I highly recommend using Susquehanna mobile service. Joel, in the mobile department, was very pleasant and helpful when I called to schedule my appointment. He thoroughly explained what the mobile service entailed. The technician, Jay, identified himself upon arrival, he was friendly & courteous, explained what he d be doing, gave me an opportunity to ask questions, and he asked me if I had any questions once he was finished servicing my vehicle. Jay had finished early with his appointment prior to mine ; instead of just coming to my house early, he telephoned to ask if it suited for him to arrive earlier than originally expected. Friendly service, educated technicians and helpful staff are what make Susquehanna stand above their competitors. I really appreciated the convenience of using the mobile service.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The convenience of the mobile team coming to my place of employment exceeded my expectations! I was able to give the tech my keys and keep working! Beyond convenient and takes away the hassle of finding time to go to the dealership! Definitely solidified my loyalty! Thank you!

Come here if you enjoy getting robbed. Went in for a $105 inspection, no biggie. Left paying nearly 2k. If I didn t finally say no to the service s due to the outrageous charges, there s no doubt it would ve been more. I trusted them. A mistake I won t make again. In good faith, I took their word on what needed to get fixed. I went out and bought the parts they said needed fixing. I then went to a mechanic to get the work done for cheaper. Instead of telling me there was 1,000 issues & charging me rent, he showed me what was good and what wasn t. I returned each & every part. Why? Turns out, majority of the issues they kept trying to charge me a arm and a leg for were non existent. All I needed to get done was fix a leak & a issue that they didn t even find during inspection. They just kept on making up issues & charging me. These people are vultures. Check engine light was back on in less than 48 hours. One star because at least they rob you with a smile.

The mobile service feature is great! My appointment was made by Joel and he was more than helpful and accommodating! Jay was the mobile technician who came out and did everything that needed done! It was done in a timely matter! I would recommend them over and over!

Friendly competent service in my garage! Since I live a half hour drive from my dealer it saved me an hour travel time plus time waiting for the service to be completed. Joel explained what he was going to do, asked if I had any questions, and did a thorough job. I will get this service again.

Great service right in my own driveway. You can't beat it! Super friendly tech who kept me informed every step of the way. In a world gone mad where people just say anything they want without any accountability and rudeness seems to be the new normal, Susquehanna is honest, forthright and trustworthy! And all for free! Best experience with the mobile service! The technician was even early and super quick! Got the job done in my driveway while I worked from home. 10/10 service. It was super cold outside and the technician was still super professional and did a high quality job. I will definitely be utilizing this service again!

Jay came out to my place of work and changed the oil , rotated the tires and did a multi point inspection and was finished in less than an hour. Very convenient and punctual.

Mobile Service is great option for anyone that doesn t have the time to get their car serviced. The technician came to my house and performed the recall and oil change at my house. I didn t have to leave my house. The tech was friendly and professional.
