic's quote. Highly recommended.

This place is a good place they are really nice people that and they dont charge you much and if you get in a accident they will get to you car quick and take care of everything that needs to be done and they dont charge you that much and they will let you make paymants on what you owe

Took my vehicle in for inspection they tried to say I needed breaks job on every wheel I just had my friend put rotors and breaks all the way around he was really nasty when I told him he was full of S.h _ _T SO do bring your vehicle here unless your a million air and don't care
