I purchased a 2023 RAM 2500 from them. The purchase process was easy and they were very fair and straight forward. There was an issue with a feature that was advertised not being on the truck. Once I reached the sales manager he took care of it promptly. I would recommend this dealer.

The service was great here! They took me in right away without an appointment. I had to get my state inspection done as well as getting brand new tires, oil change, and new wipers. The service manager, Aaron was so accommodating and was able to get me in a loaner car right away because they had to order my new tires. It would take awhile. He called me and updated me on my car and was very good at communicating what my car needed. They had a great tire promotion when you buy 3 new tires, you get the 4th for a dollar. He explained all of my options with clarity and answered all my questions I had. I highly recommend coming here for all of your car needs! Every time I need a service, they do an awesome job!

I purchased my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude from Jon and his team and they did an amazing job taking care of me. Alex, their mobile service tech came out to my house, synced, and provided me a second key for my vehicle. These guys are professionals and I m happy I got the opportunity to buy from them.

We have gotten multiple cars from this establishment and have not had many issues. Unfortunately we had just gotten a new Chrysler Pacifica maybe about a month ago and I cannot say I am too happy. When we went to look at/get the car, it was a mess inside. It definitely looked like someone had gotten in overnight and left all their trash from the meal they ate in it and it seemed this person tried to put the seat down and ripped up the carpet in the trunk space. The sales representative we dealt with was very nice and polite but against my better judgement we ended up getting the van anyway because I am pregnant and we needed a more practical vehicle then what we had and that was in our budget. They did a nice cleaning of it that day and we were told to bring the van back and they would do a more detailed cleaning and fix the ripped up carpet in the trunk. We took the van on our scheduled date for the detailing and were told the carpet had to be ordered and had to come back to fix that. So turn to what is now our visit to replace the carpet and they broke the plastic piece that holds it down and of course another plastic piece had to be ordered. Supposed to come tomorrow but it is snowing so who knows. What upsets me is when my husband was told about the price that had been broken, it was explained in a way that made it seem like it happened naturally but when questioned about it, it was actually broken during the process of replacing the carpet.

5 star hands down. From the moment I walked in searching for our new Jeep I was welcomed by every single person at the dealership. It felt like a family atmosphere. Not like at some dealers where that s not my job is the common thread, all the staff at Susquehanna made me feel comfortable, was not pushy, we ll informed, and I felt put honesty and integrity above all. And it shows. Doug my salesman was awesome. From the moment we met it was like car shopping with an old buddy. I appreciate and respect how the operation is run and will Absolutely be returning for more purchases in the future. Thank you for the awesome service!!

Absolutely love coming here. I have followed the service manager throughout the years because his customer service is unparalleled. Just got my state inspection and it was super convenient. Had a complementary loaner vehicle that I was able to keep going about my day while they took great care of my Ram. Will always come here can t recommend highly enough.

We worked with Doug and he got us into the exact Jeep we were hoping to find. His customer service was above and beyond what we ve experienced at other dealerships from the very first interaction. He was low-pressure and very accommodating. We re thrilled with the service we received at Susquehanna!

I've bought two new vehicles in the past year, & both were a positive experience. On the last purchase, I worked with Ted Hollenbach, who was fantastic.

STAY AWAY! I THOUGHT BAIT AND SWITCH WAS A THING OF THE PAST, NOT HERE!For context, I have owned 11 Jeep Wranglers and dealt with numerous dealers and this by far is the worst. On December 21st, I made a deal with the manager at the dealer, Jake. He asked that I put down a $1,000 deposit to hold the Jeep. I said sure. Jake told me their normal policy was to hold a vehicle for 2 days. I explained that I was 4 hours away, it was the holiday weekend and I couldn t get a check from my credit union that fast. He texted back, no problem we can hold it until the next Saturday, the 30th.For some reason, Jake returned my deposit on the 23rd but said we are still good to go on the 30th. I have text messages for all of this.Fast forward to the 28th, at this post I got a check from the credit union for the exact amount of the price that was agreed upon, I texted Jake to make sure everything was good to go for Saturday because I had the long drive. He did not respond. I went ahead and called and talked to a lady named Diane, I believe, who insinuated that Jake was no longer employed there but said the deal was good and she would help me Saturday morning.Thursday night at 6:58pm, 2 minutes before the dealership closed, I received a phone call from the dealership principal, Damian, he notified me that Jake was no longer an employee of the dealership. He then told me he was no longer going to honor the deal that was made. He said if you want to buy the Jeep it would be $2,800 more and I will email the offer shortly and hung up.The next day Friday, he told me he would have honored the original price if I would have stuck to the deposit procedure. I explained that I did just that and Jake gave me the extra time and I even sent him the texts showing that Jake said that. Well, good old Damian reneged again and disregarded the text proof that I abided by his deposit procedure! You don t really want to do business with someone like this, especially the owner! So I suggest you do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere, like I did!P.S. You will be sure to see a response from the dealership below, with a bunch of excuses. The bottom line is honor the deal that was made and learn to hire better management!

I had an emergency issue with a broken window applique on my Dodge Caravan and I went to Susquehanna to try and get it repaired. I was met and helped by very friendly and helpful staff from the receptionist( I forget her name, a young blond haired woman) in service, to Joel the Mobile service advisor, to Aaron Zolko, the Service manager. Everyone was great and Aaron really went above and beyond to find a part so that my van could be all fixed. He was absolutely awesome!!! I am so glad I went there and I will definitely return if I have needs. Susquehanna Dodge lives up to all the good things I've heard about it.

I had worked with many dealers over the years. This has to be the best experience I have ever had. Every employee looked like they wanted to be there! That says a lot about the ownership/management. The dealership inside was impressive, and clean.Came across YouTube videos of Matt that had some great information. Emailed and chatted with Ryan and he got me a great deal on a 2023 Wrangler. Detail on the Jeep blew me away, they really care about their product! Thank you Ryan for all of the information, and being fully transparent on the deal. Thank you Matt for taking to time to come out and say hi. You guys are awesome and earned my business moving forward!

Brought my 2014 Ram 1500 here for an oil change 5/5/23. Asked them to take a peek at the visible brake pads (original) as they were squeaking. Sure Mr Neumann! Truck has 112k. Literally in the shop 30 mins. Oil overfilled. They say the brakes are making noise, make an appt. Then they put on my recommended service to refill the def (for diesel). My truck is a Hemi (gas). They dumped the oil and put too much back in, that's it. For a grand total of $80. Better pray they don't send out surveys for oil changes.. Fwiw, brought it to Mavis Discount Tire and they looked at the brakes for me at no cost.Response to owners reply: 1) If I wanted the check engine light addressed, I'd have asked. I didn't deny it. It never came up. 2) I told my service rep the brakes made a little noise. He said they can only see one side of the brake pads. I said, that will work. Truck has 111k miles. I wanted to know if they were getting low. Receptionist said they are making noise, make an appt. 3) And yes, the mech overfilled my oil. Or more likely didn't drain all the old oil.Take ownership of your lousy and lazy service and address it rather than try to deflect your mistakes to the customer. Pathetic.Feel free to call me if you'd like to discuss it further.

Ryan the sales manager and his supporting staff made my purchase very seamless and stress free. I came in wanting exactly what I wanted in a truck and they delivered what was promised. So I highly recommend them for future purchases. Very clean and spacious showroom. There was one minor thing wrong but the service dept fixed it right away and had my truck back to me promptly. I also look forward to having my oil changes done there with their drive in area for customers and spacious waiting area with free Starbucks coffee.

Greg Kohr was amazing! He answered all of our questions no matter how big or small. He worked with us to find the right fit for our budget and style of vehicle.Michael Colen was very helpful with the paperwork and made the process fun. Let's be honest paperwork is not the fun part of buying a new car. But, he made it fun.

Sent them an email of interest and Mike contacted me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my question. Laurie from finance helped through the process of buying out of state and made the transaction very easy. They accommodated me the whole through. A great overall experience. Thank you Laurie and Mike!

Well, it has been around 7-8 months since I purchased a vehicle from these guys, and figured now would be a time to write this after I had some time to cool off and all. Maybe if you re purchasing brand new right off the lot they would be spectacular because they sure do love money. I would however stray away if you see a good deal on a car that isnt a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram lol. This was my first time going out and buying a car for myself so I was hesitant but trusted that buying from a dealership would be my best option and go from there. The sales people here in MY experience are great. Greg P. fantastic, the guy that does the finances and warranties, couldnt tell you his name because its been a while but a thick New York accent also fantastic person and truly cares about every customer. Good luck getting ahold of the owner and good luck understanding him. He seems kinda like that owner that owns the place but is always chilling at a country club not really knowing whats going on, but who knows maybe hes great. He ll probably reply to this based off of every other bad comment hah which should tell you something in itself trying to be defensive and deflect their mistakes on the customer base but oh well take it with a grain of salt. I purchased a 2016 Honda Fit in January of 2023 with 133k miles for 12999 something like that? I was in a hurry to find something as my trade in was out of inspection xyz you know how it goes. Then by March it needs a new transmission hm okay I purchased a warranty so hopefully it covers it. It did just had my deductible.. cool. Then I get it back and the dash has new warning lights. Imagine that, the transmission shot out of the blue no warning lights at all then comes back with extra. I declined for them to do it because I didnt really want anything to do with them at this point but then had it back for maybe 2 weeks? around beginning of April comes and a louddddd squeaking is coming from the brakes and grinding that you can feel in the pedal which is also odd huh Susquehanna? I do remember getting the service records when I purchased the vehicle and said the brakes were great and everything checked out. Quote me for new rotors and pads 2ish months after purchasing a vehicle. Took me having to waste my time showing up to talk to service manager because nothing is getting resolved playing phone tag and him giving me a very basic 1st grade level answer and a poorly drawn diagram on the back of my service contract of how the brake system works in my car (I have changed brakes and rotors before so idk why he felt the need to explain but oh well he thinks he is in power here so keep it pushing) which I wouldnt be surprised if thats actually all he knows about it but its a honda car so ig I dont expect much out of him in that aspect. Then you know they made it right ? They did it for free would you ever guess that. In the first place it should have been handled then you quote me over 1000 for regular wear and tear but that wouldnt be right would it after two months. My car is back in the shop now at ciocca honda because the timing belt snapped (understandable at 140k miles). Brakes still are as loud and squeally as when I gave it to the dealership and they fixed it.

I usually do not purchase a vehicle as quickly as I did at Susquehanna but got a great deal and they were very good to work with. It was all around a great experience and I love my new Ram.

I really love their service, their prices, and the fact that they pick your vehicle up from your work to service it. I was a little disappointed today when I went in for their Express Lane service for an oil change. They advertise that this service is available from 7:30 am to 6 pm daily. I arrived at 10 am and they said that the service was not available today because the Express Lane service techs were pulled for an over abundance of scheduled appointments. They should not promote it as something that you can depend on. They need to have a disclaimer that Express Lane is not always available and that customers should call ahead to see if the service is available.

We had a great experience purchasing are 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee high altitude. It was very easy and smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Susquanna auto. Thank you very much again guys.

First they sold me an almost $30,000 used car with a nail in the tire. Secondly, 9 months into owning the car, it needs over $2000 worth of work that s conveniently not covered under any warranties. If you re thinking of buying from here, take it to your trusted mechanic first to have it completely checked over because apparently they don t do that prior to selling.

That BEST dealership experience ever! I ordered a 2022 Wrangler in March. It took 5 months for Jeep to build. All through the process Ryan and Doug kept in contact and didn t make me feel like a nudge for updates on the build. It finally arrived and it was worth the wait. If you are looking to order a vehicle or buy one off the lot, you can be sure that you are dealing with a reputable dealer that cares about the customer. Thanks for everything guys, my new Jeep is awesome!

My husband and I went here to trade in our car for a truck. Doug took care of us and he did an amazing job. In fact, the entire staff was kind and helpful. We felt like we were a guest in their home. Doug kept checking on us and letting us know when he had to go help another customer because they were very busy that day but he still made every customer a priority. Amazing customer service, very transparent, and we got a great deal for our trade in!!

they put the SUS in susquehanna especially when you buy a warranty with it. car comes back with more issues than when you brought it in. their courtesy for fixing issues that they also caused on top of other main issues of return is apparently the hail mary for car dealerships

Recently traded in my leased vehicle for a new wrangler. Ted H and Ryan J were amazing at helping me navigate the process of turning in a leased vehicle (turning in early at that too!) and working a great deal on my new jeep. They were super thorough in making sure I knew what was going on every step of the process, and answering every question I had, especially with the current market facing chip shortages and explaining the process of custom ordering vs buying something on the lot already. So so happy to have worked with Susquehanna this time!

So I went there to trade in a vehicle and purchase a used one. All fine and dandy. I took the used car out for a test drive and let the sales person know there is an issue with the tire, it was loosing air as i was driving, from 20 to 19psi and visibly noticable. I let the sales person know and his response was "idk its something with the computer sensor..?" It would've been fine if he said that it was a tpms sensor and that it was going to get fixed or if there was a leak and that it was going to be plugged, neither of those. After that I let the technician take my car "out for a spin". It was an awfully quick test drive... less than 3 minutes to be exact. (That time is from the time the person took it off the lot and the sales person walking back to his desk and telling me about my car) the sales man came back to me and said "the car has a steering shake that should probably be fixed" keep in mind my car is a 2020 and has gone through 150 point inspections throughout its whole life at volvo dealerships until this year, I also drove 90ish miles on highway and never had an issue. Anyway I looked on the GPS tracker on my phone and showed they just took it outback. Once I saw that I was like no... and walked away.

Never satisfied with any dodge dealership. I have a company vehicle I take in for oil changes and I ve waited over 2 hours before. Figure on waiting at least an hour for anything you might need. Mechanics Must be on their phones too much or just slow as molasses. Never bringing any vehicle back here
