I am new to the Audi family and I had the pleasure of working with Erik to find the right vehicle for me. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the brand. I've purchased cars before but have never had an experience where I felt so comfortable, not rushed and confident during the process.Erik was a breath of fresh air as he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I'm extremely grateful for that.Because of him, I can see myself sticking with Audi for years to come.

This was my first time truly buying a car outside of a Nissan & on my own. I live out of state so I was referred to Keith by a friend. Keith walked me through the process & patient with me every step of the way given that I couldn t get there to physically see the car. He sent me videos & pictures of the car and assisted with making sure it got shipped. I have had the car since May & I absolutely love it. Giving this is the first time I purchased a car out of state and did not see it, the process was rather good. Thank You Keith!

I really want to thank Abdoul . He has made such a stressful time a breeze . Unfortunately, my car was totaled 2 weeks ago . Once I finally received the letter from my insurance stating the total loss , Abdoul got me in my new car the very next day . He has helped me every step of the way , going above and beyond to make sure everything worked out .His professionalism , knowledge and compassion is unmatched ! On 04/04/24 I traded in my 2019 A-6 for a 2024 A-6. Ms. Diana Nguyen, was my sales consultant, and I could not have asked for better service. She condensed a lot of work into a short amount of time. Moreover, the next day, I ran into a problem with the Sirius XM feature of the car, and she very patiently assisted me until the issue was resolved, via phone. Great representative in the Audi Wynnewood store. We will use her for our future purchases.

Was looking for a new car and had the pleasure of getting synced up with Kay at Audi Wynnewood. My wife and I appreciate a low pressure environment for any purchase (particuarly something as significant as an automobile) and Kay and team delivered that in a big way. Car was ready and waiting when we arrived for our test drive. Kay was informative and helpful throughout the process, but never pushy. Even after closing the deal, the standard warranty and insurance push which has exposed us to some very pushy finance leads at other dealers was downright pleasant and low key. After we closed the deal, Kay and team scheduled our pick up, had the car beautifully detailed and we were on the road in a beautiful new car efficiently and pleasantly. Pretty much everything I could ask for from a car dealership.

Audi Wynnewood is the epitome of a luxury car sales experience. The sales people and finance manager are all very knowledgeable, affable and professional. Before I made my purchase at this location I had visited Audi Devon and had a very poor experience. Audi Wynnewood was my saving grace. My salesperson give me an exceptional deal. I will be back for all of my future car buying and service needs.

Erik is a top notch employee. He was a great person to work with. He has some excellent people skills. He followed up with me consistently, and even when I told him that we werent able to come to terms... he still managed to check in 1 last time. THAT last "check in" is what won me over.I have been in the auto sales for almost 18 years. This is the first time in 18 years I bought a car and did not buy it from "myself". He even checked in with me a few times since I picked up the car 8 days ago.The auto industry is filled with scumbags and mediocre talent... and I was fortunate to get matched up with a really chill yet professional veteran in the business.I know he will make an excellent sales manager for that company on day. I would love to work with him again and again.Best of luck my friend! Sell all the cars!

Kay, my sales rep, was very professional, knowledgeable, & very efficient! Coming from out of state, he answered pretty much all my inquiries.He corresponded with my insurance company to ensure everything would be ready when I arrived. Kay picked me up from the train station with the vehicle I was interested in and we went for the test drive from there. Upon entering the dealership, all the paperwork was already completed and ready to be executed. In & out & rolling back home with a quickness!

Excellent service from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and the work was completed very quickly. The billing was transparent and there were no surprise charges. The video recorded by the technician was an nice touch. I ll definitely come back for future service appointments!

Most wonderful car buying experience! After I left J&S autohaus due to their bait and switch tactics, I reached out to the folks here to explain my situation. Bailey and Jason stayed open late to accommodate me because I was coming from a distance. I was able to look at the car and discuss financing that evening. The next day Bailey called, as he promised he would, to let us know the vehicle is ready for us to complete the deal. I worked with Karen to complete the sale and she was equally as wonderful. She was transparent and honest, and did absolutely everything she could to give me the best deal. They were more than fair with my old vehicles trade in value. She was so sweet with my son also :) she even filled the vehicle with gas before we left, what dealership out there does that?! Amazing! I will definitely be back in the future!!

Audi is an excellent brand. I had many Audi s with zero problems and I experienced challenges only with the 2021 A8 which it can happen even to new cars. Debbie is by far the best in sales and although in sales she helps you out all the time with everything and sometimes it s about sticking with good customer relationships.

Out of town in suburban Philly. SQ5 was being used by our son who lives near Audi of Wynnewood. He hit a pothole - now we had a very flat tire - a 21 inch snow tire - hard to get. Car was towed to dealership.Bruce - in service - was able to secure a replacement tire within a couple of hours - not an easy feat.We were soon in our way home to northern New Jersey.Thank you Bruce & thank you Audi of Wynnewood. Well done

I would 100% recommend Audi of Wynnewood. Levon Lochikian was a wonderful Audi salesman. He was knowledgeable of the brand and got me the exact car I wanted. I'm new to the Audi brand, and so far, Wynnewood of Audi has made me a client for life. When you realize that Audi is the best car on the road, make sure you call Levon so he can make your car dreams come true too.

TODD STONE the manager is probably the most unprofessional person in this business. I have bid on a 2023 Audi and was the highest bidder two consecutive days in a row! Yet the next day he reposted it at auction. After leaving 6 detailed messages and even spoke to the sales manager there, he did not return my calls! He was in the building as well per employees I spoke to! If the floor wasnt met, do you think a simple call back or a negotiation would have took place! ???This review should be a negative triple zero for this dealership and love for one of the owners/investment partners to see this! I knew when I seen their review on OVE (2.6 stars) that I should of stayed away! If you are a dealer or potential buyer, STAY AWAY. There are other audi dealerships within an hour drive! Its just not worth it. Trust me!

Lacking competence and decency.This 1 star is for sales.Todd and Kay unhelpful, uninformed, poor communication, lazy, dishonest, sleazy, deceitful and disrespectful (these last ones are for Todd specifically). I didn t have this experience buying my last Audi in Wilmington or looking for cars at other dealerships.The consistent, negative reviews mirror and validate my experience (and my parents, Audi owners). I will never buy another Audi here, and this experience made me rethink getting another in the future. I strongly advise you go elsewhere.I come here for my services and Bao deserves 5 stars, I ll see if I can do that in a separate review.

For my out of state purchase, Audi Wynnewood represented that registration fees would be "...exactly what you would pay if you did your own." Turns out they buried nearly $500 of service fees in the registration charges and now refuse to refund. Not an honorable dealership.

Keith Ammerman, the Audi brand specialist I worked with deserves to extensive Kudos. I had arrived at the dealership, unannounced after having a very disappointing experience elsewhere. Keith turned a day that was trending poorly in to a great day!I was there to look at a specific vehicle. It was on the lot and did not disappoint. Keith and the team worked efficiently with me to work out a good deal. My trade value was fair, the financing department was easy to work with and I even had a brief conversation with the GM (not knowing she was the GM), but she was friendly, accommodating and just added to the overall good experience. The atmosphere was low pressure and comfortable.Thanks again to Keith and the rest of the team for a terrific, world class sales experience.- Chris

I purchase brand new 2023 q5 for my son . Salesman was very nice . But person who help me with the loan process he was very unprofessional. He did multiple mistakes and those intentional to get his commission.Be very careful with them they will give you 5 years loan process but it s say 72 months.After l finish all paperwork just to clear myself everything I reviewed the paperwork and I found out 72 months . I had to wait 2 hours to remove extra 12 months pay.After 4/5 months my loan payment went high cause there is third party insurance running for my son car .I m paying full coverage high insurance cause it s brand new car than there is another insurance running that I didn t know.Citadel credit union and they are together make this happen. Citadel do not want to hear or help anything cause they need money.I been calling and calling manager Victor from Audi wynnewood he is ignoring me and it s been more than 2 weeks now .All I can say about them very unprofessional.To share my story to others to inform be careful if you finance also be careful if they try to connect you with citadel credit union.

Man I was in a pickle and Audi Wynnewood came through. I got two flat tires on my way to the airport. They got the car in the same day and got my tires mounted and balanced and aligned the car as well. I can t thank them enough for squeezing me in.

I traded my R8 for an e-tron. Abdoul was my salesperson and he made this experience easily the best I ve had at any dealership. He would even call and text me on weekends to answer my questions and regularly reached out to see how I liked the new car. The entire team was very courteous and professional. If you re in the market for an Audi, I highly recommend Abdoul and Audi Wynnewood.

Found a car at this dealership, and as I was driving two hours I kept asking myself couldn't I have found something closer. As I pulled into the dealership, my salesman, Sokha Kao , aka Kay , was actually waiting in the parking lot for me. His team could not have made my transaction any easier, I purchased a car and traded in my car and was out of there with time to spare. In my past experiences of purchasing preowned cars the experiences never been quite this easy and pleasant. Kay was extremely hospitable and professional. Although the finance manager was not there that night, their sales manager, Victor pinched hit, he told me that he hadn t done the finance part of the business in five years, so he excuse himself for being a little rusty, but he was able to expedite the deal, just as any other finance manager, without any hiccups. And I can t say enough about the Audi genius, sorry I did not catch his name when he got in the car to review everything with me and how the functions of the car work we realized that my charging cable wasn t allowing me to connect to Apple CarPlay. This guy went into the dealership, got his own charging cable to see if that worked and when it made a difference, he can see. I was concerned that I didn t have a cable for the ride home so that I could use the directions with Waze, and he was nice enough to give me his own cable and say keep it. When I asked if they had a big red bow, I sensed the big red bows probably are not given to pre-owned car purchasers but mostly for new car purchasers however, before I left the dealership they showed up with one and said we found one for you, and I know this will make the presentation on Christmas morning for my daughter so much better. Being a dentist and in the service industry myself, I understand what service is, and while this generation behind me has lost the Art of service, I found it with in this team at AUDI Wynnewood. On a scale of 1 to 10 for hospitality and professionalism I give these guys at 10 across-the-board. Thank you Kay for making this experience and purchase for me.There was only one slight problem, as expected, they were all Eagles fans, but having said that they gave me a better feeling about the Eagles fans when I left there.Go Giants, lol.

Had an amazing experience with Audi Wynnewood. Angel Oliver was great and gave me a great deal. Everything went down smoothly from start until the end of signing the deal. He even went to the the extent of getting me a quick appointment with the service department to get winter tires on when everything was already booked in all the audi service centers near me for next one month. I would recommend Audi Wynnewood and ask for Angel. He will work along with you at a personal level.
